I've been scheduling Manicure, pedicure and brows for years. Same services, all white nails and toes. I even called my previous person when the owner had questions. She then turned me over to someone else. After 2 1/2 hours, my nails are 75% completed my nails are pink rather than white and I remind her that was not what I asked for. English was not her first language so conversation went back-and-forth between my Manicurist and the owner, problem enough.... I don't understand what is being said... the possible solution when a lovely patron decides to inform me that it wasn't nice to inform the manicurist that I wasn't happy with what was being done to my nails.. I had been rude in bringing the color issue to the manicurist attention (it's unchristian) and as her daughter was in the shop, she was using me as an example for her daughter of the kind of behavior not to exhibit in that situation. All the while .... the owner has apparently decided the original manicurist should continue trying to fix the nail color which I eventually point out remains pink. The owner eventually steps in again and corrects the situation and I leave with my nails completed, but nothing else, but please. I bet you're thinking it's the end, oh no. Before I go my oh so gracious teaching mother loudly states as I'm washing my hands that she is willing to pay for my services. I'm thinking... Oh!!! Really!! She's a regular so I thanked her and said no but I did bless her for pointing out my unchristian like behavior today and left. I don't think this salon and I are a good match. Once I find a good match... I follow them. These people are your friends and environment is important along with how well they do their job. read more

Absolutely love the color of my nails! I got the SNS Dip nails and they turned out beautiful! One broke but they fixed it for me for $4. (I shouldn't have had to pay for it ) Update. Another day goes by and ANOTHER nail broke. It was my fault because the nails were too long. Only got $20 back. Very disappointed. read more

The Nail Place in Welcome is recently under new management. I love it! The couple in there is so friendly and inviting, offering me a drink as I got my pedicure. Tina does pedicures and she does a great job from start to finish - with extra massage when I told her it was my favorite part. I get gel nails and each time they've done a great job. They recently received a larger selection of colors which has been an added bonus. First thing in the mornings seem to get busier but when I go right after lunch (during the week), there is never a line. I love the promptness and convenience. Recommend 5/5 read more

DO NOT go to this place, not only did they cut my 88 year old moms finger really bad. (Thank God she is not on a blood thinner or it could have really been worse) Her nails look like crap. Waited almost an hour to get SNS nails. I watched as people you came in after me, who had no appointment went before me. My mother and sister were both finished before I was even seated. Then once seated I was told me nails were too long for SNS, which has never been a issue before. I was charged for SNS even though I just a manicure. WILL DEFINITELY NOT RETURN read more

I had heard a lot of good things about this place so I decided to check it out. I got a pedicure and a set of pink and whites. And my daughter got a set of colored acrylics. The pedicure was amazing and the leg massage was great. However, my polish was chipping by the time I left and was a little worse the next day but not too bad. My daughters nails turned out great too My nails on the other hand is where I realized why they are so cheap. (It was $25 compared to $40-$50 at other places). My pink and whites have air bubbles in them. And they have an indention in the nail itself. It kind of dips where the pink and white meet. From a distance they look nice but up close not so much. The guy would put the liquid on my nail and dip my finger in the powder instead of mixing it and then applying it to my finger. This caused the air bubbles and the indention. The shape of the nail was great though. Maybe they should take the extra time to keep the air bubbles out. They did offer free drinks (after we asked for them that is) I would go back for a cheap nail fix but if I'm going to get my nails done, I'd like them to look nicer than this and I don't mind paying for it. read more
