I've been going to this nail salon for as long as I can remember and every time I try somewhere new, I always regret it. This place has plenty of colors to choose from whether you're looking for color gel or regular color. Right when you walk in, there is always someone to greet you. I come in at odd times during the week so there's usually someone available to take care of my nails right away. My sister mentioned to me that if you need to come in on the weekend, making an appointment is your best bet because she has had to wait ~30-45 minutes in the past. During my past 2 visits, Ryan has done my color gel manicures. My nails look perfect every single time. He pays attention to detail and makes sure my nails are cleaned up well before applying new color. My pedicures have been done by different people each time but treatment is consistent. I love the scrub they use to exfoliate my feet/legs and more recently they've been using this gel-like substance on my heels (callus remover?) so my feet feel so much softer than when I came in. They have a rewards card where you earn points for discounts on future services so it does pay itself later on. So far, so good and I will be back soon! read more

I have been coming here for many many years. I miss Kim and Ryan and Kladie! Her pedicures were unmatched. Currently under new management. I made an appointment with Kladie and when I arrived for my 10:30 appointment was told they were under new management and she wasn't here anymore. I then waited 30 minutes for my appointment and a regular manicure pedicure no color took over 2 hours. I do not recommend and sadly I will not be back. And he told me the gift card expired even though there was nothing on the card to tell me it expired. He then charged me the gift card difference from his new prices, which is rather rude. Nail broke in 2 days. I got my nails done Thursday night and I was back Saturday morning. The lady told me to wait 20 minutes which I agreed to do. I've been going here for about 3/4 years and I am DONE, today was the last straw & I will be taking my business elsewhere. I came in to take off my UV gels that I've been getting here for almost a year and they decided to tell me when I was paying that it was $15. Whenever anything is extra I've always been told this BEFORE paying because any other salon has charged me at most $5, especially since I have been getting my nails done at this location. I simply asked about the $15 because the board where they have their prices does not list the price of a "soak" meanwhile she just shaved my UV off... Now this is where I draw the line. Ryan, who is now their "manager", which is probably the worst thing they could've done for their business, was practically yelling at me that it was $15 with no explanation, grabbed my card out of my hand & processed the payment. When my mom & I went to the older owner lady she was trying to explain but Ryan overheard and started yelling at us that that was the price. Ryan is extremely rude. I should have never came back the time before when a woman was very unsatisfied with how her manicure came out so he proceeded to scream at her and grab her hand so aggressively to take off the polish. It was honestly so scary to see a grown man grab a young woman like that I wish I never came back after that. If anything goes wrong Ryan will scream at you to the point that you are scared to say anything, he speaks so rudely to the employees and customers. The pedicure ladies are so nice and the owner is as well. My mom even went up to one of the pedicure ladies asking if Ryan was the owner and they said they would not be working there if he was. Their prices have also raised and they give a $1 "discount" if you pay in cash. What a joke. Also none of them really know how to do manicures or gels or anything, my nails have come out crooked two times in a row now that I have gone to someone other than Ryan because I am honestly scared of him so I now have to find a new nail salon. Run. Although, Staff was friendly. I went for a gel manicure l. I asked operator to clean under my nails and to check my cuticles (cuz not every salon does a true manicure anymore). While we waited for the acetone to soften the old color she waxed my eyebrows. I asked her to please use talc due to sensitivity. She said she would. My eyes were swollen for two days. Pinkie is my "go to" place for a really good callus removing pedicure. I have been to many spas in the city where I work and I still come back here every time I need a pedicure. TLDR: Don't go here if you want anything other than a basic solid colored manicure. And if you get a pedicure the 3 dollars extra for the weekly nail is more than worth it. I called to make an appointment for my friend and I. I said that I wanted a pedicure for the both of us and a set new of Acrylic manicure (my friend didn't want a manicure, so only I got one). Now there was a bit of a wait when we got there, but we also arrived early, and there is almost nowhere to sit in this place that isn't a nail station. At 10:30 AM they had me sit down for a manicure. I show them pictures of what I want and they say that they can't do any of it. Now, I could understand some of the designs were a bit more technical and harder to replicate, but 2 of them were just ombres with one being ombre on 3 nails and roses drawn on the other two. The technician speaks to someone, who I can only assume is either a manager or owner of the store, and he asks me if I'm getting just a manicure. I say I booked it for an acrylic set for one and two pedicures. This conversation repeats two more times before he explains to me that two people called out, and that only he and one other person can do designs. He offers maybe, if they have time one of them could do it, but it's doubtful. So I could get a plain set. Not the best thing, but sure, whatever. So the person does the filing and figures out what size extensions fit my nails and attaches them. My friend, meanwhile has been waiting for at least 15 minutes at this point. So she comes over to the empty drying station and keeps me company. The nail technician almost takes off the extension on my thumb with her power tool by accident. Now, my friend noticed this before I did because she used to work at a nail salon, the nail technician takes out gel for the base of my nail. I'm not really looking specifically what the are taking out because I assume that they know their tools and how to get the proper products. I was very incorrect. By the time I noticed that she had grabbed gel, it was already on my finger and would have been hard to go back. As for why my friend didn't say anything, she thought I didn't mind because I didn't say anything. So now I'm committed to getting gel nails with extensions. Which again, not even remotely what I said I wanted. The conversation with the supposed manager happened in front of her even, so it's not like she didn't both the supposed manager and I say acrylics multiple times. After my entire hand is done with gel, my friend has still not been called for her pedicure. The nail technician only just starts shaping my nails about an hour into the appointment, and this is when my friend gets called over for her pedicure. There is still no color on my nails at this point. Note: I have gotten both gel extensions and acrylics before. They