Dr. Coates-Walton was incredibly kind and gentle, and she really took the time to make me feel comfortable and at home throughout the entire process. She explained what she was doing, checked in with me often, and made what could have been a stressful visit feel easy and reassuring. The receptionists were also very helpful and cooperative. They were warm, welcoming, and made check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. Overall, it was a great visit, and I truly appreciate the level of care I received. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dermatologist who is both professional and compassionate.

However, for us, it was not an issue because everyone we encountered at this office was exceptional. Let's start with the team at the Front desk. We were lost. We called a few times. When we called the third time, she said, I'll just stay on the phone with you until till you arrive (and she did so with lightness & grace) & that's exactly what she did. Our Customer service experience was friendly and welcoming from that moment to the end of the visit. Sadly, I do not remember the physician's name who attended To us - I will say that she was a woman of Indian descent, and she could not have been more kind, professional, more knowledgeable and more efficient. Mark is just a friendly, professional, and amazing person-he is basically a unicorn- I even brought mom here last summer who was visiting from LA and she said he administered the best Botox injection she has ever gotten (and she has been getting them for a long time). His treatments are tailored to his clients whether you want a soft and natural look or something a bit more aggressive. Botox, fillers, B12 shots, body treatment, Mark does it all. He definitely keeps up with the latest trend and has the most up to date skin care and body care machines in his office. His Elkridge office is so clean and very spacious. There are separate treatment rooms for your needs. As many times as I have rescheduled, Mark has always been accommodating and understanding. It is such a pleasant experience and a nice treatment to boost your mood. Absolutely recommend this place and I have no plans lookin for other practices for my skin care.
