Honestly blown away by this service. Driving around Los Angeles is like playing mine sweeper, you never know when a nail or piece of broken glass is going to ruin your day. Last night when I went to drive my car, I found that a tire was flat. I called Tesla and they wanted to charge me $400+ for mobile replacement. FYI Tesla, in my experience, never tries to repair a tire and always just sells you a new one. I figure there must be a better way, since I've had 3 flats in the past 4 years and each time it's costly. Someone online recommended the mobile tire shop and I called them. They were here within an hour, and repaired my tire in under 30 minutes. It turned out to be a nail puncture and it was basically a quarter of the price Tesla would charge. I reached out to The Mobile Tire Shop at the last minute. I was moving and had not planned on taking my boat which was sitting on flat, rotting tires. The boat was parked very close to a brick wall with not very much room at all. JR came out with a co-worker and somehow was able to make room, replace the tires and put the boat & trailer back to its original place. Had to replace a sidewalk puncture tire at my house. Called this business and they were able to come out within a couple of hours. Asked for an OEM tire and they were able to provide it. Excellent communication with email and phone call on arrival. They had the new tire on, with balancing, in less than 20 minutes. They even checked the other tires' pressure. Cost was acceptable--there was a trip charge of $25--but it was in the ballpark of a brick and mortar store and that was OK considering the excellent service. have used these guys 3x now to get tires installed or swapped. theyre always able to accommodate my request within a couple days of contacting them. they usually arrive early, and finish before the estimated end time, and they make sure to take care of both my car and my wheels. cant recommend these guys enough. and for the price, i dont see any point in going to a traditional tire store anymore. Like you I had something very important to do, and walked down to my car to go... until I saw I had a flat. I called them and before AAA could come to fill the tire with air, that would have just left me stranded at another house after the air came out again. Mobile tire shop can to rescue me, they put the spare tire on and filled it with air (it was flat in my trunk lol what a day). After they picked up the right tire for my car they came back and installed it, and put my spare tire back in the truck now with air. So I would say yes call then for help.
