One in Billings ( unnamed) and Gomers Repair/US Diesel Parts in Missoula. I drove one my trucks to Gomers in Missoula from Long Beach to pick up a camper and have this "highly recommended shop" prepare my old truck (1993 dodge) to pull an 18k lb camper. My first gen ended up getting a new turbo, arp studs, valve springs, 13.5 clutch, exhaust manifold, exhaust brake and injection pump. They also did a lot of preventive (kdp , main seals, etc) maintenance to solidify their work. Upon completion of Gomers work..I hooked up to my camper and pulled it to Bozeman without any worries. This shop is very thorough and competent. The mechanics seem highly trained. I was actually so impressed that I decided to hand my 1992 12 valve w350 over to Gomers to work their magic once again. I had major oil leaks and tranny leaks everywhere. The tranny came out and received new seals and a new 13.5 clutch..and rear main seal. The engine received 60lb valve springs and arp studs, new injectors, new exhaust, exhaust brake, exhaust manifold...and some COMPETENT TUNING. Upon completion..Moe offered to pick me up from the airport. I then drove the truck to Bozeman and got 21 mpg at 62mph. Gomers Diesel charged me a very fair price...considering most of my bill was discounted parts. Don't let your truck be a training device for somebody that claims to be a diesel mechanic. Go to professionals that care and professionals that you can trust. Gomers Diesel is by far the best shop in Montana.

TRUCKERS BEWARE 150$ to replace a mudflap…read more I pulled up and the first thing I asked is how much it cost for a mudflap. Loves and TA was full so I came here. The owner was not there but his two mechanics. He advise me once he knew the price of the mudflap he would let me know. He removed the bar from my truck and left. He return 30mins later and the owner showed up. I than stated DO NOT DO ANYTHING UNTIL I KNOW THE PRICE. The mechanic responded with "no problem it won't be expensive and we will take care of you, plus the owner just arrived so he will inform you of a quote shortly". They decided to do the repair anyway. I followed the owner into his office thinking I'm getting a quote but instead I was informed THE MUDFLAP WAS REPLACED AND ITS 150$. I tried to explain to the owner that I asked multiple times what was the price beforehand and to not do anything without communicating with me first. His other mechanic also confirmed he heard me say this multiple times. The owner advise me that he didn't care what I said and that he does not need customers like me. The mudflap was removed, he told me to leave and he sped off in his Jeep. Brian, you are a small man in every area. And your attempt to take advantage of me because I was a woman tells me everything I need to know about you as a owner and your shady way of running your business.

Then Tyler, from Reynolds Radiator, returned my voicemail, and we set up a time I could drop off the car to replace the radiator--On WEDNESDAY. When I arrived though, Tyler looked at me and the car (I had been camping for a week), and asked if I was traveling. I was. He started calling around, and ordered a radiator, and put it in the same day! Actually, the first one wasn't the correct one, so he called someone else, and drove to their shop for the correct part, then installed it and test drove the car to make sure nothing else was wrong. His family was waiting in the lobby for him to finish that afternoon, I think so they could take their holiday. I can't tell you how relieved I was, and Tyler saved me a lot of trouble!