take roughly an hour if the technician really takes their time. This technician finally got to adding gel color to my nails, and by the time that that is done, I have been just getting this for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Now, the nails look fine, but it's also really hard to mess up a solid color with one accent nail of a different solid color. Especially in a squaoval (square with rounded edges for those who aren't familiar with the term) shape. And my pedicure went fine with that nail technician being very quick and courteous the entire Overall, I would have given them like a 2.5 star rating based solely on that. I end up sitting for my pedicure as my friend has finished hers up. So now my friend is at the drying station for her toes. I have another technician, which is fairly standard. My pedicure was completely fine, and I actually finished up relatively quickly. My friend on the other hand... Don't get me wrong, there was nothing wrong with the pedicure procedure in the salon. However, her nails were not dry by roughly 5 PM, or roughly 6 hours later. She went back to the salon and they actually told her that it was her fault that the nail polish hadn't dried in 6-7 hours since she left. Because I feel like this needs to be stated: I do appreciate that the nail technician took her time to try to do the manicure right. But the nail technician was also very uncomfortable doing this process for me from the beginning. This whole situation was avoidable. I don't know if they switched owner or technicians during the pandemic, because most of the reviews before 2020 are very good, some even in 2020 are good. But most of this situation was avoidable and for the most party, would have taken less time if I just had to wait for another technician. The combination of that, the fact that they blamed my friend for the store's nail polish not drying for over 6 hours, even after they were under a fan and had been sitting to air dry after we left, that the people in charge were very short with customers when they didn't need to be. I went there for a manicure and pedicure with daughter(9 yrs) and my sister who was visiting us for holidays... they were so terrible with there service and very very rude and disrespectful.. the guy there (forgot his name) was so rude and refused to clean my sisters nails and said it's not his job. Also, my 9 yr old daughter had to wait for 45 min just to get her pedicure done.. secondly, They refuse to listen to my 9yr old daughter when she asked them to fix the nail polish... Also they have hand sanitizers at the entrance back door and they make sure all covid precautions are in place. I am extremely disappointed, disgusted, and I feel completely disrespected. I went into the salon, asked for light blue nails and a chrome design. I made an appointment for a UV gel fill and a pedicure. when I get there I was seated with this gentleman, and the two main nail techs left.... at 9:30 am. At first everything is fine, and then we get to the design. First of all he put white on the nail I wanted chrome on, but I wanted it over the light blue. I ignore it and let him do his thing and the chrome powder isn't paying off, he says "it's too light." Because I had to go to work I said it's okay you can make them all blue. The two main nail techs finally come back after about 45 minuets. This is when I really started to feel like this salon does not care about its customers. He told me every nail expect this one right, as he point to my one white nail. I said no I would like all blue nails since the design didn't work, plus am in a rush I have to go to work. His voice raises with "what's wrong with you, you're so rude, what's wrong with the nails." The main nail tech comes and tries to diffuse the situation. And I guess as they were also communicating he had told her I was upset about the shape. He begins screaming more what's wrong with you whats wrong with you, I then tell him to stop yelling at me that this is the worst experience I have had here. Between all the yelling and fighting he then screams you made me yell at you.... She finished my nails and kept asking me "what's wrong with your shape they're square." She wouldn't listen to what I was saying, I just wanted to get out and got to work. I never complained about my shape, I asked for a design and they didn't work out and needed to go. I never got an apology. They still had the balls to charge me the full price. And I never got the pedicure. I will truly never be coming here. My mom has been going to this place faithfully for years, and sometimes when I am in town visiting my parents I go with her. After the experience I had this past time I will NEVER, EVER go back there. I booked an appointment with them 2 weeks in advance, because my sister and I were taking our mom for a spa day for her birthday. I made the appointment for 11AM and with the nail tech for my mom that she likes using the best. About 30 minutes before the appointment we realized that we might be late so I called to see if we could push back the appointments for my mom, my sister and myself. I asked if my mom would still have her preferred nail tech and they said yes--which would up only happening after we said something while we were there. If they had told us it would be a problem we would have rushed to get there on time. When we got there they sat the three of us down in pedicure chairs, and 45 minutes after my sister and I started they finally got started on my mom (again we had appointments). My sister and I did the gel manicure+regular pedicure+ massage special and added callus remover. If I am going to spend an additional $10 on callus remover, I expect that my feet will be somewhat smooth. Instead when I looked at them after there were big bubbles od dead skin all over them, so that was a waste of $10. The woman who did my feet did such a crap job filing my toes that there were jagged peices of nail I had to pick off that night at home. When we did the gel manicures, the manicurist was so not paying attention she did two coats of topcoat. Additionally the polish is blotchy and you can sort of see the nail through parts of it. She again did such a crap job filing, that my nails started to break the next day, and 3 days after getting the gel manicure they started to chip. Gel is supposed to last 2 weeks. I am not tough of my nails, there is no excuse for them chipping. My mom, sister and I kept getting passed from technician to technician--even though my mothers appointment was with Kay, someone else started her nails and then they passed her over. To add insult to this horrible experience, when I went to pay the woman tried to convince me we did a different special (that was $10 more a person). I had to argue with the woman for a few minutes before she would change me the right price. I will never, ever, ever go here again. read more

Came in for a gel removal and was soaking my nails in nail polish remover for 30 minutes while people who came in after me got attended to first. Charged me $15 for gel removal and didn't even fully remove it. Charged another $10 for a regular manicure on top of the gel that wasn't removed and it came out very uneven. While he does take a little longer than others to do my nails, I know it's worth it because they always come out beautiful (I get a UV gel fill in).
