Great brews. Great time. Great food. Great owners. Highly recommended. Had the assortment of IPAs and brews with great food. The Leelanau summer shandy was fantastic. One of the owners Scott was very hospitable and knowledgeable in the micro brew arena. If your in town or in Traverse City its worth discovering this Northport Gem.

I thought this Brewhouse was really great! it was very laid-back and the bartenders were very helpful in letting you taste test which you like or better yet just choose the flight so that you could get a taste of four. It was only $6 for a flight so pace yourself! I was able to come in at the grand opening and experience a great community really supporting this new company. There was a barbecue and music that rounded up that local feel. i was so impressed by the logo design of the brewhouse that i snagged a pint glass with it as a souvenir! I enjoyed my time eating and drinking at this brewhouse and will forever remember your assortment of stouts! They were my personal favorites :] Until next time Northport Brewing! when i can make it out to Michigan again! or if you ever start distributing or shipping to California! :)

Creamy nitro stout with the ultimate frothy head is my favorite in Northport. Walking distance from the best marina on the tip of the bay.

Delicious garlic roasted pizza and nitro stout. Sail to Northport marina, the best marina around, then walk a couple blocks for wood fired pizza and lots of beer choices. Also, free popcorn.

Got a sampler and all of the beers were fantastic. The giant pretzel was yummy and the perfect mid day snack for my family of 4!

Super friendly!! The owner let us try just about everything for free. The beers were good, but I'm a huge IPA fan and they didn't have any IPA on tap. Luckily, there were a few bottles of black IPA they scrounged up. There was a Polish plate that everyone went crazy over. I'm polish so we thought we better get in on the action. Luckily we did. Best sauerkraut ever! The afternoon was cool and rainy, but the food and atmosphere were cozy. Just wish they had more IPA. Looks like other than that they are doing things right...outdoor space looked nice and the bar is modern and appealing. Will try again, but will call first to see what's on tap.

Good craft beer for any taste. From light beer to hearty IPA. You can buy cans to take home also!

My wife's favorite was the Pyramid Point Porter, although I thought it had an almost fruity, peppery flavor, which was good, but not Porter like.

The service was excellent, the gentleman, George, working during our visit was engaging, and particularly kind towards the kids in our group. We appreciated that they were kid friendly (they have non alcoholic drinks and some snacks as well). I did not love many of the wines I tried, there were some ciders I liked more, and my friend really liked the Sangria. But I did love the environment and the overall feel, there's just a good vibe.

We got the pulled pork, chicken sandwich, cheese curds and pickle fries... we basically battled each other for the last bites. And the Czech Pils beer, wowowow! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars for the sheer fact that I'm a Bears fan and wore a Bears sweatshirt... and they put the game on so I could watch. Didn't even have to ask them. The breading very crispy, and it had a good flavor to it. I would say I was a little disappointed that these were made with mozzarella and basically just a mini mozzarella stick. But the flavor was still good and they paired well with the ranch. For the second app we went with the Pretzel Sticks with house beer cheese, mustard, and a peanut butter and jelly spread. The pretzels were warm and doughy inside, perfectly salted, and I devoured that beer cheese sauce! For my main I ordered their Blue Fig Burger. Fig jam, bacon, arugula, blue cheese crumbles and sautéed onions on a brioche bun. It was more of an artesian burger and it did not disappoint. The flavors went so well together and were unexpectedly great with the smash burger patty. They were very busy when we arrived but we were seated quickly and the service was on point. The waitress was checking on our table, and our mains were out in no time. The Brewery is currently rated at a 7.5 on my Beli and it's a great spot if you're looking for good beer, apps, and burgers!

There are no waiters, so you order everything at the bar then they bring your food to you with a table number. I ordered the raspberry beer and it was really good. I typically don't like beer, but I love fruit flavors. As an appetizer, we got the red pepper hummus and it was meh--I didn't really like it. It was thick and had the texture of cold refried beans and instead of pita, it was served with tortilla chips that tasted like Tostitos brand. For my flatbread pizza, I chose the Wolverine which was topped with pineapple, pepperoni, jalapeños. I've never had pineapple on pizza so I can't really be a good judge, but it was alright. I liked how thin the crust was. For dessert, we got the mini ice cream bars as recommended by the woman sitting near us. They're Ice Box Brand Ice Cream Bars by a Michigan-based company. They sell two sizes: regular and mini. I chose a mini toffee crunch and it was the perfect size. It was really good. I'd love to just buy these ice cream bars to have at home!!
