However the Chicken Katsu came with a bbq type sauce and everyone thought the sauce was delicious. My fiance ordered the bbq mix which included the bbq chicken, beef, and short ribs and I thought the beef was so yummy. The portion size was big. All the combos come with either 1-2 scoops of rice and macaroni salad. My meal was pretty perfect for 2 whole meals for me. I ate the katsu with my leftover rice for breakfast the next morning! The empanadas were super deep fried, the potato filling was not good and the chicken was nowhere to be found. On top of that they were extremely overpriced, $4.50 for one empanada? You're better off going to an authentic Colombian bakery, with fresh delicious chicken empanadas and those are only $1. We also ordered the salchipapas and they were sogging in oil, don't recommend.

The chili was an all beef(no bean) canned variety, possibly Hormel, again lacking flavor or any spice. Going to a hot dog truck, you expect to get at least an average hot dog. I have had better Chili dogs from 7-11 at less than half the price. The lack of ANY other patrons at the truck at a highly visible location just after noon should have been a red flag. We ordered the Baja shrimp, Baja fish, steak, birria, asado chicken and shrimp Ensenada. Every single taco was finger licking with distinct flavors that were sooo sooo good.
