Found this place on AirBnB since many hotels advertise in that platform now. This is one of those art deco Miami hotels transformed into a boutique hotel. The ambiance is fabulous, the Guesthouse king was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Please look for Emma at the award winning "The Broken Shaker" bar and she is an amazing mixologist. She'll treat you like a regular that has visited the bar for years. Tell her to make you and Emma, that Harry said so. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because there is no bar or any food service until 5 pm, forcing you to pickup your morning café latte one block away to enjoy it a the hotel pool. The greenery and the iguanas were a lovely gift to my animal caring soul. Did I mention the cigar friendly patio? Enjoy

Upon arrival I noticed a dental pick on the floor and a dirty T-shirt in the closet. This a clear indication the room had not been adequately cleaned nor were COVID Protocols followed. I would not come here again because of the cleanliness issue and the false advertising on the website. I wiped all the hard surfaces down with bleach wipes (including the floors), and used Lysol on the soft surfaces before we unpacked. What they can improve immediately: Cleanliness Hire an exterminator Update the website so people can plan accordingly Sell ice and biodegradable coolers Send a text to people when they check in about WiFi, the bar, towel service, lack of laundry services, etc. The employees on the front end of the house are curt and not too helpful. We met one very friendly employee and helpful employee, Nathalie. They should hire more like her. FYI The kitchen is closed. There is not a laundry facility onsite Broken Shaker is reservation only after 5 pm (The street tacos are pretty good, wait staff were helpful but busy) The hotel bikes are free for 2 hours then it's $24 per hour. They are not in good repair but 1 & 3 are functional. One needed air in the tires. Great venue. Great drinks. Jose takes care of his customers. Not many bartenders remember you from 6 months ago and want to catch up. The drinks are incredible.

I told her I didn't want to make the trip before knowing if it was possible to enter the pool, then she said, let me check for you one moment, came back on the phone and said yes we're open. It's three dollars for entry. We drove 20 minutes to get to the aquatic center only to see that it was a ghost town. Not even open. So this person wasted this time of my day on Saturday. I wish I got the woman's name but I don't think that she should be answering phone calls anymore.

This is a great pool to come out and spend time with the family or bring your little ones out to learn how to swim. This pool has a zero depth entry making it easy to get in and out and safe for little ones to play with ease. There are also 4 lap lanes if you wanted to come, workout and get some laps in. Open Spring Break - End of September this is a wonderful place to check out. We also host an annual Dunkin 4 Pumpkins event (Depicted in the pictures attached) where families can come out and dip into the pool to grab a pumpkin and enjoy our local vendors.

The pool is lovely and well-maintained. You can swim laps, paddle around, or take swimming lessons at different times of the day. I tried to use the pool a couple of times during the day but wasn't able to because it was either mysteriously closed or had no public access - swim lessons were being given. The changing rooms are a bit... Spartan and rustic - nothing but a few benches in a concrete box. Do not go by the hours listed online. You have to physically go to the pool and look at the noticed posted at the pool entrance. (see photo) The price online is also wrong. The fact that it is late June and the Recreation Center sill has a lit Christmas tree in the lobby lets you know that oversight and management is nearly non-existent. If they don't have the leadership to pack a Christmas tree in a box, then certainly don't expect the website to show current information.

I was worried they wouldn't take credit cards since it's such a low fee, but they do. The pool didn't feel like a typical 25 yard length, so I asked the lifeguard and he says it's a 33 meter pool. Bear in mind as you plan your workout. Pool has five or six lanes and is flanked by bleachers and some very basic changing room/shower facilities. Lap swim hours (pictured) are pretty extensive Monday through Friday. Less so Saturday and Sunday but still workable. I came in the middle of a work day and had a lane to myself.

My gf and I stopped through here on our way out before boarding our flights later in the afternoon. If you're toting your luggage and not a hotel guest, you will have to find another hotel to store your luggage while enjoying this most decadent brunch experience. Luckily we arrived early enough to our reservations to sort that out. Reservations are a must if you don't want to wait. The restaurant is gorgeous with various spaces designed differently but keeps to the exotic Asian theme. Dining in the atrium near the water feature in the middle with stage for the musicians is where we had our experience. Olga was our server. She brought us our special beverages not available at the bar: Bloody Mary's and endless bubbly in our glasses The offerings here are more than I can name, but there is something to satisfy every craving. The favorite for me is the caviar bar. It comes with all the proper fixings on a blini with Crème fraîche. Do you need a vodka shot to go with? Yes, that's also available also at the caviar station. Fresh raw oysters, clams or shrimp cocktail is available in abundance with everything else here. The ceviche was great. I passed on all the various noodles but had to have some lamb curry and basmati rice- delicious! I had some Peking Duck and leg of lamb at the meat station. The filet mignon and lamb chops was ordered and brought to the table. The leg of lamb and filet were slightly dry but still good. The lamb chops with chimichurri sauce was amazing- nuances of vibrant flavors. Assorted fresh fruits were a colorful collection of enticements. I saw some papaya and enjoyed its fresh, sweet juiciness. I am not a dessert person but had to try the key like pie. Then of course, the matcha dessert is a sitting temptation next to the pie. So, my dessert spoils were more than intended. What the hell right? Lol That was the sweet ending to my Setai brunch. There was so much more such as bread, fried stuff, eggs, bagel station, toast etc. One can only eat so much. I stuck to enjoying my favorites. The experience is pricey but so worth it. It is truly the best brunch experience I've ever had. - better than Vegas and a cruise ship!! I always have to experience a Setai brunch whenever in Miami!

You must walk through the lobby and across the outside area. The sauna and the one person steam shower is located here. You Check-in then you get changed into the robe and walk across the lobby check-in area to the elevators. You are walking through the area with all the guests and their luggage in your super large robe that doesn't close very well. I did not enjoy this. Some disappointing things which was not their fault is the parking garage construction noise even on Sundays. The noise took away from my spa experience. They did nothing for the noise control. Also, the SPA requests you must arrive 30 minutes before your treatment time. I got my parking validated BUT we stayed for brunch who also validated our parking but we went over the 4 hours so we got no discount for parking and we were charged the full $35 fee plus tip for the valet. The valet staff was quite nasty telling me we were there too long for the discount BUT each one of those alone qualified for a discounted valet. You can not do both in the 4 hour window.
