I called a week in advance to make an appointment and they said I was too early and I should call the day before. I ended up calling two days before and they scheduled me. They were good at practicing social distancing, however I noticed some weird things. When I was getting a pedicure, there wasn't a screen between me and the worker, but there was one with the girl across from me. They also checked the temperature of certain girls when they walked in, but they didn't check mine. Nail techs also were not wearing gloves when doing manicures. During the pedicure, the woman cut me a few times. She ended up leaving a scratch on the polish and leaving calluses on the sides of my feet. I was happy to see the other woman start my full set during my pedicure. We eventually went to the chair and she started doing the acrylic. She sighed when I showed her a picture of the design I wanted. I should have known she didn't know how to do it. I saw her spray alcohol on one of the tools, but I don't think that's the proper way to clean nail tools. She also cut me three times while doing my nails! She cut herself as well. There were young girls messing with the polish and she kept looking at them while working on my nails. She was definitely distracted. The nails don't look ugly, but it's not what I asked for. She forgot that I wanted my eyebrows waxed, so I reminded her. It was the only good part of this whole experience. In total, I paid $103 for them to do mediocre work. On top of that, my nail was really sore the next day from the cut. I've been putting alcohol and ointment on the cut so it doesn't get infected. I was considering getting my lashes done here, but I'm so glad I didn't. The service isn't even on their menu, but she said she does strips and individuals. Moral of the story, I'll be doing my own nails for now on. I'm DONE with these nail shops doing below average work.

The lady that did mine was named Daisy I think, and she made my cuticles bleed, but did a more accurate job than my sisters... The owner of the salon, her name is Rainbow, and while she was friendly and talkative, seemed to brag about her salon, and it was such a turn off to me, to be honest...she was too chatty, and her service and quality in her nail technicians did not deliver... My sister's nail tech did the sloppy multi-coat job where you can clearly see the first, second and third layer and lines near the cuticle line...instead of doing it correctly, she left visible uneven polish lines on her nails... We weren't too happy with our experience here so we probably won't be returning...call it high standard, being picky, it's hard to find decent nail salons and techs these days. Even after my sister asked for them to be soaked, the tech said that was the only way to do it. The tech broke her nails and almost tore off the nail bed of one. For the second hand, a second tech helped her and soaked them off. Even when given the complaint about the first tech, the manager did not do anything, was condescending, asked other customer's opinions to try to embarrass her for actually making the complaint, and expected the full payment. HORRIBLE service!

I couldn't return same day nor turn around. By the hour, all my nails were falling out like an avalanche!! I just paid for a full set! This was the most absurd experience!
