This was my 3rd appliance from Great Deals. As usual I was more than pleased with their selection. I needed a 30" wide frig with ice maker. Other dealers wanted to sell me bigger side by sides or would charge to deliver and another change to take away the old appliance (Spencer's). They also wanted to sell me a separate (new) hook up for the water, another $15. Yanira had what I wanted and the price was right and did not charge for delivery or removal of old frig. Unfortunately, the frig that was delivered (after I had water line fixed in wall) would not work the ice maker. Yanira and Anna both arranged for a new ice maker to be installed (2nd trip). Still ice maker would not co-operate and refused to provide me with ice. Now the GOOD part comes, Not wanting to be out done, Yanira and Anna got me another 30" frig with ice maker. Keep it hooked up over two nights to make sure it would work and then at my convenience, delivered it (3rd trip) and had it installed. Now my tenant (Brother in Law) is happy and no longer refers to me as an A/H. Thanks, YANIRA AND ANNA will be using you again in the future. GOOD PRICES, GOOD DELIVERY, GOOD SERVICE! We've been hesitant to buy a new stove/oven because of a fear of financing (typically an intimidating process), but Anna patiently led us through it, explained our options, didn't rush us and even offered us upgrades for the same price once our financing was approved. She was great from the start. We usually like to browse before talking to a salesperson, and she read us perfectly, backing off until we asked for help, at which point she was as helpful and personable as could be. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! On September 10th 2022, I purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer set from Great Deals Appliances for $700. After a few loads, I noticed that the clothes were really hot to touch after the cycle ended. Shortly after that, the dryer would turn on, but it would not spin. I called Great Deals Appliances and they sent out a person with no tools, who was at my apartment for only 5 mins. When I came home, the dryer worked, but was still very hot. A few loads later, and it wouldn't spin again. I contacted Mr. Fix It Appliances, who came out and determined that the capacitors and relays were all fried. He replaced this, which cost $320. A few loads later the dryer wouldn't spin again. Mr. Fix It Appliances came back out and determined that the heating element was cracked. He replaced this, which cost $290. A few loads later, it wouldn't spin again. Mr. Fix It Appliances came back out and determined that the control board wasn't communicating correctly. He replaced that, which cost $250. On the second load, it wouldn't spin again. I contacted Great Deals Appliances to let them know that I had spent nearly $900 on top of the $700 I paid for the set. They said they were going to talk to a manager and would call me back. I never received a call back. I called again a few days later and was told by a different person the same thing. Still no call back. Mr. Fix It Appliances is coming back in a couple days to try to determine what could possibly be wrong after replacing nearly everything inside the dryer. I've had this set for 45 days now and have maybe been able to run 10 loads through them. Those loads were burnt and very wrinkled from the high heat. read more

My oven was old and it broke. This was in late October 2018, right before the holidays. A new oven can be wildly expensive, so I thought I'd try looking on Craigslist for a quality used one. There, I found Great Deals Appliances, and I'm very happy I did! I saw an ad for a white Kenmore slide-in oven. Though it was used, it looked really nice and was priced far below a new one. It was almost the holidays. I didn't have a lot of money, so I took a chance and called them. Estrellita was the best. She was very helpful. She explained everything I wanted to know about the oven, (features, measurements, etc.) She sent me multiple pictures, explained the delivery process, and processed my payment. The delivery was fast and free, (I think it was two day delivery, but it might have been one day.) The delivery guys showed up exactly on time. Very professional. They removed my old oven and installed the new one in no time, and away they went. Overall, a great experience. We have purchased a few different appliances from them over the last few years. Purchased a black set (dishwasher, fridge and stove) for a rental property and the dishwasher was DOA. We did not know this until the tenant tried to use it and it wouldn't even turn on. Because it is past their 30 day warranty they won't do anything about it, even though it should have been tested and in working condition prior to them selling it to us. VERY disappointed and will not be back. Their lack of help and customer service is sad. It took numerous calls to them to even get an answer on if they would trade it out or come fix it. read more

Buyer Beware - What they claim to be "scratch and dent new", may actually be used. If looking for washer and dryers, check the door seals of washing machines and the lint trap area for signs of previous use. Update - Company followed up with me and stated they do in fact sell both new AND used appliances, employee simply misspoke and it has since been addressed with that empmoyee. I am upgrading to three stars to lessen the impact of their overall review, but to still warn others to check the condition as previously recommended regardless of what they are being told. read more

Okay, so afford a washer and dryer in this country is quiet impossible for people who don't use credit. I personally like to own my stuff and not paying it to the bank those crazy interests. We had a washer we bought break. The board went bad on it. They attempted to find a new board to place in the unit and when they couldn't find one they didnt want to charge us $300 for a new board so they replaced the unit with a newer model for free. They were quick with replacement, delivery and install. They were quick on install and knew exactly what they were doing. I would suggest purchasing appliances from this location and if there is ever an issue call the shop and let them know. They will try their best to get everything taken care of for as cheap as possible to the customer as quick as they can. 5 star read more

We went there to buy two sets of washer and dryers. I was already reluctant as their warranty was only 30 days and these are used. The gal there told me they wouldn't be in business if they didn't help their customers out and we bought what we thought was a couple good sets. First off we paid $1000 for my set and they were used. Mind you it was a good LG set but used and had some dents and scratches. So she sold me an electric set then just as we were leaving g realized it was actually gas. Luckily I did have a gas hookup just never used it so I told her I would take it and try it and let them know if it didn't work. They do have 30 day return policy after all. I get them home and look closer and they are so dirty. I had to snake the lint out from deep in the dryer and scrub the grate. I also ran the washer on two cleaning cycles because it smelled musty. So I go to wash a load...pretty decent size because they are large capacity which is what I was looking for. They immediately smelled like wet cat but I figured I would try the dryer with some dryer sheets. The dryer did an error code and I had to reset it 2-3 times. We called them and they sent someone out to look at it and they came out and did something -and said it was good. I wash a few more loads and my cloths still smelt and still didn't dry right. So I asked for our money back and said we would just go get a new set. I was nice about it but I didn't have time to mess around with that as this is why I wanted to buy a different set than I had previous. They argued and then wouldn't return our calls so we loaded them up and dropped them off and basically told them I refund the cost or we would dispute the entire amount including the second set me bought for my boyfriend (we would have had to dispute the entire amount you can't just dispute half). So they finally gave in and gave us a check a couple days later. So we are good but I'd never go back. So now my boyfriend is having issues with his dryer. His clothing smells burnt and they are super hot. He is balky with the. But worried it might start a fire. He tried adjusting the settings to no avail. Then one day the dryer quit working. The drum wouldn't even spin. So he called and they said they would send a guy out which they did. He was there for 5 min and left. No call no paperwork saying what he did nothing. As a matter of fact there was never any paperwork even when we bought them. No agreement nothing. Not even a receipt we had to ask them to print one and then have them take our name and number to deliver his. Ok so back to the story...the dryer now works so they did something. He thinks they just came out and reset it rather than actually repair the heating element or whatever is the issue. So now he is super pissed and we have hired another repair guy to come out to actually look at it. I'm sure he will find something wrong and repair it and then it will work ok but the point is they don't even look at these before they sell the zZ they don't clean them or run any tests. They just take them and sell them. So buyer beware. Would not buy here. read more
