In fact, she was extremely sympathetic and happy to take my appointment even though she would be fixing someone else's bad work. She told me about a time she'd gotten her hair done with disastrous results and had a hard time finding a salon to help her fix it, after which she vowed never to do the same thing to her customers. She was lovely and warm, and the lash extensions she gave me looked excellent, even though I didn't have much to work with. The spa itself is very clean and bright, smelled lovely and was inviting and comfortable. I can't recommend Reisa and her spa too highly. Go there! You won't be disappointed.

I also suffer from severe migraines and sciatica. Every masseuse I have been to always asks where I want extra attention but I've never had anyone deliver like Erin! She has a lot of knowledge in the area and has taken extra courses to provide AMAZING relief for people who suffer from pain like myself. They greeted us in the lobby and introduced themselves first which made us all comfortable. We appreciated that they asked if we'd be ok with a male masseuse instead of assuming. I had a mineral bath and it was so relaxing. The room was cozy, had dimming lights, and music playing. My bath attendant made sure the water temperature was good for me and she offered me a glass of wine while I soaked. On our way out, the staff gave the bride in our party some fresh sunflowers they picked up at the farmers market. It was such a sweet gesture. Would definitely use their services again.

The small full size bed in the Stephen Medbery suite was like a brick, my husband and I found it difficult to sleep. The chairs on the porch have seen better days along with the carpeting and furniture in the Inn and room. The bathroom was tiny, the TV was at least 20 years old (with a DVD player), the tub was in the middle of the room along with a huge electric fireplace, tons of furniture and very little space to be comfortable. There was a fridge in the room but no other amenities were offered. WiFi didn't work during our stay either. Would not recommend staying here. There are better options elsewhere for sure. Especially at the price we paid ($250 a night). Also - if you really look at their website (which doesn't list much information about the rooms) they are using the same photo for all rooms listed.
