Well I got duped again by this brick and mortar retailer - I came here to pick up an item that was…read moreadvertised by Walgreens to be available for in store pickup, turns out this item wasn't a stock item and only available online at walgreens.com, no fault of the extremely friendly and professional staff here, but still frustrating. As I roamed the aisles hoping that the aisle signage would put me in the vicinity but after several laps I knew it wasn't going to happen and thankfully a wonderful woman in a vest with a badge stopped to assist - she wasn't sure if they had either but started on yet another journey around the store to see if we could locate it - I mentioned to her that it may be available only online but she wasn't hearing of it until we exhausted every shelf without finding it. After thanking her I decided to see if maybe the pharmacist knew of this item and lucky for me she did - and informed me that this item was only offered online and suggest I try CVS by this time I'm thinking Amazon would definitely be my almighty savior but now I would have to take her recommendations hmmm that's quite the drive but I exited without purchasing anything because it seemed this may be a marketing strategy Walgreens uses to get me here knowing I might buy something else well which wasn't going to happen just an FYI CVS uses the same strategy as Walgreen except they offered to help me order it online. Like I mentioned earlier no fault of the staff here and I do appreciate all their help but shame on their employer this is why I don't frequent these places. MEDICAL GOOF UP-Went to pick up my prescriptions from Walgreens. I was to have 3 Rs'x per my…read moredoctor visit. One RX was filled completely. The second could only be filled partially, The 3rd Rx the girl said they did not have. Since they no longer give the patient a hard copy of the prescription, I had no recourse to prove that they were in error. I advised the girl there should be another prescription. Not having no way to prove it, but why would 2 Rx's arrive but not the 3rd. I had no choice but to walk away and drive home and call my doctor to find out what I already knew. My doctor's office had sent all 3 Rx's and verification received. My doctor's office knows what customer service is. They called Walgreens to find that all 3 prescriptions were sent and received, but the 3rd missing one was out of stock and was on back order. Due to the lack of effective and good customer service I was not informed properly. This normally would not upset me, but this is not the first-time problems like this, and others have occurred with this Walgreens close to my house. I am a senior citizen living on a fixed budget. With the high prices of gas, I have to make every trip count. I had no problem living on a budget, but mistakes like this causing me extra driving and gas can mess with my budget. Everyone makes mistakes but the actions that one take to correct the problems to attempt to keep them from happening again is a big plus for me. But today we are forced to correct other people's mistakes while they continue to repeat there patten of problems. I wish this could be a more positive post, but this is my beef of the day.

It literally took them almost 10 mins to checkout one guest, they were moving slow per usual and normally when I come to Walgreens I'm usually in and out fast and efficient, but for some reason this location just needs some improvement with their staff. It was so bad that some guy in front of us allowed us to get in front of him because we only had like 2 items to check out while he had a few, which was really nice of him.
