When I went to check the length of the acrylics for my daughter, the tech left them waaaayyyy too long despite my request prior to the service. When I questioned it, she got an attitude like she was going to fight me on the street and started yelling that my daughter had requested it and that it would be a $20 charge to cut them down at the end of it all, she did a terrible job and overcharged me on top of it. I was looking for a natural looking gel nail with just shaping, no acrylic or otherwise. I am very picky as far as minimal cuticle cutting but Melissa was very thorough and gentle. She shaped everything up perfectly and pulled 3 choices of natural looking gel for me to choose from, which I liked because I can look through books forever and I'm super indecisive. We agreed on which looked best and I ended up with exactly what I envisioned. I chose the XO pedicure and drink choices were a mimosa or moscato.
