They took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable. You can tell they specialize in what they do, their attention to detail and expertise really showed. Communication was clear throughout, and everything was handled efficiently and respectfully. I'd absolutely recommend Biodynamics Restoration to anyone needing odor removal or remediation services.

There was nothing professional about them! They cross contaminated my HVAC system by never covering the vents with plastic, they cut a big hole In my ceiling and never covered it which cross contaminated my attic, and they never wore PPE the entire time they did demo and other remediation in my home. They also did not use de-contamination chambers. I let the company go after a weeks worth of work. I gave the company a $10,000 dollar down payment in the beginning. I got $299 back after a weeks worth of work. I talked with the company about their worker not wearing a suit or mask because i found it odd and unprofessional. I expected a mold company to be in a suit and mask. Even with my complaints they told me to prove it and kept my $1500 for PPE that their workers never wore! I tried to contest it, and even sent pictures of their worker not wearing a mask or suit while in the containment area doing demo ( from my kitchen window) and they still refused to refund my money. My entire family, and my other contractor witnessed them with no PPE on the entire job too, not just me. A legit company would not straight up steal from their clients. They refused to have my HVAC cleaned also, even though they cross contaminated it. They do not care about their clients, they should NEVER work in a home with a sick person! Their negligence is actually dangerous for a person like me! My family and friends actually have a gofundme trying to raise money to help with my medical treatment because I have been severely sick. My family and I are living in my driveway while trying to remediate. It is very upsetting for our family to be going through such a hard time while the company we hired, believing was going to help us (especially because they are IICRC certified to help sick people). But instead they cross contaminated my house, over charged me for gear they never even used, caused more damage i have to pay for now to have my HVAC re-cleaned and attic. Unfortunately hiring this comoany is no better than hiring a low budget mold remediation company. Infact, The clearance testing company I am using told me they will no longer recommend Bio Dynamics because they have heard too many similar stories from others.! Good luck to everyone!

It was a fun, collaborative process, not nearly as stressful as I feared. Christian and his crew were highly adaptive during the process as we threw them a couple curveballs. Even with a few changes on our part, we ended up on time and on budget. Every little detail from framing to finishing seemed to respect the original design and style of the house, which was very important to us. I would highly recommend Cityscape if you're looking to renovate a home. We'll be calling them again when it's time for a basement upgrade.

Christian came highly recommended from another company who had done some work for me. So when Christian agreed to jump in and do the job quickly I didn't think to research them. I was never offered a contract or anything in writing (dumb me). When they finished the job, Christian was not there and he asked me to give a check to one of the workers, which I did. I expected to get a receipt in the mail but never did. I requested multiple times via texts and phone that he send a receipt and also send information on the type of roofing material he had used and how to maintain it. He only responded to one text, saying he would send a receipt but never did. Then while trying to determine how to clean the surface for the 2018 winter, I noticed a large bubble with water under it. After almost a year trying in vain to contact Cityscape I filed a BBB complaint against them for a unacceptable job and refusal to respond to my requests for a receipt and information on the materials used. Once I filed the complaint, he responded pretty promptly and came and patched the bubble and gave me both a receipt and information on the material used. The patch was an eyesore! I contacted the material manufacturer Rep, who came to my home. He said the patch looked awful and was not even the same color material as the rest of the deck. Christian had tried to blame the problem on the fact that There was furniture on the deck. According to the Rep, the furniture should have had no negative affect. Hello - it's a balcony. Of course we had furniture on it. The materials rep committed to donating the material to have it done right and Cityscape agreed to do the work, but the weather was already getting bad, so I had to wait until this year (2019). In attempting to contact Cityscape and the Rep this year, I found that the Rep was no longer there and of course; Cityscape did not return my call. I tracked down the new company Rep, and they still commit to donating the material. However, I have to pay again for someone to do the labor because, according to an email from the current Rep: "I reached out to both my Seattle and Portland distributors and they both had no records of Cityscape Renovation & Restoration LLC, or Christian *****. Neogard will sell direct to customers, but only to approved applicators. My concern is that Christian had no training from Neogard on how to apply the materials, and we have no idea where he acquired them . . . " The railing that Christian built was wobbly within a year. Being an upper deck above the river (I have a floating home), a fall would have been deadly for my 4 year old granddaughter who lives with me. I do have to give him credit for noticing it and bolting it to the house for stability. In short, this guy did an inferior job and a lousy fix and now it's too late in the season once again. To top it off, now I will have to re-pay for the labor to do it right this time.
