They will make you wait for hours and hours on mediocre nails. How can I pay close to $90 and still have my nails look a mess. I've been coming here since they first came to evergreen but I'm done supporting them DO NOT COME HERE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!

I love my nail tech at the nail place !! Yen is my go to and she's super sweet and loves to do designs . The only thing I would recommend is getting better receptionists.

Service here has always been amazing and I have done everything from manicures and pedicures to the brow shaping and tinting to individual lashes. My girlfriend and I met up after work for a pedicure. We did not have an appointment. They no longer have a sign in sheet. You have to scan the QRS code with your phone and sign in on the link that's provided. Our wait time was under ten minutes. My water was nice and hot just like I like it, soothing my aches away. The technician was both thorough and professional. This business is doing more than a great job to protect customers during this Pandemic. Upon entering you are sent to wash your hands, your temperature is taken, you sit on hospital grade paper and there are see through patricians everywhere. Yes, the weekends are very busy. Appointments highly recommended.

Love their work! William and Vu always provide the best service and I always leave loving my nails

How I left for asking a simple question all I wanted was them to look like the picture bad enough they didn't have the color I wanted

They are very rude I don't do nails so when I show a picture and tell you what I want you need to ask the questions to make sure I get what I want because again I don't do nails. FYI I left him 20 dollars for the unfinished work he didn't complete. If I come to you for a service it's because I think you know what to do so somethings you need to explain to your customers I don't do nails for a living you do. Also got a pedicure she said pops when she cut my nail too short!

Tbe nail shape I asked for

I've been here 3 times. All 3 times I asked for short stiletto nails. The first time, the young lady did a great job. 2nd time, I got a man who I'll just say seemed socially awkward...a bit rude. He ended up not really doing a good job, the nails were too long and no hand massage after. But the 3rd time, i regretfully got the same man. I showed him the picture so he could see what I was asking for. He started getting real anxious and talking real fast about how he couldn't make them short AND stiletto. When I asked why (very calmly), he got very frustrated and excitedly repeated a few times "the powder is too thick." Since I don't speak "Nails"...I asked what did that mean. He literally rolled his eyes and said it again...same way. I asked if he thought I had dip powder or was he talking about the powder when he did my gels before. He finally said yes. It made no sense to me, so I just said that 's fine, and asked what he could do instead. He continued to panic about how I couldn't have the short stilettos. I told him I was past that, and asked again what he could do. He said coffin. As you can see from the pictures, he gave me almond. He also did a horrible job of filling it in. He also was yanking my fingers and rolling his eyes. At one point he audibly showed his disgust at my thumb not turning enough. I have severe osteoarthritis but it was never a problem for anyone else. His handling was somewhat painful. He asked me if I had done the last style. I think he forgot it was HIM who did it. He shook his head like whoever it was, wasn't good (agreed). Finally, we reached the end of the drying. I already knew not to expect a hand massage from him. He took cuticle oil and dropped some drops on each of my nails and said,"$50." I asked him was he planning on rubbing the oil in. He told me my hands were finished. And so are my visits to this unacceptable business. They also played inappropriate music most of my time there and I had no way to not hear it. It's very unprofessional.

Well, got my nails and feet done for my wwedding, I feel they did a rush job and over priced, I paid $105 for my nails that were just OK. And $40 for my feet that was horrible. This place use to do a good job but they are falling off. This pedicure looks a HOT ASS MESS

TheNailPlace is the best in the city! I've been going to Vu for 10 years and he always keeps up with the latest trends. The salon is very clean, organized and professional. They take appointments and walk in.

Prices are inconsistent. It seems like they just charge you whatever they feel like. I will not be returning.

Sh puts them way to close to my lid , it's super itchy and the process is horrible she stretches your eye open to far to attach the lash nearly to your lid. They should just focus on nails and nothing else there. AND ITS ALWAYS IMMEDIATELY ITCHY AFTER.

Before you read this review, let me help you identify the nail tech in question. Her name is…read more"Bella." And if Bella magically switches to a new American name next week, don't worry, the description won't change. She's about 5'0", wears glasses, and always giggling. Her lips are so dry they look like they're going through a drought advisory, cracked like a summer sidewalk. She wears glasses. And when she smiles? Let's just say it looks like she's got 82 teeth in there and they're all doing throwing up GD, BD, and the Moes at the same time. Just so there's no confusion about who I'm talking about. Now, on to the review... I'm writing this because I genuinely don't want anyone else to go through what I just experienced at "Classy Nails." I've been coming to this shop for a while. I usually see John, I tip well, and I always treat everyone with respect. I've never had an issue before, which makes this even more disappointing. This time, the person who did my nails rushed through the entire service. You can tell when someone is taking their time and when they just want you out of the chair. Because the nails were rushed and poorly done, one of them literally broke in half when I scratched my leg. Not slammed in a door. Not hit on a counter. I scratched my leg. That's it. When I went back to the shop, I was in pain but I was not bleeding. I calmly told the lady to please clip the broken nail off first and then soak it. Instead of listening, she took the drill to it. She drilled directly into the damaged nail until it started bleeding. That's when things went from bad to traumatic. After she caused it to bleed, she had the nerve to tell me I needed to go to the emergency room to have it removed. She kept insisting I must have hit it on something. I did not. They kept trying to gaslight me into believing this was somehow my fault. It wasn't. The nail was rushed and weak from the start. What made it worse? She was laughing. I was sitting there in pain, bleeding, being told I needed to go to the ER, and she was laughing. What is funny about that? How is someone's injury amusing? On top of that, she messed up my big toe during the previous visit and turned the nail yellow. So now I have to see a doctor about my finger and my toe. This is beyond unacceptable. After all of that, she still asked me to pay when I had no finished nails and was being told to go to the emergency room. So I'm supposed to pay you and then pay hospital bills too? Absolutely not. I left $20 on the table just for removing the remaining nails (which is a $12 service) and walked out. She was still laughing. I chose not to argue or disrespect anyone in the shop. I kept my composure. But I will never return. It's really upsetting because as customers, we show up consistently. We spend our money. We tip generously. We're polite. And situations like this show that some businesses truly do not care about our well-being. They continue putting product on already weakened nails, rush services, and then blame clients when something goes wrong. Meanwhile, we're left with damaged nail beds and medical bills. Please be careful where you spend your money. No manicure or pedicure is worth being injured, dismissed, and laughed at. I'm beyond disappointed, and honestly, hurt by this experience. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND YOU SHOULDN'T GO EITHER. If you are an attorney reading this and manage cases against negligence and personal injury, please call me.
