I usually come here and only see one person, Amy. I went for a mani pedi for my son's graduation last month. Amy's service is ysally amazing but she must've had "an off day" that day because she messed up another woman's nails before she got started on me. When I left the nail parlor that day my feet began to bother me really bad; I had gone to a different nail parlor this time and when the lady removed my polish, my nails were discolored and they've never been that way before. I called and requested to speak with the manager or owner and was told that I can come buy their fungal medicine because it could've came from anywhere. They may be the case, but I always take really good care of my feet and i have never in my life ever had foot fungus. You just lost a customer because you don't know how to talk to people or handle situations appropriately read more

Normally this is my quick run to because it's close to the house and usually very good mani pedis. However today I'm just not particularly fond of an amateur doing my pedicure. Going forward if they know she's a beginner the customer should be forewarned and given a choice. Luckily the more seasoned nail tech did my manicure which I'm appreciative but the time I wasted re directing and/or correcting on an off day is were the problem resides. Very disappointed I spent $55 on a bad dip job. My nails are so think, the tech did not grind the polish. They are lumpy and uneven. The nail files were very used and it did not look like the tools were cleaned well. I watched the tech sweep the remaining dip powder off the dirty counter and back into the bottle. I needed my no-chip removed and new no-chip quickly. I google'd places nearby and they were one of the few places open early on a Sunday. When I went in I asked how long it would take and they guaranteed I would be out in 40 minutes. They were incredibly efficient and my nails look great. The salon is what you would expect and it isn't anything fancy, but they did a good job and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely be back. read more

Their approach to keeping customers safe is excellent. They have plexiglass separators hanging from the ceilings at the pedicure chairs and they have been installed at the manicure stations. Everyone wears a mask and gloves all the time and people must sanitize their hands upon entering. All customers must wear masks and no one can wait- you must have an appointment. I went in to this nail salon with dip in my fingers and asked for a manicure then I was rudely sat down without any time to pick out a color. She immediately took her nail clippers and chops off my nail brutally to the shortest length possible. This made me pull my hands back because I was in pain with how short my nails now were. She goes on to keep my hands in acetone for at least 10 minutes which made my fingers numb. She puts lotion on my hands then she paints my nails. She did not file my nails at all. My nails are not straight and I was treated terribly by the lady. She was rude and I will never come to this nail salon again. I am in pain and I was trying to grow my nails out for months for her to completely and painfully ruin my nails. In the picture you can see that she ripped my skin. Terrible place. read more

Thieves! Do not go here. Went for a quick manicure and pedicure before vacation. I upgraded to the sea salt pedicure with the extra massage. Upon choosing this, I watched the worker open up a little kit w three packages inside for this upgraded pedicure that cost $15 extra than a normal. 1. Extra salts for the water, 2. sea salt scrub for massage, and 3. Special lotion w same fragrance of above listed. This was probably a kit you could buy from TJ max, Ross, etc for cheaper but I couldn't turn down the massage. I watched in amazement that the woman thought I was stupid enough to not realize she used HALF of the lotion packet and stuck half of it back between her cart/the foot tub alongside of 2 other packages-- I'm assuming from other customers. If you're going to charge people extra for this upgrade-- give them all of the product that they're paying for!!! I didn't say anything. I tipped 20%. But this will be the LAST TIME I ever step foot in this nail studio. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR $$$ as they do not give you what you pay extra for. How blatantly ignorant they are. I needed a last minute pedi on a Saturday afternoon and after tryong three other places, I found this place. They did not have a wait and the are very plesant. The pedicure was well done. However, I wish she was a little more thorough with cleaning under my nails and shaping them. It's a oet peeve when shops don't have a good color selection but this was not the case here, at least for the color scheme I enjoy. It was also nice that the customers were so pleasant! I have a lovely conversation with three women of all ages as we sat at the drying station. read more

I asked for a gel full set. So I sit down he glues tips on adds the powder stuff on and has me wash my hands. Then a girl put nail polish on adds a top coat tells me to go under the air blowers. I question the lady and so do others. She the tells me it won't be the 35 to add 15 more for a special nail polish. Wait what I asked for gel in the first place you should of pointed me to the right nail polish when I told you I wanted gel nails. You also should of said it would be 15 more not 35. I leave the salon and 4 of my nails are fucked up. Very disappointed to say the least. So I paid 35 for acrylic. read more

I went in today for a no chip manicure. I wanted to try someplace that was closer to home. I found the service to be less than what I expected. First, I asked how much was a no chip. I was told $35.00 which was fine since all the salons I have ever been to charge that. As I was getting my polish removed I was disappointed by the girl putting my hands in plastic bags that seemed to have been used already. (I have never had my hands put into plastic bags before, very odd. Next I noticed the tools she was using on me were just sitting on the table, so I was concerned about sanity with these items. Third, I don't think she did a very good job with my cuticles or around my nails never using a softener or asking me to wash my hands. Lastly and the most upsetting was after I tipped the girl, I went to the counter to pay the owner. She told me $40.00. I questioned her and she told me that to remove the polish it was a extra $5.00. I said that I have never paid $40.00 for a no chip and that when I asked how much, she told me $35.00. She argued with me about the $5.00 and said they had to use cotton and foil, which I said is standard at all other salons I visited and that I will not be returning to her salon. She is not a very savvy owner since after that, my friend stepped up to pay the bill and she did the same to her, trying to justify this additional charge. Now, I don't really care about the $5.00 but I do care about being deceived and felt that she should have been honorable in her practice to us. WILL NEVER RETURN AND NEITHER WILL MY FRIEND. NUFF SAID. AVOID THIS SALON. BAD NEWS!!! P.S: I will also tell all my friend to avoid this salon. If she was smart, she should have been sure I was happy before I walked out the door. Not smart. THEY GAVE ME A TOENAIL FUNGUS!! Stay away!! It is gross!! I will never go here again! The place is dirty and they don't clean the foot baths properly. I decided to come here for a quick pedicure and for them to fix my broken acrylic nail, since the place I usually go to is by my work and 35 min away. The acrylic nail that they replaced was crooked and not even close to the shape that the rest of the nails were. But I didn't say anything because it was only one nail. The pedicure was mediocre at best. About the toenail fungus - long story short it looks like my toenails have this white, flaky stuff on it and nail polish won't cover it. I happened to mention it to my doctor when I went for a visit and he confirmed it was a fungus and gave me a prescription. Ewww!!! Never in my 20+ years of getting pedicures have I ever got a fungus and the first time I go to this place I get it! And I know for a fact that I got it from this pedicure. read more
