They never stood behind the products sold and I was extremely dissatisfied with my last overly expensive purchase. My purple mattress didn't last 2 years. That is when I found Johnny at Bed Drs and I am so happy I did. Johnny has been in the business for years and is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about sleep. He knows his products. Plus, he is super patient and a real pleasure to work with. He is a good human being. He went above and beyond for me after I came in 5 times to test out and finally purchase a new mattress. He never tried to upsell or force me into making a rushed decision. He told me he would stand behind the sale and he did. I initially purchased a mattress that was a bit too firm for me. So, he was able to switch that out for a new fabulous Aireloom mattress. I also added an adjustable base, pillow, sheets and a topper (for another previously purchased mattress that was too firm). I am so happy and as you can tell it is Teddy brewski approved. I am so excited that we got it right and I appreciate Johnny's standing behind his products, knowledge, follow up and for being concerned for my well being ultimately so that I can have a good night sleep. He was very fair with his pricing too. I recommend Johnny highly. Bonus: His delivery people are fantastic also. Very efficient and knowledgeable and also a real pleasure to work with.

It does take about 12 weeks from ordering to delivery but it's understandable once you learn about the process. Delivery went very well. We knew their expectations well in advance to make it a smooth installation and it truly went so well. The installation team was courteous of our home, knowledgeable and gave us helpful hints during our "show & tell". Honestly we had an absolutely wonderful experience using Wallbeds n More.

We visited both of their stores in the greater Scottsdale area looking for an authentic Native American area rug. The salespeople at both stores were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, without applying any pressure. It was a wonderful experience. We saw several rugs that we liked in both stores, but it is difficult to envision them in your home with your furniture and the interior colors of your room. No problem: they offered to bring all four rugs to our home the next day (Sunday) to see how they looked in our living room. The owner, Ed, and his two helpers, showed up on time and laid all four rugs out in the allotted space so that we could compare them, side by side. Who does that? They do! Needless to say, we loved one of the rugs and purchased it. They even took our old rug away. We would highly recommend their service which is based on knowledge and years of experience. The employees were great and when I asked if they had any sales coming up they advised that in just a few days the pillows would be BOGO! Thank you! I came back a few days later for to buy the pillows on sale. The pillows were really heavy and awkward to carry because of the large king size. Before I could even pick them up they offered to bring them out if I pulled my car around. I did and David promptly brought them out and put them in my trunk.

This was my 3rd appliance from Great Deals. As usual I was more than pleased with their selection…read more I needed a 30" wide frig with ice maker. Other dealers wanted to sell me bigger side by sides or would charge to deliver and another change to take away the old appliance (Spencer's). They also wanted to sell me a separate (new) hook up for the water, another $15. Yanira had what I wanted and the price was right and did not charge for delivery or removal of old frig. Unfortunately, the frig that was delivered (after I had water line fixed in wall) would not work the ice maker. Yanira and Anna both arranged for a new ice maker to be installed (2nd trip). Still ice maker would not co-operate and refused to provide me with ice. Now the GOOD part comes, Not wanting to be out done, Yanira and Anna got me another 30" frig with ice maker. Keep it hooked up over two nights to make sure it would work and then at my convenience, delivered it (3rd trip) and had it installed. Now my tenant (Brother in Law) is happy and no longer refers to me as an A/H. Thanks, YANIRA AND ANNA will be using you again in the future. GOOD PRICES, GOOD DELIVERY, GOOD SERVICE! She was great from the start.
