This place was clean and well lit, which made it feel very safe. I got my laundry done within an…read morehour and got out of there. They've got rows with different sizes of washer and the price varies based on size, the lowest being around 4.25 for 25min cycle. You can get quarters from a machine at the front that takes 1s, 5s, 10s, and 20s. *Fair warning, it did eat a 5 of mine at one point and there wasn't really anything I could do. You can also purchase dollar tokens with a credit card, but keep in mind that many of the machines are not full dollar amounts. There was a drink vending machine and a snack one, the snack one also had some mini detergent bottles and clear plastic laundry bags. I didn't try the ATM but there was one. The soda machine offered tap but tap pay was not working so I had to use dollar bills. The dryers were honestly the best part, they're huge and 25 cents gets you 5 minutes, and I found I could dry what I needed within 20 minutes. Overall, a good place to go if it's what you need to do.

Not a fan. I recently moved to Austin from San Antonio and have been trying to find a new place to…read moredo laundry. Seems like alot of places out here have the option to pay with your debit card or through an app which I loved but this is the second laundry (previous was a different business) I've visited where this was an option and once again there was a sign that said the option to pay with card wasn't available. But this location at least had a ATM so I got some money and just said screw it because I needed to do my laundry and didn't feel like driving and driving around. Put in $20 in the change machine because the ATM had a minimum of $20. I used the $7 washer and realized after putting in the quarters I had about $3 left. Now I'm not good at math but to have $3 left after only using $7 in change. Yeahhh I was missing my money so I put a complaint via email and the Texas area manager got back to me asking me to reply back with a date and time of when to meet one of the managers at the laundry so I can get reimbursed. I told them 8am the following day. So I showed up with laundry because I ok I'll just use the reimbursement to do some more laundry. Got there and walked inside, there was only one person doing laundry and no one else. Waited in my car in front of the store and. Emailed the manager of who suppose to meet but that I was still waiting there at 8:19.. waited till 9am and never got a response back. No one else was in the laundry. They basically wasted my time and the machine stole my money. Horrible first experience

My washing machine started flashing codes like gang signs, so off to the laundromat I went. I…read morepicked The Big Clean since it's close to home and had solid reviews. Last load is at 8:30 PM every day. They've got single, double, triple, four, six, and ten load washers. The ten load machines are the best value, but there are only two of them, so plan for that. They also have two big dryers, but every dryer comes with a fee schedule that feels like an elementary school word problem. One dollar gets you four minutes to start, then twenty five cents for each additional two minutes. If you want about thirty minutes, you're looking at roughly $4.25. The smaller dryers $.25 for every 2 minutes, so $3.75 for thirty minutes. Getting them started can be a little finicky. (Ask for assistance) Now for the good news. The staff is genuinely kind, and the whole place is spotless. That alone makes the chore a lot less painful. The bathrooms are clean, no code required, and clearly taken care of. I'm pretty sure they offer wash and fold since the employees were constantly folding, wiping machines, or sweeping. The machines that are working run well, and the ones that are down are clearly marked. There's plenty of seating and rolling baskets to help you haul everything around. The only real drawback is the parking. The shopping center is small and the parking lot is even smaller. If you have mobility challenges, small kids, or a ton of laundry, getting a spot might be a pain. They do have WiFi, which is great because cell service in the building is weak. I can see this place turning into a zoo during peak hours, so timing matters. Overall, if I need a laundromat again, I'll be back.

We hired this cleaning company because we urgently needed our house cleaned for rental showings…read more They offered same-day availability, which was the main reason we chose them. They charged us $300 for a 1,509 sq ft house -- despite the fact that the home had brand-new blinds, brand-new flooring in all three bedrooms, and no refrigerator to clean. This was absolutely not a discounted or bargain price. Before hiring them, they specifically promised they would come back and address anything my realtor found unsatisfactory after the cleaning. Based on that promise, I paid them in full immediately after the service. A few days later, my realtor inspected the property and found the cleaning quality extremely poor. She provided them with a detailed list of areas that were still dirty. One toilet was so poorly cleaned that my realtor cleaned it herself. On another toilet, instead of properly scrubbing blue staining inside the toilet, they simply suggested replacing the whole toilet altogether. That alone tells you the level of effort they put into the job. The dishwasher was still dirty. Windows, baseboards, drawers, and other surfaces were visibly dirty. There were even cobwebs still hanging on the walls. When I contacted them to come back as promised, their attitude immediately changed. They were rude, dismissive, and kept delaying scheduling. I gave them my husband's number to coordinate a return visit, and they said the earliest they could come was Saturday (nearly a week later). Then on Saturday, they suddenly claimed they would not return unless someone was physically present at the house to inspect their work. This made absolutely no sense because they already knew the property was vacant and that we were remote landlords. They had completed the original cleaning using an access code with nobody present, so this was clearly just an excuse to avoid honoring their promise. After that, they stopped answering calls from both me and my husband entirely. The house was still dirty, and we ended up paying another cleaning company to redo the entire job properly. Unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely poor-quality work. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. Respond to the owner's response: you lied! (1) The toilet was totally cleanable. The second cleaner cleaned this toilet with no problem. It looks very clean now. But you even didn't try and simply asked me to buy a new toilet. What a moron. Another toilet shown in the picture showed how my realtor easily cleaned after you still left it dirty! (2) my husband said he didn't clearly agree to have someone come for you because your accent was strong and he couldn't clearly hear what you said. Simply not realistic for us to agree. When he called you, you also didn't tell him which day and time you could come back to clean the house either. Later when I called you to come back, I already explained to you why we couldn't have someone on the spot waiting for you because it was an empty house and we couldn't hire someone to wait for you there. You knew this already even before we let you clean our house at the beginning, because we gave you the house access code to come in and nobody was there! We told you our realtor would come a few days later to check and asked if you could come back to finish cleaning if she pointed out dirty places. You agreed which is why we gave you money to do it. Unfortunately we paid you in full on the same day you did the cleaning. So you can become a moron later. You simply didn't want to keep your own promise to come back to finish cleaning. You could simply say you would come back to finish cleaning what we pointed out and no more trips if my realtor found out more later. However you simply refused to answer our phone and disappeared! If you continue to lie in public here after causing us so much stress and financial loss by hiring a second cleaner, I will further seek related third party for help. I don't believe such a horribly bad company could lie like this in public.
