came into the nail lounge for a nail fill and pedicure. Period. I didn't have an appointment so being the weekend. I thought there would be a wait, but I was lucky to be taken care of right away. The ladies here were very welcoming, help me to check in at the kiosk, and then set me at one of the chairs for my pedicure. Kay did an amazing job getting my pedicure and helping me to relax during the process. Loved the presentation of the tray with the flowers and the creams and the lotions and the oils that they used in the pedicure. It was a nice touch. I splurged a bit and got the hot towels and the hot rocks and the massage on the feet and legs and went with the pink color for my toes being that it's still summertime. Annie did my fill and she did an awesome job. I went with the French tip and she gave me exactly what I wanted added a little flower for design and a little bit of sparkle. all the staff here was very welcoming and friendly and did an amazing job at performing their task. I did pay a bit more however it is worth it because you're getting quality service. The ambience here, as soon as you walk in the door, is very relaxing with soft music playing. Employees do have side conversations however their voices are very low and not distracting from your relaxing atmosphere. I can definitely see myself coming here again to get the royal treatment in nails and pedicures.

I went in for a pedi. I called & asked if they did acrylic on toes, and said yes & said come in right away, I walked and was kindly greeted by the gentleman whom I spoke on the phone with! They were very friendly, and he did my acrylic toes very flawlessly I asked him to fix French tip and he did and they came out just absolutely beautiful! I showed the technician the picture before we began. Despite that, my nails were initially shaped oval. I had to ask for them to be narrowed to achieve the almond shape I had already requested. When the French tips were applied, I was not asked to approve the design before they were fully cured. Once cured, it was too late to make corrections. The final result did not match the photo or the description I provided. The nail shapes were inconsistent, and the French tips were uneven and disproportionately large on several nails. At checkout, I was asked for a $30 tip on an $80 service. The overall service felt inattentive and lacked attention to detail. I have NEVER been asked for a tip; much less one that is $30. I truthfully want my money back and to make sure that others do not make the same mistake that I did.

I have been seeing Annie for a while now and she does the best gel - X nails in all of Morgan Hill! She introduced me to this type of nail a while back because I'm allergic to acrylic but the gel - X nails are even better than acrylic! I love how my nails turn out no matter how simple or complex the design is she always does a fantastic job!

I went to the Nail Lounge for the second time. It's been open for a short time and it is nicely remodeled and very clean ! I had a manicure and a pedicure at the same time. They did an excellent job! It was so relaxing and comfortable that I almost fell asleep :). I would highly recommend The Nail Lounge and I will be coming back for my mani- pedi's in the future!!. read more

Last week I was working in Morgan Hill and needed to get my nails done and found a great deal on Groupon. The place was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. I always appreciate when I am offered a beverage. I paid for a gel manicure but upgraded to builder's gel and added a glitter to the tips. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and would return if I was in the area again. read more

My appointment was for 10am - I was seated and wonderful technician was soaking my hands by 10:05 ! That's outstanding in having a manicure & or pedicure!! I needed a manicure for 2 upcoming weddings ! Opted for gel on my natural nails ! She did a perfect manicure ! Within 45 minutes ! Hidden gem for sure! Took my 3 and 5 year old here for a special treat. They were so kind to my girls and made it such a fun experience. Loved that they had kid chairs so they could reach the water, and even better they faced the adult chairs so it was like we were all together. Definitely will go back! read more

Do not let the male nail technician do your cuticles or your nails in general. He started treating our cuticles on both me and my mother without us asking so he could up charge the service without informing us it would cost more. He cut my cuticles so severely that I have now had infections in three of my nails since I came in late August. I was not able to wash my hands for a whole week after getting my nails done here due to the severity of the infection. Chunks of my cuticles were taken out. He also pushed doing cat eyes on my mother's nails in early August and her fill ended up being over $70. She was not informed that cat eyes cost more and the nail technician was extremely pushy. Her nails ended up looking horrible! Absolutely no transparency on pricing in this place. Highly recommend going to a different salon. read more

I went to The Nail Lounge in Morgan Hill for a pedicure. Leo greeted me at the door and got me a chair right away. I initially wanted a nail clip and a scrub, but Shayla recommended the package just above. (Sorry, I can't remember the package) It was the best recommendation I have ever had for a pedicure. It comes with a massage from my toes up to my knee caps. It was positively magical. If I could go every week, I would. At the bottom of my receipt, it says, "Where Style and Grace Unite." The Nail Lounge means every word of it. The best part was leaving when Leo gave kind regards to my wife, who was there a week earlier. The fact that he remembers her was a nice personal touch. Highly recommend this nail salon. I have been coming here consistently since my husband and I moved here last year. I see Leo and most recently started seeing Kay. Both do an exceptional job and are very kind and thorough. I love that they take their time to deliver the results I want. I never feel they are rushing. Kay did my nails last month and we went with a chrome milky white. I got so many compliments. Most recently her and I decided to do a nude cat eye and I think they are my favorite nails yet! So beautiful, next time I'll try a different cat eye color don't skip out on this salon. read more

