The first thing I noticed was the splash of red wine vinegar and olive oil that coated the sub very well. The finely shredded crisp bright green lettuce and the taste of sweet vine ripe tomatoes made a huge impact on the meal. The pungent red onions and sour dill pickles mingled in the rest of the flavors while the condiments of mayonnaise and mustard added a creamy smooth finish to this masterpiece.
