Came in for ear wax removal. Got billed $768.66 after insurance. Didn't even removal all the ear wax. Intimated that we should schedule a second appointment to remove the remainder of the ear wax. Billed $385.62 for unnecessary Nasal Endoscopy. Reading other negative reviews I have found that this doctor does that procedure routinely. This man is simply predatory. This is the first review I have ever written because I felt it was that important. As a healthcare provider and having a good understanding about caring for patients, I find this office to abuse it need for diagnostic procedures. I went in for a simple sinus infection and was given a very invasive nasal endoscopy billed at $549.00 (which is described on my BCBS EOB as a surgery) with absolutely no discussion as to why or the cost prior to having it done. I question the PA and she simply said, it was their routine care, so be warned. Also, please note that as a new patient, I had just had one the previous year ( I agree to) to rule out any polyps for my post nasal drip, which resulted in no polyps or major issues. In my opinion this practice is mostly interested in over billing and increasing their profitability. read more

I've seen Dr. Allegretti once and liked him. I went in for evaluation of my hoarse voice and found that I had a paralyzed vocal chord. He brought his Physician's Assistant in on the consult. I was told of my condition with no explanation of how or why it happened. I was then sent in for ultrasounds of my neck, chest and head to see if there were any serious issues and there weren't. When I went back in for a follow up, even though I asked to see Dr. Allegretti, I was seen by the Physician's Assistant. She ordered drops for me and still no explanation of why/how I have this condition. This past Friday I called to make another appointment because I am hoarse again and their calls went to voicemail. it is now Tuesday and I haven't heard back from them. I will never call this office again. They are VERY unprofessional and uncaring. read more

Very short wait, saw Dr. Dutton who listened and discussed options after exam. This was my second visit in two years and again i was very pleased with the quick service and professional care. I would highly recommend Dr. Dutton and this practice to other patients. read more

If you have a lot of spare time to waste, this is the place for you. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 on a Friday. I filled out all my information online as requested before appointment to save them to time of doing it during my visit. I was brought to a room and left there waiting for the doctor for one hour and 10 minutes. During this time, no staff member informed me that dr. would be running late or informed me of any reason that I might be left waiting for such an extended time period; I was just left sitting there for over an hour to stare at the wall since no reading materials were in the examination room. I passed the time by listening to the laughter coming from another room for the hour. Office did not appear to be busy; I only saw one other patient before being brought to my room. After deciding that more than an hour wasted was enough, I left. I will find a more professional service. read more

Be aware, medical insurance Fraud. Very deceptive and money hungry doctor. I seen Dr Dutton to get my ears cleaned and have him look at my septum. The office visit was no longer than 15 minutes. He cleaned my ears in about 5 minutes, put his scope in my nose for 30 seconds and made small talk with me for the balance of the 15 minutes. I get my bill in the mail and it totals up to $964. He charged $265 for new patient, $549 for Nasal Endoscopic, which was the 30 seconds I referred to above and $150 for ear wax removal. I'm very disappointed that this doctor can take advantage of his patients for a 15 minute visit. I will not refer him to anyone, and I will never go back to his office. United Health Care picked up $549.78 and I was left with a bill for $414.22 all to get my ear wax removed. Be aware, he charms you with his nice personality, but he's a devil in disguise and greedy for money. read more
