Interesting menu with usual appetizers and salads but with a few new items. The Wedge is basically half of a 9" pizza folded over all sorts of fillings and then cut into three slices or "wedges". Cute idea...different. Wife and I split a small chef salad ($7.99) which was more than enough for two of us. Had Italian dressing and it was a packet of creamy Italian, which was OK. Ordering pizza is either pick from their suggestions, of which there are plenty, or create your own, or...any combination that works for you. They have Chicago pizza, and for those of you that are not familiar, this is a deep dish pie, thick with crust and cheese. It is almost 2 inches high. Crust Types: Hand-tossed, Thin' N Crispy, The Edge, Gluten Free Cauliflower, crustless (!), or create your own. This includes a base pizza, pizza sauce, cheese and your first topping. Each additional topping is charged based on pizza size. Sizes are: 9" Personal $8.99, 12" Medium $10.99, 14" Large $12.99. 16" X-Large $14.99. We ordered a thin crust, crispy crust, medium size Little Italian pie ($14.99). It did not jibe with their pricing, but we were not to quibble about it. It took almost 30 minutes to arrive, but then again, it was crowded. It was OK...not like you would expect. Our specifications with thin and crispy came out appearing like a frozen pizza from the grocery store. But it was flavorful and had a nice mix of the various ingredients. The service was friendly, but I got a sense there was not much oversight or quality control due to other people coming up with problem orders. The wings were dried out pretty good, and the dry rub topping was sitting in butter, prob to make up for the dried out wings. I'd go there again, but try a burger or something.

I could not get the person I spoke to to understand that. She became increasingly rude, condescending, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. She told me to leave and come back some other time, but she's not sure when because the district manager wasn't available and she doesn't know when they'll be back, and that she couldn't help me. She refused to help, so I left without a refund and without food. I had to call support to receive a refund, which I'm still waiting on to go through. I've been eating at Popeyes for years, but I will never return to this one. You, as a customer, will be disregarded and treated very poorly the second it's mildly inconvenient for the "workers".

FIRE APRIL THE MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!! Went this morning around…read more10 am and was overwhelmed by how RUDE the manager (April) on shift was. My experience was SO BAD that I'm seriously considering calling corporate which i have never done before. My 60 year old mother ordered $35 worth of food, and because of the AI ordering system our order translated wrong which is no one's fault, and so when we pulled up to the window to make sure everything was correct we were totally understanding and the woman at the window was kind and helpful. Despite us working out the right order the order was unfortunately still incorrect so (still being kind and understanding) my mom brought the two items that were wrong inside so that they could be corrected. The woman that was at the drive thru window was still understanding and kind as well. Then here comes the manager with her blonde Karen haircut and was rude to my mother about fixing the order. The manager then proceeded to walk to the back and talk badly about my mom, cussing and speaking badly about her. Look i understand fast food service because i have worked in it for 2 years, and there are times where customers and rude and it can be upsetting but my mom was in no way rude! She was understanding through the entire situation. There was other women my moms age standing with her inside and noticed that the manager April was being rude and offered to take the manager "outside" which was reassuring that there was someone in there sticking up for my mom.
