I had the worst possible experience at Town and Country Auto Body. I took my Mercedes-Benz sprinter…read morebased RV there to have some bodywork and engine repair done after a major accident (a deer ran into my car), and they ended up delaying the repair for months, blaming it on parts unavailability. When I checked myself, I found that the parts were ready to ship immediately. The customer service at Town and Country Auto Body is also terrible. The owner is the only person who works in the office, and he is always too busy to talk to customers. He makes excuses about not having enough staff, but it's clear that he just doesn't care about his customers. After the repair was finally completed, I discovered that there was a dent (see the attached picture in yellow circle) and a part missing from my car. The owner denied that it was their fault, but I know for sure that it was. My coach is brand new that it was never involved in any other accidents prior to this one. But the worst part of the experience was the inflated parts prices that the shop submitted to my insurance company. For example, they submitted a price of almost $2,000 for an LED headlight, even though my van has halogen headlights that only cost around $600. I had to do a thorough review of the parts list to catch all of the inflated prices. To top it all off, the paint job on the new parts doesn't match the rest of the body color. My van originally had a more yellowish white, but the new parts were painted a bright white (see the attached picture where hood and bumper color doesn't match fender and passenger door). I would never recommend Town and Country Auto Body to anyone. They are a dishonest and incompetent auto body shop.

As we all know, supply chains have been snarled and they were simply unable to get factory parts. When we finally got our car back, it looked and ran great. We discovered a problem with the AC when we were in So Utah, and Ray had us take it to the dealership and covered the repair. Throughout this process, they have been responsive, professional and extremely easy to work with. While I truly hope I NEVER see them again, I would highly recommend T&C to friends and family!

The operation now appears to rely on a very small group of experienced technicians to carry an increasingly unstable workforce. Errors are routinely corrected by the same people, productivity is concentrated in a few hands, and the business continues to profit because of that imbalance--not because it has been fixed. What stands out most is the widening gap between how the business is doing and how the people doing the work appear to be treated. While the shop expands, remodels, and presents itself as thriving, there is visible burnout, constant turnover, and little indication that long-term skill, loyalty, or institutional knowledge are being valued in meaningful ways. Skilled trades are not interchangeable. When compensation and working conditions fail to reflect the revenue those skills generate, it eventually shows--in morale, in consistency, and in customer trust. As a customer, I was also uncomfortable with the lack of professionalism in the front office. Attention didn't always seem to be on service or vehicles, which is not the environment most people expect when dropping off their car. This business used to feel like it understood that employees and their families are part of its foundation. That understanding seems to be gone. Until ownership demonstrates that it values the people who actually generate its success--not just the appearance of success--I would advise customers to proceed with caution and ask very direct questions about who is responsible for the work on their vehicle. Loyalty can't be demanded. It has to be earned--and maintained.

I have had to place the front headlight bezel because they installed the new one improperly and the inside of the bezel accumulated moisture, the hood and fenders where they painted is flaking and they said they did a front-end alignment. With very little milage put on the car I had to replace the front tires due to improper ware, there is not a chance that they aligned the front end, they only charged for it. Giving them a 1-star rating would be too good for them. DO NOT USE BLUE RIBBON AUTO......
