Customer service goes above and beyond; they are the sweetest people ever. And my nails look PERFECT. Not going anywhere else.

I was able to get my mom out of assisted living and her only 2 wishes were to get her nails done…read moreand her hair. So we knew this shopping center and knew there was a nail shop and hair dresser so we stopped in. Mom is not easy to get around in a wheelchair but got her out of the car and in and immediately up to a table after I checked first to make sure they were open and Covid clean. I'll have mask on , place was clean so I brought her in. She brought her own nail polish so they were able to file her nails down trim and the sand them down(Whatever you call that) and got her nails done in 20 min!! She was elated and so happy and the girl did a great job. We were the only ones there first thing in the morning but for me this was perfect, she looks great and feels great. Highly recommend.

I won't be putting socks or shoes on for a few hours, she kept saying she was going to fix it in 1 minute. I sat for 20 minutes. Still didn't get fixed. I never got the normal lotion and oil with the leg rub when I got the package with parafon wax. I asked her to cut my finger nails down a little bit and she cut them all the way to my finger before I could say stop. Was told they couldn't make them longer. They use to be a good salon. No option other than end, get or regular polish. No ombré, cats eye, just whatever they can draw on. Very disappointed. Thought I would give them a second chance but NEVER AGAIN. I'd rather pay more and have options for design than just getting the same colors over and over.

I have never had a bad experience here.

What I Asked for vs. What I Got--A Complete Disappointment…read more I've been a loyal customer of this salon for over a year, but Thursday's appointment was so bad that I won't be back. I came in with two clear reference photos--one for my manicure (black French tip with silver glitter line) and one for my pedicure (black polish with a glitter ombré on the big toe). These are not difficult designs. I showed the images to the techs and explained what I wanted. Unfortunately, there was a constant language barrier. No one told me upfront that the design I wanted couldn't even be done with the polish they were using. Instead of saying, "We need gel to achieve that," they just tried to fake it--badly. The pedicure design looked nothing like the reference photo. Eventually, Kiki (the manager) came out from her own lash appointment to try to help, and even she couldn't make it work. Meanwhile, the manicure was just as bad. The acrylic was way too thick, the shape was boxy and sharp, and when I looked down, I noticed the ends weren't even painted. (See the pictures I've uploaded--yes, that was the "final product" they expected me to accept.) When I pointed it out, Kiki told me I needed to ask for my nails to be "capped." Apparently, that's what the newer techs don't do unless you specifically say it. I've been getting my nails done for years and have never had to explain that I want my nails fully painted--especially when it's black polish. It was a mess. After that, they rushed to get me out. The salon was closing. It was raining and they forced me to wear throwaway foam flip-flops that were three sizes too small, despite me bringing open-toed Crocs. I walked through standing water and pebbles in the parking lot, nearly slipped and fell, and then had to figure out how to get into my brand new Tesla with soaked feet and muddy disposable sandals. At that point, I just paid the $125 (plus tip), brought my frustration home, and tried to move on. But within 24 hours, three nails chipped, and by 48 hours, six were ruined. The polish was thin, full of bubbles, and the edges were so sharp they scratched my child. They didn't answer the phone when I called right after. I've been too busy working since then to go back in person, but I shouldn't have to chase anyone down to fix this. This salon used to be my go-to. But now I completely understand why the reviews have dropped from 5 stars to barely 3. They've stopped caring, and it shows.
