French by Sonia - just polish, not gel, but she has a special french technique that makes it last longer- will post an update

My hidden gem!! I've been getting bi-weekly mani-pedis here for years. Better crowd than other New Milford shops, and far less crowded. Very clean, friendly, thorough, great massages! Nice, quiet place. I try to go during the week, but the weekend is ok too. They have more employees on Saturdays, so there's usually no wait.

Place is nice and small, I came here for a gel manicure and the woman was very thorough and detailed. She was very sweet and friendly and even suggested a cute design to go with it and it turned out beautiful. I have had my gel manicure for almost a week and I see no signs of chipping and still look like they are fresh out of the salon. I must say that it is a little pricey for a gel manicure ($30) but it is all worth it..I will definitely be coming back in here!

Favorite salon in the area. Great customer service, and never feel rushed. Prices are reasonable and nails always look great. Just go!

They did a great pedicure for me, and a cute girls mani pedi for my young daughter.

There isn't a shortage of nail salons. What makes a salon stand out is their service, consistency,…read moreand reasonable pricing. I've been coming to Elite Nails for over 5 years for these exact reasons. It's located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking in a lot. The salon is small and a little outdated. It could use a paint job and new flooring, but at least it's not unsanitary. There's around 6 pedicure chairs and 6 manicure stations. If you want a luxurious ambiance, this isn't the place for you. Their prices are very fair and lower compared to other salons in the area. I always get a gel manicure ($35) and regular pedicure ($23). There's plenty of nail colors and brands to choose from. Just a heads up, they don't do acrylics or very intricate designs. I always call to make my appointment and the owner, Joanna, is very accommodating. She's squeezed me in last minute with no issues. I don't recommend coming as a walk-in because they are usually booked. The best nail techs are Joanna and John. I usually go to John. He's gentle, has good attention to detail, and works efficiently. He doesn't rush and ensures I'm happy with my nail length, shape, and color. As a client of over 5 years, I've had a mix of good and bad experiences with other techs. Some are more experienced than others. My biggest pet peeve is getting my cuticles cut, so once that happens... I lose my trust! I'm not as picky with my toes, so I'm happy with any tech doing my pedicure. The ladies are really sweet and make my feet look ~pretty~ The quality of their nail products are great. My polish lasts for a looooooong time and doesn't chip or lift. They even have a rewards system. Gain points for every $ spent and you get free services. Looking forward to my next appointment!

In the past gel X has given me contact dermatitis so I made them stop in the middle of my service and they took it off. I ended up going across the street to get my acrylics and they did a wonderful job, but my cuticles are messed up and VERY irritated from the gel X and itchy and my contact dermatitis is coming back. (refer to the pic, the did not do the nail set.) I wish they would've been honest from the beginning and not money hungry enough to lie to me about the service they're doing on MY nails. never going back and would not recommend. They did apologize a lot though for what it's worth

Before I drove over I called to make sure that they had any availability and they did on a Saturday afternoon. Grace had such meticulous attention to detail. She continuously checked in on me to make sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. It was quiet and peaceful such a huge difference from the nail salons that I have gone to previously. Also, during my service I was offered coffee, tea or water. At the end of my service, she used a collagen hand glove and a hot towel. The price was extremely reasonable, and I will definitely be returning.

My appointment was obviously rushed which hugely impacted the quality, as both services were completed and I was out the door by 10:30am. This was evident when the following day, on the day of my wedding, two of my finger nails chipped halfway through my pre-ceremony photos (approx. 2:30pm). Additionally, the polish was completely chipped and gone from one of my toes by around 6pm. A gel manicure and pedicure should last more than 24 hours, especially when you're made aware it is for an immensely important occasion for the client. The only positive about my experience is the salon appeared clean. Would not return or recommend to others.

I went to this nail salon on a whim, as I was in the area and was not going to be near my home…read moresalon anytime soon. I typically stick to simple colors of powder, as they are always the easiest to "paint" (no designs or different colors on each nail). Since I was trying a new salon, I figured I would try a new design. The removal of my old powder nail polish took a little longer, and I do believe she filed my nail bed too thin, as my fingers now hurt. I chose to a powder manicure, with a gel design. I didn't quite understand the process, as when I've been to other salons, powder does not require the UV light. At this salon, I was instructed to put my nails under the light after each dip. After the powder had been applied, she worked on my design (as pictured below). I was really happy at first with my design, however upon further look, all of the lines look different on each nail. I guess in the grand scheme of things, it's a real person painting on a nail and not a person putting a sticker, so there's always room for error. I'm not sure if I will be returning, since I do have a regular salon at home. Overall salon: -Offered many different spa options, such as facials -Lash extension, eyebrow tenting -Friendly staff COVID Guidelines: The salon looked very nice and clean, had the plexiglass in front of each station and seat, and everyone wore a mask. The manager also asked each customer to sanitize their hands, prior to sitting in the chair. Also, nice to know when you end up sharing powder nail polish! Pricing: -Powder Manicure: $45.00 -Design: $10 -Removal of Gel (?): $5.00 Total was $65.00

This place has plenty of colors to choose from whether you're looking for color gel or regular color. Right when you walk in, there is always someone to greet you. I come in at odd times during the week so there's usually someone available to take care of my nails right away. My sister mentioned to me that if you need to come in on the weekend, making an appointment is your best bet because she has had to wait ~30-45 minutes in the past. During my past 2 visits, Ryan has done my color gel manicures. My nails look perfect every single time. He pays attention to detail and makes sure my nails are cleaned up well before applying new color. My pedicures have been done by different people each time but treatment is consistent. I love the scrub they use to exfoliate my feet/legs and more recently they've been using this gel-like substance on my heels (callus remover?) so my feet feel so much softer than when I came in. They have a rewards card where you earn points for discounts on future services so it does pay itself later on. So far, so good and I will be back soon!
