I paid what I owed for gas for a generator, in full, in October. Hocon charged me for a rental fee for a tankI never rented. I owned the tank for many years. I did get them to credit back the erroneous rental charge, but it was after the billing system charged a finance charge (for money I didn't owe them). Each month I receive a bill charging me an additional finance charge on the original finance charge that was never owed to them, and each month I try to call them. The hold time for billing is in excess of 30 minutes, and eventually I hang up and write them letter after letter asking them to correct the error. Today I called at 4:45 and got the answering service. The billing department, which states is open until 5:00 was gone for the day. Since I have received zero response to my letters, I am hoping this will review generate a response. If this was my only billing problem, I would let it go. Unfortunately, in 2019-2020 I had 3 separate accounts with Hocon, and had billing problems with all 3. This was my last transaction with the company, and I just want to close this last account. My advise - use ANYBODY ELSE but NEVER HOCON!

We were relying on our generator; I was concerned about our fuel level because it looked like it was going to be (and was) a multi-day loss of power. Paraco immediately made a delivery, on a Sunday morning. We have used Paraco as well to help with our propane fireplace; they folks--Jerry specifically--were great. I don't think, in 12 years, I have had a single bad experience with Paraco.

That means that when you put the squeegee into the wiper fluids/dirty water, there is nothing to pick up because there is no sponge. And when you go to wipe down your screen, you have no fluid. This is really bad. It's part of the social contract people: I pay $40 on gas, you provide the handheld squeegee/sponge gizmos so I can clean my windshield. This Gulf is right next to the Comfort Inn & Suites near I-91 and I-95. I hope they take this constructive feedback.

John came to my home, and examined and inspected the entire home, attic to basement. He sat with me and my Wife and explained to use and showed us what exactly was needed and why. At no point did John pressure us or trick us into buying anything we didn't need or want. Once everything was agreed upon, John showed up, with his crew, and again went over everything that needed to be done. I basically had to have the whole system redone due to age and poor installation. John and his crew replaced everything and took their time and did the job. At the end of every working day, the crew would clean up, to the point that you would never know they were even there. After the installation, everything works amazingly.
