First and last time ever doing my nails here. I asked for gel nails instead the woman uses a pink powder and seals it with a fan and then uses the light. Never seen this before. Extremely rough with my nails and the dremel cut my skin several times and not once did she say sorry. Just kept pulling and tugging at my hands. Nails were made extremely wide and bulky looking, not natural looking at all. Pedicure was the only decent thing there. Nails have LIFTED in the matter of 3 days!!! The worst nail service I've ever had. I asked for a simple white color, but the polish was applied way too thick and clumpy. When I told the nail tech I wasn't happy with it, she dismissed me and said it looked "fine" to her. I reminded her that I'm the one paying for the service, not her. To make matters worse, she started whispering and talking about me in her native language right there in the shop. I let the owner know I was fully aware of what was happening and that it was completely unprofessional. I will never spend my hard-earned money here again. read more

I made an appointment yesterday for two manicure's. We arrived today on time. They were packed. Looks like new owners. My wife just had a manicure and was the worst manicure she ever had. Very bad service from the manicurist. She was n a rush to help another person for a pedicure that was waiting on the chair for more than 15 minutes. Won't come back! read more

I was next door dropping my iPad off for repair, when I decided to take my kids in to see if I could get both of my daughters nails painted. They were very accommodating taking my girls in without an appointment. I saw a girl preparing a pedicure chair and since my birthday was the next day I asked about getting one and they set me right up. I haven't had a pedi in 20 years, but Carla jumped right in after finishing one of my girls nails and man am I glad I decided to get one. I was floating for the rest of the day. I was getting my car repaired nearby and I Googled nail salons. Online, it stated they opened at 9AM. When I arrived, the door stated 9:30AM. However, the lights were on and a nice, smiling woman came to the door, invited me in an offered to give me a pedicure. That's great customer service! The nail salon is straight forward and clean. My pedicurist was polite, but didn't engage in any chit-chat, which to be honest was fine for me on this morning. Other staff came in and were very engaging, smiling and said hello. Definitely a good experience and would come back again if and when I'm in the area. read more

Wife and I are going to a party on a Sunday and we wanted to look as nice as we can so we tried a few places and the very nice ladies here at Weston Nails made time for us both to get both hands and feet done. They have done a great job and were very nice to us. Few places take us in when they see we are both on the large size and that was no issue here. Magic . I've been looking for a nail salon FOREVER. I went to Weston Nails about a month ago and had a great experience. In between then and now, I went and tried Venetian down the street and was horrified. Today I went back to Weston nails and honestly, just magic. Josie was UNBELIEVABLE. I almost wish I could have taken a before and after because I have totally new hands. It was quiet and the music playing was great. Each song was better than the next! I have gone here several times with friends and family. It is a small location and it has never been packed when going. The staff is super friendly and they do an incredible job at taking their time to do the nails well. The gentleman who works there is the best for doing pedicures because he really takes the time to do the whole process in a stepwise manner taking attention detail and what you most prefer. I highly recommend Tracy for your manicure, she is the best at being precise and ensuring that you are happy with your nails before leaving. I had mine done with someone else and she notice while my hands were drying I wasn't entirely happy with a few details and she took it upon herself to fix my nails and finish them off herself. If you want a 20 minute pedi for $30 this is the place for you but don't expect it to last long. Only one coat of polish and she barely groomed my toes cuticle etc Didn't round out the corners of nails At one point she clipped a nail and wasn't going to file it after. I sad something and she picked up the file and practical pretended to file it. I also wish I could give it less stars Should've read all the reviews first. Sorry but you're paying high rent in that shopping center get with it! read more

I love this place! So relaxing during COVID. It's not like those annoying salons with constant traffic so it makes me feel really comfortable. It's very clean and the decor is nice. I think the two ladies who did my pedi and mani are really friendly. It's not too overpriced and I think they offer jelly pedis too. This salon is an absolute breath of fresh air! The only thing I regret about my experience, is not discovering this hidden gem sooner. My mother and I have been getting our mother-daughter mani/pedis for many years, and as such, we have tried several salons in the Weston area. I was pleasantly surprised with how well we were treated from the time we made our appointments, until we were waiting for the polish to dry... This salon is definitely a step above the rest! Some of the things that distinguish Weston Nails from many of the other local salons are as follows: The owner and her staff were friendly and extremely accommodating; The prices were reasonable and surprisingly less expensive than our usual salon; and The young ladies attending to us, took great care in not only ensuring that our manicures and pedicures were flawless, but also that we were thoroughly enjoying our experience. Had an amazing and long pedicure. No complaints from the nice man that did that. The pedicure has lasted. My problem is from the gel overlay fils I got and immediately peeled off THAT same day. So I went back a day later, SAME DAY, they peeled off again, so I went back after the holiday (2days) and what do you know...same day! They peeled off again. I am not one to complain, but I pay 30+ dollars to last more than a day. Usually last 2 weeks. Just unhappy with it never being fixed and I will never return. read more

Last week, my scheduled pedicure appointment with Kelly was switched to another technician without prior notice. Unfortunately, this technician was visibly upset and, when I politely instructed her on how I wanted my pedicure done, she became aggressive and began yelling at me. To my shock, she stopped in the middle of the service and told me to find someone else to finish. Another technician eventually stepped in and completed the pedicure, but by that point, I was already humiliated. I asked to speak with a manager at the time, but my request was ignored. Three days later, I called and spoke with Sophia, who assured me the manager would return my call, but no one ever did. I find it unacceptable that I was treated so unprofessionally and then disregarded when I tried to address the issue. At the very least, I expected an apology and some acknowledgment of the poor treatment I received. Since that did not happen, I will no longer be returning to the salon. I hope you take this feedback seriously so that no other clients have to endure a similar experience.

