They had that nice baked crunch even though they were probably fried, they were just the better variety. The burger is delicious and had fresh crisp onions, lettuce and tomato. The cheese is nicely melted. Overall the service and experience were very good. The staff here is very cheerful and willing to answer questions.

It's located in the less touristy marina area of PT. Or, in other words, if you take a left (rather than the traditional right) getting off the ferry it's about a mile away. It's definitely worth the hunt though! The interior of the taphouse is light and bright, with plenty of beer, wine, and cider to choose from (as well as NA bevvies and tons of snack options too). But the real gem here is their beachfront beer garden! With plenty of seating and colorful outdoor umbrellas, the place seriously made us feel like were were somewhere beachy and semi-tropical, especially on the warm summer day of our visit.
