This place should be called Bloodyholics, my daughter got her nails done by Leoan. She made her bleed couple of times and she wasn't even wearing gloves she could see her blood going through her nails. Nails are very bulky, for an area all classy they shouldn't even be there or choose better nail technicians. No wonder is $65 you get what you pay for. I should've taken her to Maison. read more

I was in the area and had some time and decided to get my nails done and found Nailholics as a new business and thought I'd try! Their first couple reviews were very positive and I wanted to see how they were. I was very happy that I was able to call and ask if they accepted walk ins (they did!) and got helped and seated within 10 minutes. The salon itself is pretty big and had multiple chairs and technicians. I'd say come with what you want because they will show you colors but they have a lot more options for you to view if you ask! I went with a gel manipedi and everything was done within the hour! I had someone get started on my toes and then my hands simultaneously. Pricing is very fair and they had a 20% off your service if you paid in cash which was really nice! Not sure if this deal will run through July as well. I am having it at 5 stars only because of how strong the smell is inside and the nail dust flying around. Walking in you get a real good smell of nail polish and remover (given) but it was extra spicy here. I got used to it as the time went on. The tech doing my nails that took off my previous gel didnt have me soak my nails before hand (which at my previous spots I usually do) and just went straight to removing my old gel polish. I think because it's dry and there is no suction machine the dust was flying everywhere. I saw a lot of dust cling onto the tech's mask so I can't imagine what I was inhaling the whole time. I did see another tech have that suction fan on another customer.. I think that should be used for everyone to avoid just dust and air all over someone. Walked in a few days ago and wasn't even acknowledged for over 4 mins despite several technicians seeing me. I am mixed race and the women being serviced appeared white. Even sat in lobby. Nobody so much as lifted their eye or spoke. Got up and left. Tried to call for over 3 days now and no one answers their phone, ever. Awful service teetering on laziness, racism, and classism. The gag is I tip my nail techs at least $100 cash every time I go so they missed out LOL. read more

I was a walk in for a gel pedi and dip powder for my nails. They took me right in. Kenny was the sweetest and very personable. He did my pedicure. Tina did my nails. She was quiet but attentive. They came out beautiful. Had a new nail tech today, Dee. I really liked her attention to detail. She didn't rush and just try to finish the job. Excited to see Nailholics open! As you walk in you're welcomed by friendly people and a clean salon! They have 100s of colors along the way (all organized and color coordinated- it's very nice on the eyes). They have tons of chairs for pedicures and the setup is perfect if you want to go alone or with friends -- they have chairs across from each other and next to each other so you can actually talk to people you come with. I really liked this place when I started going but lately I've been very frustrated with them about making an appointment. I don't do gel and they seem very bothered by that and don't want to give me an appointment because of it. Every time I call and ask for the person who did it before, they ask what service and I tell them a regular manicure, and it's always followed up with "not gel? Has she done it for you before?" This is a nice beautiful salon. I'm in the parking lot several times a week for the mail center. It's nice to be able to get nails done so close. However two things. The acrylic smell in here is SO INSANELY STRONG. I have a headache. There is no air. And, both ladies who did my manicure and pedicure barely gave me a massage. A nice deep foot and arm rub is a huge part of mani pedi. They lightly rubbed some lotion on me and that was it. I'll be going back to my old nail salon. read more

My nails chipped the day of having my nails done. I went back the next day and I showed her all of my nails how the polish came off all on the tips so she re-polished it the same day the polish came off. I called them up. I got sick. I said I could not come in that day. Could I come in in a few days but I wanted them to know that there's gotta be something wrong with the polish that the polish came off all on 10 fingers I came in Nee would not do them. She says I caused the nails to chip. I told NEE that I didn't do anything with my hands. I wear gloves when I'm washing dishes and I don't do anything that should disturb my polish so she would not redo it and I said I was referred to her by a friend and I said to her, this is not the way you do business somebody referred me to you and she said well you must be very hard on your hands. I'm not redoing your nails so that was it I would not recommend the place. I don't know what kind of polish they use, but it's a cheap polish for your nails to ship like that and on the tips is unacceptable read more

Awesome little nail boutique! It's clean, bright and welcoming. Everyone here is great. The fabulous display of polish is bright and clean. The chairs are comfortable and oh so cushy and I love the pretty pebbled bowls for pedicures. Tee, the owner, didn't miss much. I'm so happy and excited for her as she pursues the American dream. The salon is tucked into a corner next to Bristol Farms. Give them a shot, I know you'll be happy. I sure am and look forward to going every month. read more

I am so beyond disappointed with my experience here. I had a manicure and pedicure. The man who did my pedicure absolutely butchered my toes. Cut them short and almost every toe has a wound. He was rough, disorganized and kept looking at his tools and the labels on the bottles he was using. Each time he picked something up he squeezed the heck out of the bottle and shook it to get the absolute last few drops of everything he was using, I tried to roll with it but it just too painful and I finally asked if someone else could finish. I'm now sitting here in pain and have an infection in both of my big toes. I knew he hurt me but I'm now doubting the cleanliness of his tools. They do not seem clean. To add insult to (literal) injury, my gel manicure started peeling after 2 days. I do not recommend, at all! Does anyone actually manage this place? read more

3/5 Love the location! The salon is pretty unassuming from the outside, but once you step in, it's clean, nicely done, and clearly new--which I really appreciated. I came in for a regular pedicure. The experience was okay--nothing exceptional. For $30, I was a little surprised there was no scrub or hot towel, which felt like a missed opportunity for that extra touch of care. One concern I had was about their sanitation practices. I didn't see tools being opened from sealed, sterilized bags (like from an autoclave), and it looked like nail files were being reused between customers. That definitely gave me pause. Overall, decent for a basic pedicure and nice ambiance, but I'd feel more confident returning if I knew their hygiene protocols were a bit stricter. read more

I've been looking for a new nail salon close to my house. I live in Calabasas, so this one is right down the street from my house. Tina did my gel nails and she did a great job! I definitely am going to go back to Tina for her to do my gel nails every time I come. Lena did my gel pedicure and she also did a great job! The salon is really clean, has cute decor, calming music, is not too loud, has refreshments, and cooled drinks to enjoy during your service. I highly recommend Nailholics for Calabasas and Woodland Hills locals. They also have so many DND Gel Polish colors to choose from! So many pretty and cute colors! The staff are all very friendly and welcoming! I'm excited for Nailholics to be my new nail salon now and I can't wait to come back for my Gel Mani's and Gel Pedi's! 10/10! read more
