Becky shot our engagement photos last year and our wedding back in March and the photos are almost simply a BONUS to how much fun she was to hang out with! It felt like having one of our best friends right alongside us on our big day. We wanted our photos to be fun, playful, and casual with an artistic spin and a little bit of an edge. The shots she got + the edits she made are pure gold. Every single photo is a work of art. Becky made us so comfortable and gave just enough direction so that we we could initiate good shots but weren't super posed/staged and were able to capture authentic moments. Her website says your photoshoots will be "with flare, with style, with ease" and that's honestly the best description. Her ethics are also top notch: she prioritizes gender and racial equality, cares about sustainability, and treats everyone with respect - all of which were very important for us in choosing our wedding vendors. If you're on the fence, let me just reassure you: Becky is the BEST and you'll be so happy you booked her.

Anyone can take pictures, but not everyone can take really great pictures…read more Kim not only has a great eye and artistry, she is a great person to work with. I wasn't sure if my kids were going to be cooperative, but she was relaxed and put everyone at ease. Even before we scheduled our session, she was very prompt and responsive to emails and gave us many great options on locations and product options. We decided to do our pictures outdoors and she met us at Golden Gardens and was well prepared, having scoped out some great sites to shoot, and even brought some simple props. I was so impressed by how many great pictures came out. After the photos were proofed and put on her secure website, she came out to our house to show us samples of her product offerings, and gave us great suggestions on types of canvases, sizing, and where to hang our family pictures. Then, after they were ready, she brought them back to our house. We all enjoyed working with her, and we have had so many great compliments on our family pictures. I will definitely work with her again for our next set of pictures and I would highly recommend her.

She immediately puts everyone at ease, making the session fun and comfortable - even those who claim they don't want to take photos, like stubborn toddlers (our's now asks when we can take pictures with Kim again). Her resulting work is beautiful and very real. We first worked with Kim on a newborn shoot in her old studio a few years ago and decided to work with her again now that she does in-home sessions. I have to say that having the photos taken in our home makes them even more special and personal. I think her creativity really shines when given the blank canvas of a new space. Kim's ability to take photographs that truly capture special moments in time is special and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a family photographer.

After reviewing the photos of several Seattle-area photographers on Yelp and online, we booked…read moreDanielle for our pregnancy photos. I simply cannot recommend Danielle enough. From the very beginning, she was professional, helpful, and responsive. We booked a few months in advance for her busy summer season, and she identified a location for us that matched the multiple visions we were looking for and near our neighborhood. Even though she keeps a tight schedule, when the time came for our session, we had a stressful family emergency that caused us to have to reschedule. I was very stressed about rescheduling a photo session booked so far in advance, but Danielle was incredibly kind and offered another great option the following week, which alleviated my stress. That alone--her willingness to help in a crisis, and to do so very sweetly, when she could have just said too bad--is reason alone for me to recommend her. The experience itself of taking the photos was its own pleasure! This was my and my spouse's first time ever taking professional photos, and I in particular don't always love the way I look in pictures. But Danielle immediately put me at ease. Her fun and down-to-earth personality is complemented by what is obviously a lot of experience, and she gently directed and adjusted us when needed while keeping the mood light and fun. She also obliged my spouse's ideas of how he wanted to pose in some photos with such generosity of spirit and even stayed with us for over our allotted hour to get all the good shots. After the session, we were both raving about how much fun it was to work with Danielle--definitely not a word I would have expected using for such a thing! Of course the important part: the resulting photos. Danielle sent us over a hundred absolutely gorgeous photos from our session, and I was just floored at how much I loved them. I have never felt that way about a photo of myself, and I didn't expect to change that during the third trimester of pregnancy, which has not felt like the most glamorous of times. To have these images and the memories they represent is such a meaningful gift that will last a lifetime. If you are unsure about whether you want to do a maternity photoshoot and/or you're looking for someone who will produce magnificent photos and help you have fun while doing it, book Danielle without delay!! We can't wait for the next photo-occasion to work with her in the future :)

As the DJ, we get to interact with all the vendors and see firsthand how the flow of the evening unfolds. It makes such a difference when vendors help make the night run seamlessly--and Danielle does exactly that! The result is a smooth, joyful experience for the couple, and their photos reflect that energy perfectly. We can't wait to work with Danielle again!

Like many others, it was a very stressful time emotionally and financially. Our the first clinic did not make us feel cared for and added to the stress and frustration. When we decided to move the care to a different clinic, we did lots of research and landed with PNWF. It was such a difference! Everyone at PNWF made us feel very supported. Dr. Massie was our primary physician. She was warm, knowledgeable, and sincere. Given our history, we had lots of obstacles. We truly appreciate her candidness and the willingness to have a difficult conversation with us to lay out all possible outcomes. Meanwhile, she remained encouraging and kept us hopeful through the process. The care team made this process a lot less stressful for us. Everyone we met at the clinic genuinely cared. It was one of those places that it just seems every employee enjoyed working there. With multiple parties involved in the surrogacy process, they did a great job to keep all of us informed. The staff was on top of our appointments and often checked in before we even had anything to report back. This was a such a contrary to our experience with the first clinic. We are very glad we found PNWF and made the decision to move the care here. It was more expensive for us to travel here out of state, but the experience worths every penny. To everyone out there reading this review and considering their fertility options, best of luck! After almost 9 years of trying different options, we are now expecting a baby boy. The process is already challenging by itself, but the right care team will make it bearable. The team at PNWF did exactly that and more to help us.

It took about 6 months before I could talk about it without crying, some things I'm not gonna share on a public form. Ultimately my body became a product and a vessel I was no longer a patient or a person. They dismissed an allergic reaction to a medication. Threaten to drop me if I couldn't make a pre schedule appt they made without my permission. Doctors often felt cold. I remember calling friend towards the end because a doctor asked me how I was and was being kind towards me- it felt like such an anomaly. The doctors invited the intended parents to be in the room during the transfer without my consent. There's so much that I am not comfortable putting on a public form but after I was hysterically crying during the transfer- I had to quit and unfortunately at the expense of the family. Had the clinic been intentional and focused on providing me the patient care and not just providing a service for the intended family- I would've went the third round of IVF for the family. The family took a big financial hit and I am still emotionally recovering.
