Before signing up, I specifically asked Joseph K. if the membership was truly month-to-month with NO contract and NO annual fee. He assured me it was and pressured me to sign immediately, claiming the promotion might not be available later. He then rushed me through multiple electronic documents while verbally explaining the terms. After using the gym only ONE TIME, I was shocked to find an additional annual fee of over $70 charged to my card that had never been clearly disclosed to me during the sales process. When I complained, Joseph denied what he had told me. Corporate, including Melanie and her managers, refused to honor the representations made by their own employee and relied entirely on documents signed during a rushed sales process. They canceled my membership, kept my money, and left me with over $150 in charges for a gym I used only once. MY STRONG ADVICE: DO NOT TRUST VERBAL PROMISES MADE BY SALES STAFF AT THIS LOCATION. If a dispute arises later, corporate may refuse to honor what you were told and will rely solely on the paperwork. READ EVERY SINGLE WORD BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING. Based on my experience, I felt completely misled and would strongly encourage others to AVOID THIS LOCATION.

It kinda bugged me, so I decided to try a class on a whim. After that, I decided the only way to get myself right is to commit to this for at least a year. And that, I ended up doing. If you know a little about Orangetheory, it's really great for anyone in any shape. For me - a gym avoider - it's been good because the instructors really do help coach you. My form is absolutely terrible and I've been using OTF to learn everything from scratch. It was rough the first few gos, but it's been getting better day by day. This location is good as it's only about 10 mins or so away from my home. As someone who works from home all the time, I've taken advantage of both the morning and afternoon classes. I find the 8:15am class to be the perfect wake-up call to start the week. I then utilize the 12pm class mid-week for the specialized strength and tread classes. Works perfect for me as the strength class breaks up the cardio a little bit. I also added a Saturday AM class too. Bathrooms are nice and clean in here. Also, the front desk people are usually pretty nice. The instructors I've worked with - Justin, Boo, Brian, and Tansey - are super nice people too. Only thing is that Yelp ought to tweak the hours because it's not like there are classes every hour. But that's out of my control....

I appreciate the smaller classes (compared to a regular gym) and the direction from the coaches when I do something incorrectly (which is common, because I'm uncoordinated and out of shape but working on it, LOL). It's like having a personal trainer without the added cost of a personal trainer. As someone who typically hates exercise, I look forward to my OT classes!

With my parents the goals were different and the training sessions are focused on helping them build strength, flexibility and balance. In the two months that they have been working with him I have seen measurable differences in how they go up and down stairs and how they carry themselves. Getting them started with Richard has probably been the smartest decision I have made this year.

These are educated individuals who truly assess your personal goals and body issues, along with true motivation and coaching. Michael Cassale is excellent, patient and impressive with his mind/body approach, he gets 25 stars if they were available. I'm far from my goals, but confident that I have learned some very valuable insight that will stay with me when I work out on my own or with them. The cost is far less than being injured or ill as I am being proactive to protect/improve my body elasticity and age healthfully and gracefully. You can't work out effectively if you can't move and stretch....many others do not address this important component. If they were able to accept my health insurance, I would be a lifetime client.

Yes you need Pilates socks to do Pilates, they literally say that on the website, on your first email, in a text, so if you don't want to buy Pilates socks there just buy them yourself. The classes are great and the teachers are amazing, you don't ever feel like you're doing the same thing over and over again, the teachers do a great job at switching up the classes. Every class works your entire body. We use an app to book classes and it's really easy I almost always get into all the classes I want. They charge you if you don't show or cancel within 12 hours before class, it happens and it happened to me before because life happens it's really not a big deal and they do warn you about this. It's also extremely clean. My tummy is flatter, I'm way more flexible, I feel better and stronger and most importantly I'm motivated to work out because I love it.

I came for a free 30 minute intro class to try out that reformer method and get an idea of pricing…read more Overall, I enjoyed the class and loved getting to experience the reformers! I can't remember the instructor's name, but she led us through a great workout, with a bit too much yelling for my liking. I know some people enjoy more intense motivation when working out, so this isn't necessarily a negative for everyone. At the end of the class, the owner of the studio came out and basically gave a 10 min long sales pitch explaining all the pricing, packages, and scheduling. I think that they should have the teacher go over this info instead. It was weird that this random guy was wandering around, especially since he didn't even know the name of the front desk worker *cringe*. It left a bad taste in my mouth. Individual classes were around $40, but it's obviously cheaper if you buy the packages. I think the smallest package was 4 classes a month. Overall, I didn't love the experience enough to justify wanting to pay the $40, but I like that they offer the free class so you can try it out without committing.
