They have a primary care physician assigned - Dr. Sexter - but they have at some point or another been seen by all of their physicians. Every one of them are great: kind, compassionate, attentive, and responsive. You will feel heard and they will address your concerns. Their knowledge and expertise is extraordinary. The office - staff and doctors - are also super responsive. If you have a pressing question, someone will get back to you that day. If it's an after hours emergency, there is always a doctor on call and they will respond within 30 minutes. The doctors hold daily office hours but it can be tricky to get a hold of them if they're experiencing a volume of calls. An extra perk I like is that they keep appointments available daily for those common but unplanned for illnesses, and they have a separate waiting room for sick vs not sick. It just runs so well you wonder why more doctors' offices don't do the same. Now of course, the one downside is they are out of network. It's not cheap. I think it's worth it if you can, but financially it can hurt if your kids have a lot of illnesses or shots in a limited period of time. They do at least submit the insurance forms for you, and that helps some. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice and all the doctors in it, and have a deep appreciation for how Dr. Sexter and Nurse Jennifer have taken care of our girls.

The front desk staff always try to accommodate you same day and we've never had an issue getting an appointment. Dr Long is caring , warm , and so knowledgeable. When you can get an appointment, it's unlikely you'll see the same doctor you saw the last time. Currently they have no availability for 2.5 months for an appointment, but also they don't schedule more than 3 months out. So if you go in for your 12 month, they won't let you schedule your 15 month so you have to wait a couple weeks and when you call they are all booked up. My child has seen his designated physician only a couple times and she's basically never available. So it's just a rotation of physicians. It's all fine when he's an infant young toddler but you just don't get the care and feeling you want for a young child. There's no relationship. That's just for planned visits. If your child is actually sick, and you need to see someone in short order, forget about it.
