In fact, she was extremely sympathetic and happy to take my appointment even though she would be fixing someone else's bad work. She told me about a time she'd gotten her hair done with disastrous results and had a hard time finding a salon to help her fix it, after which she vowed never to do the same thing to her customers. She was lovely and warm, and the lash extensions she gave me looked excellent, even though I didn't have much to work with.