I have been going to this salon for over 4 years and have always been pleased with my pedicures and manicures. I constantly receive compliments that my nails look so natural (acrylic pink and white). These comments come from complete strangers; those at a check-out counter, etc. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and the shop is always clean. I am extremely happy with Phil 's professional service and the overall ambience of the salon is wonderful. It was recently taken over by new owners and they created a very modern, appealing and relaxing atmosphere. I am especially happy with the cleanliness and attention to detail. This is a big difference from where I was going before. I get pink and white acrylics with Phil and I am very pleased with his work and I receive a lot of compliments. Great nail salon. The owners are friendly as well as all the employees. Highly recommended to anyone that is new to town or someone who is looking for a nail salon because they are not satisfy with their current nail tech. The place was absolutely beautiful from decor & everything, it felt very Luxurious. Love how the sage green complimented with the white and gold, and the nail polishes displayed on the wall. They have DND & OPI colors to choose from. Plenty of parking and local shops to grab a bite or coffee.

I was shocked. I didn't even wash dishes, nothing! The nail shape was horrendous, lumpy and lopsided. The products they use are extremely low quality. The owner was not apologetic at all about me having to return, she kept saying that I must have been the reason they are all falling apart (which was insane). She said that the chrome has never chipped on anyone and then minutes later admitted that it does chip and it would likely chip again. I finally said okay please refund my money because I don't feel comfortable. (They keep offering to add more of their low quality products) they refused to refund my money. The owner was extremely rude to me and after going back and forth with her for like 20 minutes I decided to remove all of the horrific designs and just take the loss. This salon is NOT non toxic. The owner has lacks class and intelligence. At one point I told her that the only thing I did was float in the pool and she said "oh well you can not go in the pool after nail service." Never in my life have I felt so angry and insulted. My cuticles are destroyed. What a terrible experience :(

Upon purchase, I received an email letting me know that I had the gift card and that it's been applied to my account. Amazing. WRONG AGAIN. I went to use said gift card and upon completion of my services I go to show the digital gift card (which quite literally indicated to show it at the business) and I am informed that they will not accept the virtual gift card. I ask why not and they tell me they need a business card that they gave my mom when she purchased the gift card, that was sent digitally, or else they can't apply the gift card. The owner confirms she knows she sold the gift card, emailed the digital gift card and literally sees the gift card on my account, but REFUSES to let me use the digital gift card (which by the way even gives you the option to send to someone else who would then only have a digital gift card). After going back and forth for far longer than should have been necessary I end up paying because the business refused to accept and apply the gift card they took the money for and emailed to me. Now, I have to go through the process of disputing the purchase with my credit card company. In a city where there are three nail salons every two steps save yourself the time and headache and go literally anywhere else. Spouses, parents, friends do not purchase gift cards from this location. They will gladly take your money and then refuse to honor them.

The service was unprofessional from beginning to end, and the owner was extremely rude. I went in for a **hard gel (builder gel) refill**. The owner initially quoted me one price, then changed it twice before the service was even finished. That immediately made me uncomfortable. The nail technician, an older gentleman, also misled me. I specifically asked for a refill on my builder gel nails, but instead he used acrylic powder and told me it was "the same thing, just in powder form." It is not the service I requested. To make matters worse, when he applied the gel polish, he flooded my cuticles and left polish all over the skin around my nails. When I pointed it out, instead of fixing it properly, he tried to scrape the polish off with his fingernail, which hurt my fingers. The manicure looked messy before I even left the salon. I now have to pay another nail technician to fix the poor-quality work, making this a complete waste of my money. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality work, honest pricing, or professional customer service. I'm posting photos so others can see how messy my manicure looked immediately after I left the salon.

This was the absolute worst manicure I have ever gotten in my entire life!! The nail tech was obviously annoyed when I sat down and was a bit aggressive removing the old nail polish. All of my nails are very sore and uncomfortable. Cooking dinner last night was torturously painful. Sleep was also uncomfortable throughout the night. My cuticles were over cut and my nails over filed. Mai did my manicure it was the first time she had ever done my nails since Jimmy and Jay were both unavailable. I am in severe pain and discomfort. Spoke with Rosie the Manager of the salon who offered complimentary services next month with my habitual team as a resolution. I have soaked my nails in warm salt water for 10 mins increments and using antibiotic ointment to assist with pain releif.
