My husband ordered the Wyoming omelet and I was feeling like I had to get something healthy to make up for the booze so I got some sort of veggie quinoa bowl. I took a bite of the omelet and it was really yummy, but my healthy quinoa bowl turned out to be incredibly delicious too! I can't remember what it was called but it had quinoa, goat cheese, arugula, tomatoes, and oh wow I wish I was eating it right now. Also - the atmosphere is really charming! The food is really hip and sophisticated so you'd think it would be a bit stuffy and snobby inside - but it's not! Our server was pleasant, but the food took a long time to arrive even though there were almost as many wait staff as customers. I had the eggs w/ potatoes and bacon. Super cool lunch spot with a trendy brewery-feel to it. Outdoor seating has a small boardwalk alongside a little ravine, not to mention the beautiful artwork on the inside of the restaurant. The food was exceptional, we ordered the fried chicken sandwich and the burger; and holy cow the fry sauce is AMAZING! First, the positive - my omlet was good and the food came out really fast. The server was very sweet. She seemed young and might need a bit more guidance, which is not her fault. Everything, including the restrooms, was very clean. The downside - I think the reason it was so fast is because everything except the eggs was pre-cooked. The toast, potatoes, and bacon were all cold. When we told our server, the response was "I'll let the kitchen know," which needed to happen, but it doesn't help us. This is where I think she might need some guidance on how to deal with a situation like that. There was no offer to do anything that was going to improve our experience. The banana bread french toast has to be one of the best things ive ever eaten. It's surprisingly very fluffy and light, unlike how sometimes banana bread can be like a brick. They also do half orders on almost anything so you dont leave disgustingly full. I like that option! read more

This is a regular stop for us ...actually our favorite. The food is consistently good and the staff are so attentive and friendly! Everyone helps each other to serve the customer. We have found the Middle Fork sets the bar so high that other places pale in comparison. Baked Chili Huevos are amazing, sourdough pancakes and biscuits and gravy...great! The hamburger my wife had was overcooked and the steak sandwich I had was pretty darn good. The service was fine but maybe because we sat by a window, we couldn't focus on our lunch or even a nice conversation because we were beset by half a dozen or so flies buzzing our food and ourselves while we ate. We are locals in the area and we really do love this place. The food is great for breakfast or lunch and we love to frequent this place. The special I had last time I went (Gallo Pinto) was absolutely amazing. The only reason for my rating is that almost every time we've been the service has not been great. At least once we never got waited on until we asked for menus. The most recent time we went, we waited 15 minutes before we got water and menus (in the middle of the week, not a super busy time). Despite the service not being excellent, we've always walked away with full bellies. I also love their cappuccinos - best in town there! read more

This is a delicious place for lunch. Ordered the cheese and ham sandwich with a cup of tomato soup. The ham and cheese was served with an apple chutney which made it very unique and different. The tomato soup had a drizzle of basil olive oil on top and was great for dipping my sandwich into. Our waitress was attentive and my ice tea never ran low. read more

What a diamond in the rough this place is! We stopped by for breakfast on our way back from Yellowstone to Colorado and were all pleasantly and satisfyingly plump by the time we walked out of the door. All three of our meals were delicious. We ordered, Banana French Toast with marscapone, Laurent (we don't remember the actual name, but something like this.. haha) Quiche, and Honey Glazed Siracha Chicken and Waffles. Amazing. All of it, but let me focus on the chicken and waffles because that was my dish. The waffles were perfection, seriously. They had a perfect crisp to it, wasn't overly dry or thick, a nice medium batter that never got soggy. The chicken was a sweet and spicy treat, not dry or tough and with the right amount of seasoning to complement it. Beyond the stuffed bellies, the service and our waitress was impeccable. Guess what they went right ahead and slapped the pesto on there. The service was very friendly when they finally came to my table. I WAITED 50 minutes for a turkey sandwich.
