If you ever just want something random to do, come to The Mint. Bring some luck with you. This casino doesn't have tables, which is a bummer. But if you love slots, there is plenty to go around. They do have 3 restaurants within along with a hotel. Stay a while!

I love this place. It's a little smoky on the bottom floor. But since they renovated the upstairs area, it looks very elegant inside a great bartending staff upstairs. The only drawback is the main entrance, where the big bar is. The bartenders are a little rude and selective, who they service based off who they think, is going to tip. The inside dining food is always good. The bathrooms are always clean which is a plus.

Today I discovered a wonderful business in Franklin, KY. The Mint Gambling Hall. What made my visit was the service from two fantastic associates...Kristina and Katie. They got me everything I ordered and with pleasant attitude, enhancing the gambling hall's ambience. I will definitely return!

No table games as of yet. Read a post about only white people could win here. Think I missed out on that day. Like most gaming halls your luck depends on your willingness to walk away if you are ever ahead.

It is not a true casino. The slots are based on horse races. It is smokey and customers hoarding machines they are not playing.

It is an easy right-hand exit with a straightforward entrance and plenty of parking for both cars and large trucks. It is a good first stop to stretch your legs, take a break from driving, and pick up information about the Bluegrass State before continuing your journey. One of the first things you'll notice after parking is the large horse statue outside the building to the right. It's a fitting welcome to Kentucky since it is well known for its horse farms and racing heritage. Also, marketing-wise, it makes for a great photo opportunity before heading inside. Inside the main building, it is spacious, bright, and very well maintained. It is a large open lobby with a round information desk in the center of the room. There were brochures of lots of the attractions arrayed on the round desk and derby pictures and other sights on the outside of the informational desk. The restrooms are conveniently located on either side of the main lobby, making them easy to find even if you're in a hurry. Everything was clean, both inside and outside. The parking areas were free of litter. Overall, I would certainly recommend stopping here if you're entering Kentucky on I-65. It is a pleasant, convenient, and well-maintained place to begin your travels through the Commonwealth. Enjoy!

A Must-Stop at The Mint!…read more If you haven't been to The Mint Gaming Hall in Franklin, KY since their recent renovations -- you are in for a treat! The whole place has leveled up, but what really deserves the spotlight are the new food and beverage options. We stopped in for a quick visit and dinner at The Corner Café on Thursday night, and can I just say -- YUM! The Chicken Alfredo was absolutely wonderful -- grilled chicken cooked perfectly, swimming in plenty of mouth-watering, creamy sauce that makes you want to overeat (and with their generous portions, that's easy to do!). It even comes with warm, flavorful French bread garlic toast to soak up every last bit. Not to be outdone, the Burger and Fries are outstanding -- juicy, chargrilled to perfection, and served with a fun twist: a fried dill pickle on the side. Y'all, this is smack-your-mama good! The aroma alone will have your mouth watering before you even take the first bite. And of course, you can't leave without a glass of their perfectly brewed Southern Sweet Tea -- it hits that just-right balance of sweetness and refreshment. So do yourself a favor: if you're passing through Franklin, KY, make a stop at The Mint Gaming Hall and check out all the new experiences. And definitely grab a bite (or two) at The Corner Café -- you'll be glad you did!

**Please consider reading this before booking**…read more If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My friends and I booked the pink limo for a Nashville bachelorette, and what should have been a fun, easy experience turned into a complete headache. Trey, the owner, was nice at first--but that changed the second we had issues. He became flaky, unresponsive, and full of excuses. First red flag: they only accept payment through Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay. That should have told us everything--you have little to no protection if something goes wrong. We were promised amenities like glasses, water, ice, karaoke, and Bluetooth. When we got there, multiple items were missing and the limo itself felt run down. There was no AC, which made it miserable with 11 people inside. The Bluetooth didn't work because the driver didn't have the PIN, so we literally had to turn around and get our own speaker. No glasses, no karaoke--just a lot of things that were advertised but not delivered. Trey added an extra bottle of champagne and a bachelorette sign, but that doesn't make up for the basics not being there--especially AC. The only positive was our driver, Bennie, who was kind and did his best with what he had. After the trip, I reached out to Trey for a partial refund. That's when the real frustration started. He kept telling me "give me 48 hours" or "text me tomorrow," and this went on for over a week. Every day it was a new excuse--he was busy, had a music video shoot, was dealing with family issues, even said his son was attacked. I tried to be understanding, but at some point it's just unprofessional. He eventually offered a $75 credit--which is useless when you don't live in Nashville. I asked for a refund instead and got completely ignored and strung along again. We never received any money back. The bottom line is that a few add-ons don't make up for false advertising, broken amenities, and no AC. The experience itself was disappointing, but the lack of accountability afterward made it worse. Save yourself the stress and don't book with Trey or this company.