I started going to Valeria while she was pregnant, so when she went on maternity leave I was handed over to her sister Marybel. During that time I decided to start growing them out because the eczema on my face was getting worse to the point I couldn't use any makeup. Marybel helped on tips of how to help new hair growth, and worked with me when I needed to rs because of flare ups. The process was long but I am seriously really happy with my eyebrows now. The sisters are really great to work with and they both make it super comfortable for me, even though I have major social anxiety issues. Teresa not only listened to what I liked and did not like about my previous experiences, she also took the time to map out my face and brow lines before applying any wax to my face. This is for my people who know they deserve so much more-- like massages from Cindy. I was referred to her by a friend who lives in Gilroy. I live in San Jose (part of the reason why I don't make it down here as Morgan Hill is a bit of a drive). But this 2nd massage completely convinced me I am missing out on life if I'm not here on a more regular basis (even every 3 months rather than twice a year, lol). So I get the 80 min deep tissue Swedish massage with Cindy. Seeing her this 2nd time, she pulled out her notes and recalled my neck and back pain from a car accident, checked in with how I'm feeling, talked with me through her approach for the day where she would focus on some areas fora good time while making sure to provide full body care. She asked if there was anything else she could do to help me feel at ease and I replied, "your magic is already magic." Her massage table was gently heated beneath the sheets. She offered to increase the heat if I liked, which I agreed to. Helped so much with relaxing my muscles. Her technique is superb. She remembered that while I came in for "deep tissue" massage, I prefer light to medium pressure. Her hands can read where the aches and knots are, and I even become aware of them only at the moment she touches them! Warm. Velvet. Gentle. Firm. Forgiving. Home. That's what her massages feel like. I definitely deserve this. The vibe: thoughtfully themed with butterflies, which personally feels like I'm surrounded by my ancestors. The "tree of life" framed on the wall helps root me. The ambient music she plays calms my nervous system. I wanted to hide this as a secret, but I want the best for her because she always gives me her best. I really appreciate her.

What confused me most was the price breakdown they gave me didn't seem to match the pricing shown on either their social media or website. If these prices had always been this high for simple sets, I honestly never would've come here as my "save money" nail spot in the first place if pricing would be the same for my extra design nails by my usual girl for same price/less then these.. It just made me really disappointed because I used to leave happy every time, and this experience felt completely different. For this visit, I got a gel pedicure and a liquid gel full set. I really liked how my toes came out--they looked clean, neat, and exactly what I was going for. I've had my toes done here twice now, and both times they've done a really good job with pedicures. However, I wasn't as happy with my nails. This was my first time trying builder/liquid gel, so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect, but they felt thicker than I anticipated, especially underneath the nail, which made them look a bit bulky. I also chose an almond shape, and I think that may have contributed to the nails looking shorter or more "stubby" than I had in mind. I got a French tip design, which looked really pretty at first, but unfortunately it chipped the very next day. I went back and they fixed it for free, which I appreciated, but it ended up chipping again shortly after. One thing that stood out to me was the communication around cuticle care. I had two technicians--one for my pedicure and one for my manicure. During my pedicure, my cuticles were trimmed without being discussed beforehand, so I assumed it was part of the service. However, during my manicure, I was told that cuticle trimming would be an additional $10. This felt a bit confusing and inconsistent, especially since I wasn't asked beforehand during my pedicure. In my experience, cuticle care is usually included in a manicure or at least clearly communicated before the service is done, so this caught me off guard. I don't want to be too harsh because they were kind and did try to make things right, but I do think there's room for improvement when it comes to communication, consistency, and the overall durability and finish of the nails. Overall, I've consistently had good experiences with pedicures here, but I'm a little unsure about returning for builder gel specifically. (Pictures attached for reference)

First time to this salon on my lunch break. Tina is amazing!! I've gone to different places for waxing but this place is one of my favorites so far. She was very sweet and gentle. I am super impressed at how they've adapted their business to this new world. I was very impressed with social distancing, enhanced cleaning and a temperature check at your arrival. I wasn't thrilled with my recent experience, as it felt a bit unprofessional and on the pricey side. The owner seemed rude, and the language barrier made my kids and me feel a little awkward. It felt like the staff was gossiping while speaking in their language. I seriously love this place. Salon is beautiful. I live in Gilroy and I have so many places near me but my friend brought me here once and I never looked back. The customer service is phenomenal and I don't feel uncomfortable like I did at nails salon in Gilroy. Everyone is very friendly and they do really amazing work.
