Not only they made my Mother-in-law's trial look absolutely horrible. The entire trial process is lack of communication. This make up artist didn't communicate about she's about to do or what's going to look like at all during the trial. She just simply does what she knows to do. And surprise you with a result you don't want. The entire experience is just a guessing game. You just sit there and pray that it is not too terrible. And any feedback I give all they did was trying to lower your expectations or gaslight you. The worst thing is that they send an email for "feedback" after the trial and I gave very detailed and feedback and asked questions. 3 days, I followed 2 times and zero responses until I had to text them asking for a response. My partner's therapist didn't even do her legs! Completely said "Sorry, I ran out of time." This is a 60 minute massage and you don't have a basic structure? It's frustrating spending money on a service that isn't fully completed. When we told the front desk she was apologetic but just suggested coming back and they would let us do it again at a new client rate - which I don't think is satisfactory for the problem. I'm a student and splurged to have a good experience and was left with more pain than when I came in. Just an unfortunate waste of money.
