My favorite is Kenta! The equipment is all state of the art and it's not crowded so I can jump from exercise to exercise quickly. I can always say that "I've had the best workout of my life" every time I go and train. They even have a 3D Body Scanner that shows your progress, its so helpful for the mental aspect of training. I love the protein shake flavors they offer here and they are very cheap too. Since joining I was able to lose 20lbs and Im feeling stronger with every workout. The price isn't bad either, most people who take their health seriously should definitely invest here given all the amenities they offer. For my introductory class, I signed up for their Core Pilates. It was really difficult to sign up. I had a hard time getting in contact with anyone (it took about 4 attempts). But when I finally did, the sign up process was easy. They had a lot of classes to pick from, including Pilates, Barre and cardio classes. I didn't realize when I signed up that this was a reformer class. I usually do mat Pilates, but there were a few other beginners in the class and the teacher was very patient and nice. The great thing about the reformer machine is that you can turn up or turn down the intensity of the workout according to where you're at. It does take more coordination than I'm used to being on the machine, but it was fun! The teacher helped make adjustments so I could get the maximum benefit, which I appreciated. The Hackensack facility was really nice and big. They had complimentary lockers and towels and the changing room and restroom were both clean. The membership is kind of steep at $279 per month, but they do have discounts for 26 years old and under an 65 years old and over at their other locations.

I mostly take classes and absolutely love Donovan and Marieliz's classes. They know exactly what they're doing and always give a great workout. Because of my schedule, I can't always join other classes, but whenever I had the chance, those were great too. The gym is overall clean, but by the end of the day it can get a bit crowded, especially when teens come after school, and it doesn't smell as fresh. Mornings and midday are definitely cleaner. The location is convenient, there's a big parking lot, and the hours are perfect. The membership is pretty affordable, and mine even lets me bring a guest--my teenage son comes with me all the time. After so many years here, I can honestly say I highly recommend this gym.
