Went in for a pedicure. The front desk lady was supper nice. But everyone else very rude.

I have been going to Nail Spa off and on for years and most consistently over the last year. One of my problem is they don't seem to sterilize their tools. I got an infection last time from the nail person digging too deep on my ingrown toenails. When paying for services it seems like the person just makes up an amount. I started paying with Venmo because when I used my debit card they charged some sort of tax. I pretty much get the same service every time. Oatmeal Coconut pedi with gel and dip nails. 2.5 weeks ago it was $128 before tip and today $137 before tip. My nails usually look pretty good after today not so much. I asked for the dip to be done in two coats not three but the person didn't understand. My nails look very thick and unnatural. I'm very disappointed. Today will probably be my last visit. Nail Spa needs to post their prices so customers know what they're paying ahead of time. read more

That was the strangest pedicure I've ever had. The guy who did my pedicure was controlling, judgmental, and rough. Instead of a gentle tap to let me know when to put my feet into or out of the water, he thumped my shins - hard - and grunted. He cut my skin until it hurt and cut my toenails at weird angles. The polish was sloppy, too. When it was time to move to the drying area, he got angry that I asked to put my sandals on first. He then yanked the toe spacers out and shoved my sandals on. I was there with a friend who asked that the scarred area from her recent surgery be avoided during the massage, and her request was ignored. I'm stunned by how unprofessional the people at this place are. Very disappointing. read more

Service is fine as I'm not much for talking, and they do a great job. However one technician tends to argue with you about color. Others don't even apply cuticle oil or lotion afterwards. Today I saw a technician pick the charging port of his iPhone with a nail tool and then put it back without sanitation or anything. Truly disturbed at that. read more

Got acrylics and the man cut my fingers multiple times and filled my nail bed down too much, and after telling them for the SECOND TIME that it hurt, their replay was, "I know". They also kept commenting about the polish colors that customers chose, and were opening telling them that it was ugly. I cannot recommend this place less. read more

I'll start by saying it could be a 5-star salon if the nail tech spoke English and actually talked to me while doing my manicure. The service, cleanliness, timing and price were 5-star quality. I walked in and they told me it would take 30 minutes to complete my manicure. I was walking out in 30 minutes. My mom also got a manicure and they helped her choose the perfect color. She said they cut her nails a little shorter than she wanted, but our manicures look great. As long as they hold up, I'll keep going back. The young man that greeted me had quite the attitude because I didn't know what color I wanted. The greeting alone took away a star. The Jelly Pedicure was everything if you're just going for a unique experience. Feels like warm applesauce between your toes. The lady was very friendly and massaged my feet and leg for a good hour. Everything was great until I asked for a simple line design she told me she couldn't do. Her coworker attempted to do it and they both laughed at how horrible it looked when it was done. Very unprofessional! I decided not to do my manicure there after that. She did my eyebrows pretty nice but ignored my instruction to be nice as I had Lasik done on my eyes this week. I then requested a bikini wax which she said she didn't do either. I'm not a fan of a company offering a service only to tell me they can't do it. I doubt I will return. read more

Not the best nail salon I've been to but it got the job done. Price is average for most nail places I've been too, but the service itself was meh. My leg an arm massage that usually accompanies a mani/pedi was nonexistent and my nails were not shaped to square/oval that they are usually and that I asked for. Now, sanitary wise: stay away! None of the tools were freshly cleaned if they had been cleaned at all I would not have known. If you are in a pinch go ahead and go here, otherwise I suggest finding elsewhere to get your nails done. read more

Pros: They give a nice leg massage with the standard pedicure. They also offer you a glass of cheap wine. Cons: everything seems rushed and they don't communicate well. I am not talking about a language barrier, they just don't talk and aren't terribly friendly. I would not recommend getting shellac done here. They don't have it quite down yet and at $30, its too expensive for it not to look good. read more

Horrible and unprofessional service. I've heard of horror stories when it comes to nail salons & unfortunately experienced of each at Nail Spa. I went in for a pedicure and walked out after the nail tech cut the side of my foot with a pumice stone. My foot was actually bleeding. Be forwarned that these are not professionals & the carelessness I experienced could have turned into a serious infection had I not left immediately and put hydrogen peroxide on the cut I received at this nail salon. read more

