We beat the staff to the salon and waited outside while they arrived 5min before the appointment. I have two daughters who needed their nails done. Full disclosure, I knew that there was only one nail tech and my daughter's appointments were booked back-to-back. The owner (who I don't believe does nails) told us the service takes a 2-2.5hours. Meanwhile we left the salon at about 3:30pm. .just getting home at about 4:15/4:30. I guess I didn't realize that I was making a full day commitment. .. or that the time was 3hrs per person. This is just too slow for my needs. All my daughters got were a full set with plain polish. No design. My second daughter didn't even get her nails shaped because the tech told her it would cost more and we were exhausted from waiting. Have no idea how much more time or money that would have been. Anyway, the pictures online are not current or fully representative of what the salon actually looks like. On the upside the owner and technician were very nice (even giving us a bottle of water), but I have a job and can't spend all day at a nail salon... not to mention the nails were what my daughters settled for, not really what they wanted. Esthetic was a little miss-matched but the salon was tidy. Unfortunately the pleather on the client chairs were peeling off. If you live close and have the time, perhaps give them a try. You may need to factor in additional time if you plan on getting a design. Unfortunately this salon is not going to work for us.

Kim did an amazing job on my nails. She made sure they looked exactly how I wanted them and paid attention to every detail. She's quick, but she never rushes the work, and my nails came out looking amazing. The young man who works there was also wonderful. He made sure the flower design was placed exactly where I wanted it and was so patient while making adjustments until it was perfect. One thing I really appreciate is the pricing. I was honestly surprised at how reasonable it was for the quality of work I received. I've been to other salons and at-home nail techs that charged much more, but the results didn't compare. I've had experiences where old acrylic wasn't removed AT ALL (because they didn't offer that service but wanted to charge $70 and up! As well as wanted ME to remove old ACRYLIC from my nails) French tips were uneven, nails weren't shaped consistently, or there were extra charges for every little thing. At T Diamond Nails, I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure I left happy with my nails. The quality, customer service, and prices are all amazing. I highly recommend giving them a try. If you can, ask for Kim and the young man. (So sorry I can't remember the young man's name)

One service I got today was a #5 pedicure and as it got time for nail polish I asked for regular nail polish. The gentleman that was doing my pedicure got visible upset that I didn't want gel and informed me that there will be an additional charge since he took off the original gel nail polish I had on. The fact that he was visibly irritated because I wanted regular nail polish and then advised a $5 extra charge because I declined gel made the experience unpleasant. It's hard to find a decent nail place around here and I am not sure I will be returning after today's visit. So if anyone has another nail place to recommend, please let me know.

Horrible I got acrylic french tip nails he decided to put regular nails instead he made a second…read moremistake by having his hair in one of them and his wife was telling him how horrible of a job he did and that she sees a hair in it and he was very agitated that I was coming there asking him to take it off for free for his second mistake 3rd mistake was him ripping off my natural nail down to one of my natural nail layers and when I was pointing it out He denied the mistake that I pointed out that 2 professional cosmetologists that went to cosmetology school also pointed out that the work is horrible and said that they aren't supposed to be done like that and he had a fit he had to take them off normally he charges to take them off but he made the mistake and there was hair in the pinky nail that belonged to the man at the shop and there were bubbles that had dirt inside them in my nails and the same day when i walked out they looked like they were on for two weeks I didnt notice at first until a professional pointed it out to me he also didnt put enough acrylic all the way down to my cuticle and left excess underneath the acrylic nails and then I came back and I came and told him he did horrible and there is a hair and he got mad and walked away and I talked to his wife and she said come back in an hour and I will take them off I came back in an hour and he said she would be another hour so I said if your okay with taking them off then he yelled and said yes I will take them off and I sat down and he proceeded to cut them short and then cut off the acrylic with a prying tool and then put his nail under my acrylic nail and proceeded to try to take them off improperly and then he got a unused acrylic nail and pushed it under and ripped off the acrylic nails one by one and he did it when he was angry and his hands were filthy with nail polish no gloves worn unsanitary disgusting should be ashamed of himself and then when I got home and soaked off the excess acrylic and nail glue I noticed he tore off a big layer of my nail bed don't go here ever if I could give no stars I would unprofessional he told me how nice of me to do it for you if he was nice he would have done it the proper way he doesn't care about his customers at all only his reputation and hopefully the business gets shut down!

I actually wanted to see Ezzy years ago when she was working solo in Murrieta, but she was always booked. I followed her work online and loved the attention to detail in her posts. I'm pretty simple when it comes to nails. I usually get a gel manicure and pedicure or sometimes just regular polish. I've tried a few other techs in the area, but either wasn't completely satisfied or felt pushed toward services I didn't really want. Around here it seems like everyone recommends structured or hybrid gel manicures, which just aren't necessary for me. At my first appointment, Ezzy actually assessed my nails and talked through what made sense for my nail health and the short length I prefer. She confirmed that structured or hybrid gel wasn't the right fit for me. She easily could have pushed a more expensive service, but she didn't. That kind of honesty and integrity means everything. I've now figured out the perfect maintenance schedule. The drive is about 40 minutes each way, but it's completely worth it. The entire team here is friendly and professional. I haven't personally booked with the other technicians yet, but they clearly work hard and have a great team environment. Don't hesitate to try the other techs as well. Honestly, people are sleeping on this salon. Just communicate what you want (and don't want), and they will do their best to accommodate. Highly recommend.
