I popped across the street for a quick coffee, and an hour later they called me, having completed the job. Easy in, easy out. This is probably the fourth time I've come here, and I have to say it's the one place I trust to handle my tires, without question. Highest recommendation.

(Still leaking btw) they said it was the "gasKeT" and I would have to pay another $48 to get this repaired. They said I should have brought it the day after i got the oil changed. Later after all the back and forth they offered to cover the costs for labor ,but I would have to pay for the part. Which was $3. I did not expect for them to charge me at all considering i had returned literally about 2 weeks later. (And called them over the phone twice to advise what was going on" They said i was "taking advantage" and told me god was watching. They said there was no way of knowing the part was damaged or defective . In my opinion they should have checked the gasket while doing the oil change . I ended up paying $10 which I didn't feel was fair but; at least they could pay off their $3 part they replaced. Next day after the lecture and "repair" ITS LEAKING AGAIN! haaaahahah now I have to go to the dealer and figure out what they broke on my car. I'm glad I didn't pay the $48 the second time around considering I came in with a car that was perfectly fine and left with a leaking car . The free wheel balancing was okay, but the ride was a but bit rough, especially at high speeds. The 4 wheel alignment was also okay because I saw the tech person pull it out of the stall and parked the car. He did not do a test drive. My Bimmer drove okay, but it didn't track. So I wasn't confident that the wheel alignment was properly done. I recently remedied the concerns by having the 4 wheels rebalanced and had a 4 wheel precision alignment done at another shop. Now my Bimmer tracks and rides really smooth... For tires purchase, this place is great.. But for tire services, from my experience, I would recommend to go somewhere else...

I took my '01 Crown Victoria here and they did a great job. While there, I asked if they could…read morealign an older vehicle, a '72 Mustang to be exact. They said they could and so I eventually brought it down. They did the alignment, and they did tell me "they did the best they could" and sent me on my way. The car just wasn't right. After some investigating on my part, I found that the shock tower was cracked and was messing with the upper control arm, making it difficult/impossible to align correctly. Was this their fault? Absolutely not. The car was in a wreck in the 80s (which I also shared with them) so I knew there were risks. However, I do feel that they saw this (given that the car was on the lift and in their face) and said nothing. Is it their responsibility to tell me? Also no.. but the fact that they charged me for the alignment, just said "we did our best" and sent me on my way seems a bit shady to me. A simple, "hey, we saw this crack and it's gonna give you issues in the near future" wouldn't have only been appreciated, but I also feel like it would've been the right thing to do.
