Stephanie and her team of caregivers are the best. It is a home atmosphere with a well maintained facility. The food is fresh, not frozen, high quality and nutritious. Stephanie communicates so well with me - I always know what is happening with my precious little mom. They have social activities for the residents that are inclusive for all - everything from games, crafts, outside entertainment, movies and physical fun games that encourage circulation and muscle strength. Personal hygiene was always a struggle with my mother before she moved to Serenity. Now she looks forward to shower time with Yolanda, "The Shower Whisperer" lady. The staff is top notch - all of these wonderful people care about their residents and are dedicated to making their lives healthy and happy. No doubt I am blessed to have found this family owned, first class home for mom.

I am also physician and I want to tell you that his bedside manner is the best you will experience. He sits with you; he discusses and explains his thoughts and treatment goals. Dr Sunkureddi takes time with you and that is something you just don't see anymore. Additionally, his office staff has always been courteous and caring. I love that I can get my labs and X-rays (if needed) done right in his office. Having a rheumatological disease can be scary...Dr Sunkureddi is an expert at controlling the process and calming my fears.

The Nurses and staff they employ there are exceptional and the reason why! Natalie Gibson, the Registered Nurse on our 300 wing, has been an outstanding, kind and gentle Nurse and a friend to us. She talks with kindness to the patients and the families. She educates us as needed and we consider her our family now too! She loves her work and her patients and she does an amazing job of seeing to what you need. She is a dream of a Nurse. Miranda Gibson, RN, is in Restorative Therapy and is upbeat and cheerful. She makes my Aunt smile and coaxes her to do what she needs to do even on those days she doesnt really want to do it! Garrett, Head of Maintenance, is a very strong and sweet man that fixes whatever needs fixing and feeds my Aunts beloved birds for her every single time. These simple acts of kindness mean so much to us! Maria makes beautiful wreaths by hand that go on my Aunts door and the doors of others regularly. It makes her room feel like a welcoming place and makes our Aunt Sherry so happy! Chelsea in wound care does excellent work too. She notices every detail going on with my Aunt Sherry and no detail gets past her! She can explain it to you too, and I find that so very comforting. The staff are what make Baywind Village a truly wonderful place for my Aunt Sherry to be and we are so deeply grateful to each one of them.

Before he was even finished the fixer was right behind him. She was diagnosed with pneumonia and the flu. He spoke to my wife who was on on speaker because our son was still sleeping at home. He answered about 50 questions we had and gave us the follow up care. Then he called us the next day to ask how our daughter was doing. This is an amazing hospital! I will only go here if I can help it.
