Amanda arrived on-site with her team a few minutes earlier than our appointment to ensure that everything was prepped for the inspection. Throughout the process, Amanda explained in laymen's terms different assessments and proper fixes/recommendations as detailed in her final report. During the inspection, she would rate items that should be tackled immediately, things to be prepared for (Our AC unit will probably have to be replaced next summer) to "nice-haves", which were non-critical but useful side-projects when time and money allowed us to. I have used True Home Inspections twice now in less than a month and am very happy with the services they have provided us. Due to Amanda's inspection report on a house we had under contract, we decided to walk away after the house had a lot of underlying issues that would have added up quickly.
