We arrived around 4:45-5:00 PM on Monday, September 22. The lady at the counter was polite and told us there would be a 15-minute wait for my wife and me to get pedicures, plus a manicure and eyebrow wax for her. No problem--we sat in the pedicure chairs and waited. But instead of helping us, they ignored us for 15-20 minutes. We even watched another woman walk in after us and immediately start her pedicure. There was zero urgency, zero professionalism, and zero respect for our time. If they didn't want to work on a guy's feet, they could have just said so. Instead, the rude indifference and sexist attitude ruined our experience. I will never return, and I'll make sure others know to avoid this location as well.

Even after my sister asked for them to be soaked, the tech said that was the only way to do it. The tech broke her nails and almost tore off the nail bed of one. For the second hand, a second tech helped her and soaked them off. Even when given the complaint about the first tech, the manager did not do anything, was condescending, asked other customer's opinions to try to embarrass her for actually making the complaint, and expected the full payment.