Went there on Christmas eve for a manicure. Uncomfortable atmosphere, couldn't communicate with my nail tech for she did not speak or understand English. Poor job in general. She had me soak my nails in borderline cold water for a few minutes (not warm, soapy water) then proceeded to trim my cuticles which hurt and caused some bleeding. She filed my nails in a weird shape.... is it really that difficult to get a nice manicure in Fort Collins? Will not be back unfortunately. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE PLEASE NEVER GO HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD ACRYLIC NAILS!!! I got a full set of ombré and I showed her a picture of what I wanted but instead I got sloppy nails and it doesn't even look ombré it's just pink and white and ombré is supposed to blend and fade gently into a white not have like a blunt like where the pink and white is and it looks horrible. The acrylic was not even layed on my nails evenly and thin on the sides. Not even 4 days in from getting the full set they are already cracking everywhere and look horrible!!! I did break a nail two after getting them done and went in to get it fixed and the guy who fixed my nails was sleeping at the front and the other employees kept calling him trying to wake him up but he didn't so they just told me sit and I could not believe how unprofessional they acted and treated me. As he was fixing my nail he didn't say one word to me I felt as if I was a inconvenience. No one ever offered me anything to drink or anything. When I called to nicely ask for a refund because I feel that I had spent a lot of money on a service that I didn't really get anything from she told me that my nails were to long and kept interrupting me. This use to be one of my favorite salons in town. My opinion has drastically changed due to worsening service and finding better skilled/more friendly technicians elsewhere. Pedicures here are not bad. They give a nice long leg massage and offer cheap wine. Manicures/shellac/acrylics and gel nails are a different story. I will never come back for these services. Specifically the main male technician does not pay attention or listen to what the customer wants. I've been to him a few times and he has always been extremely preoccupied by whatever is on TV causing him to take an absurdly long time and neglect me. When I ask him to do something a certain way, he always argues with me and tells me his way is better. My nails never come out looking good or the way I like them and he always charges me far more than the pricing listed. I look for a relaxing time when I get my nails done and it is not that here. read more

Wow...as opposed to sitting around on the phone, employees might want to try cleaning. The place has potential but is dirty. The television loudly playing in the background should have driven me away. Since I was the ONLY customer I asked if the tv could be muted or put on music. After some humfing she turned the tv down and put on music from the back. The man who did my pedi did a nice job. This salon has the worst customer service ever. Went there too long before I finally had enough. Had a standing appointment every two weeks and first of the day. Waited far too many times and never got an apology. Male owner would just get up and leave during manicure and I suspected either he was using the bathroom or was making a personal call. One appointment he cut my cuticle pretty badly and I jumped and said "that hurt" and he yelled at me. He also kept referring to me as "honey" and I'm old enough to be his mother. One time they botched a nail so badly I returned a day later to have them fix it and he wanted to charge me. I refused and he was ticked. Would NEVER recommend this place! I booked an appointment at 3:00 for acrylic nail rebase with pink and white powder. I arrived at 2:55 and the gal was so rude. Told me I would need to wait 10-15 minutes as the person doing them was not there. My time is valuable as well. Finally he got there, I told him I needed pink and white powder refill and he looked at me like I was talking a foreign language. He was not happy that this is what he needed to do. By this time it was almost 3:39 and I needed to leave by 4:00. I told him 'sorry to inconvenience you' with the service I made an appointment for and I left. Such poor service and rude people. Today I came in right before they closed (not realizing they closed so soon) and they stayed after closing time to give me a pedicure even though I said I would come back. The tech did not rush through it and did a great job. My daughter shows them pictures of nail art off Pinterest and they always give her exactly the design she wants!! My favorite nail place ever! Friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They fixed a botched nail job with speed and precision. The attention to detail is phenomenal. Also, they make my daughter feel like a princess, you can tell they have kids of their own :) the painted her nails for free, as well as when I've gone in for pedicures they have let her sit on my lap and get her feet wet,even looting her little legs. It makes it easier, when I have to bring her with me to get my nails done, to know that they won't make me feel like she is an inconvenience. I came here as a walk-in and was seated quickly. While the atmosphere is nice, the tools are not clean! My tech took a plastic box of nail tools from what I assumed was a sanitizing light or solution which was fine. But another lady sat next to me and her nail tech took the tools that were just used on me and began using them on her without sanitizing them. They also only place shellac nails under the light for about 20 seconds each coat which caused my manicure to begin peeling within a week. read more

I brought my boyfriend in for a pedicure and a male staff member there made disgusting and racist comments about my partner coming in because "he looks oves Asian women rubbing his feet".
