The food court has lots of options for good food, fast and not so fast too. Plenty of parking even though it can get crowded. I usually go there when I need to get a specific item. The place itself is clean, I liked that they're not the usually kiosks or sales people trying to sell you things, that's a plus for me when it comes to choosing a mall. I have some places that I like to go there for food, like the Cheesecake Factory and PF Changs. My daughter likes that there's a Claire's, and all the other Claire's around that we know are now closed. They have unique places when it comes to luxury brands, plenty of parking, but in peak season time can get difficult to find a parking close to the entrance. I go sometimes, and meet friends since it's near the touristic/universal studios area. They also have a big Apple store, that occasionally visit.

As far as shopping goes, they have everything from Ralph Lauren to Adidas to Psycho Bunny and everything in between. The place had a decent amount of people there, and by the look and sound of it, most of them were tourists, specifically tourists from overseas. I personally did not think the deals and selection were all that special, but maybe if you're coming from Europe or Asia it's unbelievable, I don't know. I just wasn't seeing the value here. Overall, three stars from me. No great shopping deals as far as I'm concerned, but a pleasant place to walk around nonetheless.

Remember to wear your MOST comfortable long wearing shoe you have cuz you're going to walk a LOT. You will get your exercise and steps in. Make sure you drink plenty of water& electrolytes... it's stupid hot at these types of places .. yes you can go inside air conditioned buildings to cool off .. but that's only to tempt you to buy things .. lol. Can't believe I was here at Universal City Walk 25 years .., it's only been here for 27 years ... so seeing how this place has matured over the years and how many new options they are putting in place .. It is filled with tourists due to the connected hotel and proximity to the airport, so even on a Tuesday it felt packed in here. The layout feels almost like a labyrinth but there is a lot of signage on where to go. Most of the stores are ones you can find at most malls, but there are quite a bit of 'unique' stores as well. You've also got the Crayola experience, which is pretty large. While this mall wouldn't be my first choice to go to, it does do the trick if you're needing your fix of big name stores.

Last year we went and they had Christmas flamingos. They had more this year. They also passed out Christmas bags with Simon mall logo on them. I would be back for this event. My issue with The Florida Mall is that the A/C doesn't work well. It's a huge mall with tons of shops and tons of people walking around. They are so busy. We were looking for stores with the best A/C bc we couldn't really beat the heat here. Primark has the best A/C. Along with Armani Exchange, Ghirardelli bc of their chocolates, and The TNS Store. I wish I could have stayed longer but the lack of A/C made me want to leave. I very much loved the Xmas in July Event and Santa, Mrs. Claus, the elves, the photographer, and the other people working were so nice. The AC is sure lacking and this was the issue last year. Perhaps the big space, older mall and open ceiling exposing the sunshine sure doesn't help. This is a very popular mall. It could def be better here.

We were looking the for the Orlando International Premium Outlets down the street, but our GPS sent us here. Unfortunately we didn't realize our error until we already committed a chunk of time here. When we first pulled into the parking lot, we were surprised at how lame the place looked. It comes off like a generic, run down strip mall that you probably have near your hometown, but never gave a seconds thought to. After walking around a bit, it was clear that there were no deals here. The pricing for most items we checked seemed to be on par with what you would pay online, maybe even a bit more. Also, the amount of inventory on hand was either erratic or sparse. In the end, the negative vibe of this place just sucked the energy out of us. We didn't find anything worth buying and it wasn't a pleasant place to walk around. Waste of time. Hopefully we'll make it to the Premium Outlet down the road on the next trip.

Parking is located around the entire property and it is very convenient to get in and out of. Before Covid you could stop by and enjoy live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights. They are open from 6am to 11pm seven days a week.

Since the pandemic things have slowed down but if you have young children it is nice to sit on a bench and have some ice cream or Italian ices at the green.

There are multiple places to grab food from upscale (Christini's) to fast (Chipotle) & everything in between. Martin Tailors is my go to for anything that needs a hem etc. There is a Good Will Express drop off donation center which I love to drop stuff off before I go to Home Goods so I do not feel like the packrat I am. There are several beauty related places (nail, hair salons/ULTA). Drycleaners, Banks, Eye dr, BUT my favorite is Home Goods & now Home Sense.
