I took pictures of my delicious lunch but they came out too blurry to post. I will just have to describe. The restaurant has a very quaint and cozy atmosphere. I loved sitting near the fireplace on a cold afternoon. I had the "basket lunch." You pick a tuna or chicken salad sandwich, served with chips and one more side of your choosing. I really enjoyed the side salad and the homemade ranch (perfect for dipping the chips). They had several kinds of soups and a flavored coffee of the day (snickerdoodle...yum). The only suggestion I would make would be perhaps some background dining music. It was awkwardly quiet on a weekday, and I could hear the conversation at the table next to me much more than I would have liked. A perfect stop if you also need to browse for gifts!

Went here for lunch with some girlfriends on a Saturday! Get their early like right when they open so you can put your name down! They don't take reservations. They have a bunch of cute stores and items to browse while you wait! And multiple floors too! It reminds me of a Cracker Barrel. Once we got seated we got the muffins and coffee of the day. For lunch I got the special - which was chicken salad sandwich with corn chowder soup and chips. Everything was delicious! I do wish the sandwich was a little bit bigger though. It was a nice time to catch up with friends! I would love to go back and try more foods!

This was my first time at The Morgan House and I really enjoyed it. They open at 11:00 which is when we planned to be there. But my whole party did not arrive until 11:15 so we could not be seated until everyone arrived. Turned out about a 45 minute wait. That was not a problem because there are lots of rooms to check out. The merchandise was kinda expensive so I didn't buy anything but was fun looking around. The food was delicious and had a good selection on the menu to choose from. Also desserts were amazing. Our server was the BEST!!!!!

Love this place. The food is SO good every time we go. They use really high quality food products. My favorites are the grilled cheese and the chicken pot pie. Also love the ambiance of the fireplaces.

The Morgan house is such a gem. Their ambiance is homey and nice. The chicken pot pie was so delicious, and the cookie dessert with vanilla ice cream was perfect. The waitress was so friendly.

The broccoli soup was cold. The spinach salad was ok. The sevice was incredibly low. We are meeting friends at the zoo and chose this place because it's close by. Our 70 year old waitress took forever to bring us a bill even after i asked for a to go container..... twice.

Came here with a group from work for a birthday celebration (10 total). There was about 10 minutes in between one side of the table receiving their food to the other side. I ordered the salmon with fruit and it was 1/3 of the size of everyone else's entree. It's pretty bad when the fruit is bigger than the protein and it's $10. Drinks were only refilled once. Bad, just bad...

Good is ok but the wait 1:30 is intolerable. What they really want is for you to wander through the store and buy things

I was early enough for happy hour and had a wonderful Cucumber Gimlet. The service was excellent. I ordered the House Chopped Salad, Lake Erie Walleye, and Lemon Blueberry Panna Cotta. The salad tasted really good and fresh. The Walleye too. I liked the fennel salad with cilantro lime rice. I ate half to take some home and not be too full for dessert. The panna cotta was good, mostly because of the topping. It is not something I would order again, being kind of bland, but to no fault of the kitchen. I'm not a custard-y kind of gal, but wanted to try it. I would definitely come back here for another meal.

Everyone from the hostess to our server was very friendly and nice. They have a full bar and a decent selection of beers. My wife and I decided to share their whipped ricotta appetizer and their French onion burger. The appetizer came with thinly cut crusted baguette. The ricotta cheese was mixed with some strawberry flavor. It wasn't bad but I would have preferred it to be thicker in constituency. The burger and fries came out perfectly cut into half portions for each of us, which was a really nice touch. We had asked for the burger to be cooked medium rare and I think it came out more like a medium well. The patty itself was a bit dry. This may be a one off issue and we hope to return to try some other dishes.

It's not very healthy choices boy am I glad I decided to try this place. The staff are very well knowledgeable of their items super super friendly, super super nice interactive There was lots of choices. They offered us samples of anything we wanted to try in case we were unfamiliar with what their products were. Their servings were more than enough. The price was way less than I thought it was going to be, and it even included a drink. It was fresh The inside was very clean very family oriented had music playing, but didn't bother me loud And plenty of seating

I'm not a huge fan of Greek but we had already stopped inside to check it out after not seeing it on Yelp or Apple Maps. You order assembly line style, beginning with either a pita, salad, or bowl. The team members are very nice and patient, the line was SPARKLING clean (not dirty or messy like other restaurants counters). I kind of just threw everything I thought I'd like, on my salad. I got gyro, spicy feta, the pico salsa stuff, cucumbers, pickled onion, green olives, and more lettuce with their House Sauce. I didn't know how I'd like it but it was TASTY! My friends enjoyed a side of their fresh pita bread, and went back up to get a side of hummus which they gave us for free!!! One of my friends said, I quote "I could eat this every day!!!" And the other wasn't a huge fan, but said it was alright! I am somewhere in the middle, but this is coming from someone who originally was craving a carrot, celery, tomato, bacon, broccoli, type salad, and NOT someone who is big on Greek. Definitely give this place a try! They do not skimp on portions and it was an inexpensive lunch for 3 ($34)!!!

But the thing that really brought down my experience was that my good friends tried to set me up with their good friend. Now, you might be thinking, Lillia, how sweet. Some people that love you think you'd make a great pair with a person that they love too. Well, I would have to agree with you except that 1) he kept talking about his ex (they broke up 8 years ago and she's married in Washington DC) and 2) he said that he will never date a girl who does Pilates. She has to only lift heavy. (Help. That is insane, but it only gets worse). 3) I later learn that he wants a biker chick with tattoos (he has no tatoos and no bike). So essentially, this chiropractor, who didn't even initiate the sharing of his name, is describing a man. HES DESCRIBING A MAN. Also, he kept making fart jokes and actually farting. AND, I learned later, that he lets his looks "do the talking," excuse me? You're almost 30 and just described someone's dad as your dream woman. Anyway, my dad ate my leftovers which was essentially the entire bowl bc I had a very small appetite during this "date," I hope you can understand why. He said it was delicious.

My go to order is a half salad (my favorite is the house chop or seasonal salad, not a huge fan of the kale caesar) with the almond pesto pizza and a side of their homemade ranch. They used to be able to do a half and half of any specialty pizza, but no longer do that unless they have the same base sauce, which is a major bummer because the pizzas are much too large for one person. I've also tried their buffalo cauliflower, arancini, meatballs, poblano chicken torta, brown butter brownie smore-- you really can't go wrong with anything (except for the raspberry hibiscus iced tea... not that it's bad but I've tried ordering it 3x and literally every time they forget to bring it out lol... not sure what that's about). I love that they source local ingredients, the food feels elevated for a pizza place while still having a nice cozy but laid back atmosphere. They also have a great happy hour with deals on appetizers, house wines, and cocktails. Great versatile spot for a laid back lunch or dinner and drinks. Excited to visit again soon!
