She reviewed my purchase contract, disclosures thoroughly, caught what mattered, and gave me honest, no-BS clarity on my next steps. From the moment we started, she skipped the fluff and got straight to work. Every minute counted and none of it was wasted. She spotted that my SPQ and TDS were not up to date after disclosures were added later, and made sure I knew to be BCC'd on all communications going forward. These are exactly the kinds of things you don't know to look for until it's too late. Her background as both an attorney and a real estate agent gives her perspective that most attorneys simply don't have. But what struck me most is that she is a true advocate for you. I walked away feeling informed, confident, and truly protected. If you need someone detail-oriented, straight to the point, and genuinely in your corner, I highly recommend her.

She is very focused, asking the right questions, and has access to real estate information because of her secondary background as an agent. I appreciate her honest opinion and highly recommend her to anyone navigating complex real estate needs or disputes.

She is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that actually makes sense, using real-life examples and offering thoughtful, practical advice. She goes above and beyond for her clients, and it's clear she genuinely cares. On top of that, she's warm, approachable, and easy to talk to, which makes the entire process so much more manageable. At the same time, she has a no-nonsense approach that I really appreciate. As a parent, it meant everything to work with someone who understands how important it is to protect your family's future. Debra walks you through every step and makes sure you feel confident and informed along the way. I especially appreciate that her services are ongoing as she's available to help with any life changes, so it's not a one-and-done experience. She even joked, "You know how in movies when a character is in trouble and they say 'call my lawyer'? Well, now you have one!".....and honestly, that stuck with me. I now feel completely at peace knowing my family is protected and everything is in place. If you've been putting off estate planning, don't....go see Debra. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and trustworthy estate planning attorney. Thank you, Debra!

I retained this attorney to prepare my living trust and property documents, but my experience…read moreraised serious concerns about accuracy and attention to detail. One deed contained an incorrect APN/legal description, which caused issues with the Los Angeles County Assessor and required a corrective deed. Separately, the binder I received included the wrong deed (someone else's deed)--it belonged to a different property entirely. This kind of error should not happen in legal documents. When I brought up the issues, the response did not meaningfully address the problem, and I had to hire another professional to fix it. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend reviewing all documents carefully if you work with this office. One more thing, be aware that if you need your living trust to be done in a timely manner, this law office takes about 6-9 months to do a so so job. I was scared I was going to pass away before it was done.
