Went today for a mani-ped and they took me right away as a walk in. I was pleasantly surprised with this place! Everything is clean and modern and the employees are nice and professional. My mani-pedi was great! There was no pain, no bleeding, and I got a nice leisurely long treatment with massage, hot towel and hot rocks! My nails came out great and I would definitely come back here. I'm not sure why it has poor reviews but maybe they re-vamped the place and are doing better now. read more

The staff is alright, nice, and acknowledge their customers the moment they walk through the door, however, their manner in timely servicing their customers needs A Lot of work. Not sure if it's personal fear of lack of clients in the future or lack of self confidence as a business, but they've multiple times have overbooked their services. Have had, me included, customers waiting a minimum of 15 - 30 min for someone to finally get to them if they do! They have 5-6 people working and had 10 customers, 5-4 waiting for someone to get to them. They do good work, but this review is just bad due to lack of efficient time management. Additionally, no point in making appts with them, they might have you waiting as well which contradicts the purpose of an appt to begin with. They're good, but not good enough. Hopefully they'll get better and stop overbooking their staff. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. What a shame. read more

Very unhappy with my last experience and pedicure. I am a loyal customer and a great tipper. However, this last time they messed up my feet so badly. They feel like sandpaper now and they did not when I went in. So unhappy! Not to mention the lady actually hurt me during the pedicure several times. Also, I didn't receive any massage. Everything was rushed. I'm extremely disappointed. I'm not normally one to complain but for as expensive as their services are this is unacceptable. The lady kept talking to me and I couldn't understand a single word. She did not clean my cuticles properly and could not even apply nail polish right. I will never go back. Say clear away from this place. While the interior is nice, that's about it. I got a simple polish change that looks an absolute mess. First off she did 3 coats of polish which I felt was excess. I'm really disappointed. My mom, brother, and I went in for pedicures for my birthday. I have a place that I normally go but it was farther than they wanted to drive for a pedi so we decided to try this place since they got such good reviews. These are BY FAR the worst nails I've ever gotten. Period. The lady didn't seem to care about what she was doing at all! She actually seemed a little bothered that I was there and she had to work. I paid $60 plus a tip for her to make my toe bleed (after I warned her about pain), the callus remover (she didn't remove all the callus and my feet are super rough), gel polish (that isn't smooth and you can see every imperfection in the gel), the shimmer coating on top (literally every nail is a different color because of inconsistency with the shimmer), and a hot stone (that she rubbed on the bottom of my feet for like .2 seconds). Luckily the lady that did my moms who normal polish pedi did an amazing job. But a heads up for you men that go in for a pedi, they charge an extra $5 for nail shine (regardless of polish or no polish) and they don't tell you beforehand. VERY disappointed in this place and will not be recommending. read more

I've been to the Nail Spa countless times in the last year since I moved to Calabasas and I've been more than pleased every single time. Establishment looks nice and clean, and I was promptly greeted upon entering so that was nice. I asked how long the wait was for a walk-in gel manicure and the technician replied that I could be seen "right now"... Which wasn't the case. Hard to tell how many people were waiting when I came in because they put their next clients in the massage chairs. A nice touch but about 35 minutes in I was still waiting and didn't foresee any current clients being finished up anytime soon. Decided to just walk out eventually and sadly don't feel the desire to try The Nail Spa again in the near future. read more

Have gone here a few times and service was OK. This time was awful. Would rather not even give one star. My daughter and I sat together and two technicians started working on us. One abruptly left and sat in a pedicure chair playing with her phone, then proceeded to eat from a container on one of the nail tables. The person who had started my nails then finished mine and my daughter's, which meant we were there way longer than we needed to be. On top of it, she was TERRIBLE. She destroyed my nails by filing as if she had somewhere to be. Same for my daughter. Every nail is a different shape and some are crooked. Then the gel that was applied is sloppy and doesn't cover all of the nails. Spent 15 minutes at home reshaping my nails and now I am sure the gel will come off because the ends are not sealed. I kept coming back because it is close to my house and they are never really busy so I like supporting them. I will not be back. read more

Then the girl Mia turns to me and tells me to leave and rebook. I was shocked. I was asking her questions why. I have arranged child care and she didn't answer. I asked to speak to a manager. She gave me the number of some guy who was not the manager. I will never be back to this facility. What an embarrassment for the neighborhood. I have arranged childcare for today. this is probably one of my favorite nail salons that i've been to in a very long time. every time I have gone anywhere else out of convenience, i've regretted it every time. my gel manicure always lasts along time and they're really good of ridding my cuticles as I have a lot of cuticle growth; prices are great and large color selection too. they're very busy with not much staff so it can be a bit of a wait, but i've never minded spending extra time in there as staff is nice and ambiance is relaxing. pedicures are amazing. staff is amazing. everything's amazing. read more

If you want to get the worst pedicure of your life I highly recommend this place. The technician cut my nail almost making me have no nail. She then complained to the other tech which offered to put an acrylic on for me. After examining my gel pedicure I realized the technician painted my skin rather then my nail. Great to have a nearby nail place. Unfortunately, the experience was unbearable. The staff speaks Vietnamese to each other constantly. It was obnoxious and rude to hear people joking and being loud with each other with customers present. I was quoted $20 for a pedicure and when I sat down I was thrown a deck of cards with pricing options from $30 to $65 for a pedicure. She asked if I wanted the $65 option. I politely handed the deck of cards back and asked for what was quoted when I walked in. That made them all start chatting. (Perhaps about me?) I don't mind a good upsell for extras but this was rude. Other factors: Chairs are uncomfortable, parking is great as there are no other businesses in this new strip mall. Stay away from this place at all cost. Just horrible. Did mani-pedi combo (regular), cost $32. Was poorly done. They simply chopped my toe nails off, filed a bit, after filing the corners were still sharp. Then they perform sort of cleaning action, which was very short and without results. The lady that was doing manicure poured some cuticle solution without even looking at my hands, so of course the towel got most of the liquid not my fingers. Then they painted my nails... result was pathetic. The only positive moment - the ladies were nice. And they gave me disposable sandals - one star for that. read more
