My fiance and I stopped in to look for my groom's wedding band. We had just came from another jewelry store in the mall that sized his finger at 10.5. They did not have half sizes and said they could resize a ring, but it would take 3 weeks. We politely declined and went to Valliani instead. When we walked in, we told the salesperson (I didn't catch his name) exactly what we wanted. Just a simple yellow gold wedding band. Nothing flashy. They also told us that if we needed something resized, we can have it done in the store and it would be ready in about 30 minutes, not 3 weeks. We were very happy to hear this. We were helped right away by another salesperson (I didn't catch her name either). Everyone was very nice and we didn't feel pressured to buy anything. We got sized again and turns out my fiance is actually a size 9! The other jewelry store got it wrong. We found a ring that my fiance liked and it fit him perfectly! No resizing needed! The sales person also gave us 45% off so we were actually under budget! They even cleaned my engagement ring while we were there! It was unbelievably sparkly after! Very poor customer service!I bought a Necklace from this store and i asked for it to be shortened which they gladly did,3 weeks later the ring where the hook clasp goes into broke and that was where they had soldered and fixed it when they shortened it,i brought it back to get fixed and they were charging me $25 for it,saying that i probably forced it thats why it broke and to think i had only worn it once.The assistant manger was so rude and dismissed me off.I will never go back to this store and will make sure to tell all of my families,friends and co workers about my horrible experience. read more

RUNNNNNN far from this business! They build their sales on LIES and promises they can't keep. Came in to buy a watch, I found one I liked. The salesman AJ (Biggest pile of shit out of all of them) said he could give me a deal within my budget on a pair of ear rings I had my eye on and a watch. Said a number out of my price range, I rebutted with "$1,700 OUT THE DOOR, taxes included" he said I can do that! So great, sale was beautiful..... Or so I thought.. The company I financed through (jewelers company) contacts me to arrangement payments. We review the balance and they tell me a much higher balance than 1,700. They inform me, that yes the jeweler sent a balance of 1,700 over but they DONT add tax, the finance company does. They explained to me, the jewelry store knows better and will place a dispute so I don't get taxed twice. Urged me to contact VALLIANI. I spoke with AJ, at the time he seemed apologetic, confirmed he remembered the sale. Stated he would contact the finance company and get it straightened out. The finance company calls me back to see if I made contact, I told them what AJ had said. They asked if they could contact him directly to confirm what I was saying. I agreed. Here is where the real shit storm happens... AJ answers with full arrogance and all, like a real phone warrior.... Told the rep, he didn't remember me and our sale, and LIED that he told me he would "look into it" and call me back. Then continued to tell her (with me on 3 way listening to the bullshit) "I'm sorry the customer is so impatient and felt the need to take things into her own hands, but I will email the owner to see if I can accommodate her request. Even though that is not what we agreed on" ****Side note: I thought he didn't remember our sale ‍. Once he got off the line, the rep apologized for HIS behavior and was blown away with his disrespectful he talked to me. She couldn't believe the lack of professionalism he showed. She said she would see what she could do as far as returning the product and voiding the contract. She called back and AJ hung up once on her, she called again, he then stated they do not take returns. I could only keep the jewelry or exchange it. LIESSS again! Him and his sales rep Jorge said I had 30 days to return. They refused and AJ was laughing on the phone and thought it was a big joke. When I asked for the registered agent of the business, since I fully intend on filing a small claim lawsuit, he refused to provide the information. Only said all I can say is come back in a week and ask for "Harry". But this was after insisting he was the owner of the store Big dreams with little brains. Word travels fast and I'll make sure everyone know how corrupt this business is and falsify's information in regards to financing!! read more

He immediately greeted me and made me feel like family. This guys is serious about how knowledge of diamonds and sold me on a Rolex watch. And 5 years no interest with zero down. I am so happy with his service and I recommend VALLIANI JEWELERS to anyone. They have an on-site jeweler name Francisco, very good work. He polished my ring and rhodium flashed it for a reasonable price, 40$ . It was on the spot! Loved it. Harry is a nice gentleman who looks like the manager. Runnn this company is a scam. They have flashy jewelry and the latest stuff but please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Trustworthy. First off the prices on items are marked way up! Start at 50% over priced Don't ever pay what the sticker price says because If they can get over on you to pay they will. My husband and I stoped by to look at their watches and ended up seeing something we liked his & hers. AJ was the sales person i was talked out what I really wanted because I initially trusted him but he is a fast talker. He got us approved company financing and upon finalizing paper work quickly stated no returns. Wait what?? Well that changes everything hAd he disclosed that sooner maybe I would have taken a day to think but his timing was after sale was done and signed. It's illegal not to properly display no return policies Shady red flag number 1. My husband watch was not working upon leaving the store but he was told to wear it for 30 mins and it would begin to work because it works off body movement (Rolex) hummm I've never heard that not okay. Next day we returned his watch upset because it never started to work as he stated! So contract no return policy should be voided no returns on a defective watch but we have to select something else for a credit. Shady red flag number 2. This is bullshit. Watch was sold under false pretenses. However we still ended up switching them out Then We was promised authentic Rolex boxes and links to adjust watch size & asked to return 2days later. Showed up no AJ. Wasted trip none of what he promise was delivered. Shady flag number 3 Then one of the watches he couldn't find the Rolex proof of Authenticity card. Shady red flag number 4. He was searching threw many and gave us the wrong card & we gave it back. Gia (manager) tried to make it right but at this point there is no return we only can make it right by taking all these watches back! AJ will take this company under with his shady ways and false promises & deceit. He is a Crook nothing good will come to this company with the faulty integrity!!! hindsight I see him trying to just make a sale To have us leave the store with items sign on dotted line so he could then say NO RETURNS YOUR STUCK WITH STORE CREDIT! I am not at all going to let this fly. I believe the owner may not care because they are related so I don't expect help from higher up management so I will have to escalate further. I've asked to be put in contact with the owner and that has yet to happen. This was not a clean deal! I feel violated , taken advantage of and angry!!! We had already visited different jewelers around the bay area and had in mind the average price for what we were expecting to pay for the rings we got. AJ gave us a sweet deal we just couldn't say no to. I really liked that he wasn't pushy like other jewelers or presumptuous. He was really down to earth and also engaged for marriage and planning a wedding and therefore understanding. Another thing I liked was that he polished my fiancée's engagement ring and made it look like new again all for free (without committing to buy anything). I went in to the store to tell them I was picking up and the manager, in a very rude tone, told me I cannot come in without a mask. They still allowed me to pick up my jewelry but what was crazy to me was that he was literally helping out 2 guys WITHOUT MASKS inside the store?!? If you're gonna mandate me to wear a mask, mandate everyone and don't pick and choose only because they were seeking a purchase. The guys then walked past me and smirked which pissed me off even more. I spent $7k on this piece and I'd be damned if you treat me differently because I'm not buying at that specific moment. He told me the price and said he can give me a discount if I have a good credit. So they ran my credit and said I'm approved for a 5 year no interest financing and my discount is very big. So thinking I got a good deal, stupid me I also bought one for my husband. When I got home thinking I got a good deal, went to look at official Rolex website, found out that the price I paid for my pre owned Rolex watches was only $300-500 less than the brand new ones. I went to complain and want to return it and they said final sale. Now I'm stuck with these watches. I'm so mad that I don't even want to go to the mall and see their faces. I don't wear the watch because it reminds me of how easily they scam me and my stupidity for believing them. I even remember that the price he told me to begin with is not the price on the receipt.
