Beautiful welcome center. Shady grassy areas to relax and/or walk four legged friends. Air conditioned spacious lobby with plenty of books and flyers. Pleasant gentleman constantly straightening and reloading the inventory. Bathrooms very clean. Definitely worth a pit stop!

Very clean! Newly updated! Beautiful grounds to take a quick walk or have a picnic before getting back on the road.

This is a great Kentucky welcome rest area. The place is very clean. It has air conditioning, maps, and all advertisements about Kentucky. It is one of my favorite rest area.

Get your Kentucky information here! If you are entering Kentucky from Tennessee via interstate 65, you should definitely stop here. The restrooms are clean. There are snack and drink machines available if you need some refreshment. We were headed to Louisville. I researched everything I found online and felt prepared. When I entered the information center here the lady working asked where we were going and I explained I had the visitor guide and maps downloaded to my phone. She had additional information than what I found on the internet. There was a cartoon map to help you get to favorite areas and attractions. We used this map the whole time we were in Louisville. She was very helpful and I was very glad I stopped in for additional information.

So clean, fresh, and plenty of resources to look at while taking a break to stretch and move about.

For this, even one star is not enough, three booths in the men's room, you stand and wait until you get free, it sucks

It was Sunday June 7, 2026 around 9:00 am when we arrived. It was a mad house. We turned in on the lane that takes you directly to the gas pumps. We were driving for a while and just decided to park so we could go in and use the restroom and get something to eat. After using the spotless restroom and cleaning up, we went to get our food. As I said, the place was an absolute madhouse, but it was good madness. To see so many people packed in one place with smiles and looks of joy on their faces. Great time's. I know it's just a rest stop but it's so much more. This place just makes people happy. It was still breakfast time so they were still serving the incredible brisket tacos. I absolutely love just the brisket taco with their green salsa. It's amazing! My taco was packed with brisket and comes on the fresh made tortillas they make right there in the store. My wife loves the brisket and egg taco just plain the way it comes. They are equally as good and also loaded with brisket and a good amount of egg. After getting our food, we went and got a few of the new Buc-ee's America 250 merchandise. We just got a couple of t-shirts and a fridge magnet. There is anything you can imagine in the merchandise section. After checking out, we went to our car to eat our food. Sitting there eating we just watched a non stop line of cars pulling in. It was like it was timed perfectly. Every vehicle seemed like they were spaced out the perfect distance from one another. It was like it was choreographed. We sat there for about a half hour watching this. It was hilarious. When we finished eating, we went to fuel up before getting back on the road. This particular day the gas was $3.47 a gallon. When we got back to Cave City, the gas was $3.74. Even with all of those cars coming in, there was no waiting to get to a gas pump. Buc-ee's is a fun place to stop in and grab a snack, have some awesome brisket, pulled pork, or beef jerky. It's just a wonderful place.

No fighting for parking. --Ambience-- Typical HUGE spacious place where you more of navigating through the crowd of people. --Service/Staff-- Staff varies depending on the time you visit. --Products-- Buc ee size food and drinks. I recommend the coffee. They also have various theme Buc ee items. --Capacity-- Plenty of spots and gas pumps for over 150+ people inside and outside the store. --Overall-- Safe and convenient. Be warned going during the middle of the day you will run into a big crowd.
