If you're on a tight budget but still want to be close to the beach then this place is for you…read more A small hotel directly facing the beach across the street sits Snooze Large rooms with beach decor plus they give you free towels and beach chairs to use The bed was horribly uncomfortable and the walls were paper thin so you could hear everything all night There is a super cute rooftop where u can lounge but no bar or anything but great view Staff were nice and friendly For the price this holds up well

Our experience at Snooze Hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish…read more When we arrived, the toilet contained yellow water, the couch had obvious cat urine stains and a strong odor that appeared to have been covered up with a blanket, the shower had no hot water, and neither the TV nor the Wi-Fi worked during our stay. The most frustrating part of our stay happened later that evening. We accidentally locked our room keys in our second room. While I fully acknowledge that this was our mistake, we did everything we possibly could to resolve it. Beginning around 8:30 p.m., we repeatedly called the hotel's emergency/after-hours number. We called approximately 25 times, left multiple voicemails, and never received a single callback. As a result, five people were forced to sleep in one king-size bed, and one member of our group was unable to access important medication that had been left in the locked room. An emergency phone line exists for situations exactly like this, and in our case, it completely failed. The following morning, when we went to the front desk, we were met with skepticism rather than concern. The owner did not believe we had called so many times and required us to provide screenshots of our call history before they would acknowledge what had happened. To make matters worse, we were told we would receive a full refund, but the owner repeatedly changed his position, making the situation even more frustrating and unprofessional. Everyone makes mistakes, and we accepted responsibility for accidentally locking our keys in the room. However, the hotel's complete lack of after-hours support, poor communication, unsanitary room conditions, broken amenities, and inconsistent handling of our complaint turned a simple mistake into an unnecessarily stressful experience. I cannot recommend staying here. Between the unsanitary conditions, nonfunctioning hot water, TV and Wi-Fi, nonexistent after-hours assistance, and the way the owner handled our concerns, this was one of the worst hotel experience we've ever had.

You aren't offered a lock for the locker in the communal bunk rooms. The air conditioner is very load and does nothing to prevent the moisture in the room. Sharing a small bathroom that is in unit with 3 others is a nightmare. There are bugs in the bunks! And this is not a quiet hostel by any means there is an onsite restaurant/bar that blasts music until way past midnight. Some asshole company bought them out, 'upgraded' the place, and now charges, you guessed it right, hundreds and even thousands for a so called 'luxury hostel'. As the gentrification and out of control profiteering reaches endgame levels, every last motel, hostel, BnB and trailer park these greedy motherfuckers can get their hands on is being flipped for profit, and FreeHand is no exception. So basically, if you're a solo traveler, you're FUCKED. Might as well just rent and sleep in an RV instead.

For the price, location and cleanliness of communal areas (during the day), breakfast, I gave four stars. Keep in mind, I'm also a low maintenance/solo traveler. I booked my stay via their website because the price was cheaper compared to others, but keep in mind when doing so the stay was non-refundable. Depending on where your bunk is located, the space is quite loud due to other guests staying up late partying; there are no doors to close the large sleeping area from the staircase/communal space upstairs. I'd suggest bringing earplugs/eye mask for sleeping. Also, during my stay there were some questionable guests whom I thought lived in the hostel. Some guests were more friendlier/cleanlier than others. I definitely compliment the women on the cleaning staff for their hard work. I've sadly witnessed a variety of bodily liquids in the bathrooms at night. I've heard from guests that I was with that a plus about the Posh compared to others in the area was the pool and that locks are provided; I was planted at the beach for the most part, but I'm grateful for the lock as I was able to keep my important items safe. I would stay here again, but will make special requests to have an even better experience the next time.

I presented the same card used for the reservation through my banking app, showed valid identification, and offered to pay using Apple Pay. These options were refused. The Booking.com information available to me did not clearly state that a physical card was mandatory. It stated that the card used for the reservation had to be presented. I requested a refund because I was denied the prepaid accommodation, but the hotel refused. Future guests using virtual cards or digital wallets should confirm the physical-card requirement in writing before booking.

The main pool had plenty of seating, a water slide, and a little kids areas. The rooms were spacious, especially for our large family. We had a two-bedroom unit with a full kitchen, separate living area, and generous bathrooms. The extra square footage made a big difference. There were a couple of minor downsides. Some of the common areas and resort amenities felt a bit dated. There was also an elicit or in the main building that was out of service. Our room did not have a washer and dryer but there was a nearby laundry room. All in all, a solid 4-star resort that delivered on space and pool variety. Great value for a relaxing Florida vacation!

Nice, big spacious room & we took full advantage of the kitchen since we got groceries, u have a shopping center across the street from the back part of the resort. nice small balcony over looking the mini golf, nice hot tub & good toiletries to use. As for the property it's cute, a bit outdated the place can probably use a facelift but overall not bad specially for the time frame we were there. 2 good size pools, both have hot tubs, there's a bar area outside but that was not open during the day seemed to be more later on. Across the way in the front of the resort u have the gym, spa & a nice lake area to check out. Overall this was a nice stay for us.

The room was spotless and we also had a connected patio - great space. My only comment is more storage or counter space would be nice in the bathroom as the vanity itself is tiny, and the 1/3 shower wall means that water gets everywhere the second you turn the shower on. The front desk offers complementary beach towels and chairs and has cold water and coffee available inside. The beach was super close - less than a 2 minute walk!
