Owner refused to give full refund! 4hrs after getting my nails done Polish is bubbled up, crinkled, one nail the polish had split and was lifting! Under the bubbled up polish wasn't even dry! Owner refused to give full refund, wanted to do nothing but argue, have excuses, and blame me for the reason the polish did this! My tech was really nice, sweet and I did appreciate my time with her, I by no means blame this on her. Unfortunately the owners lack of customer service and not accepting that the product she has her employees use clearly had something wrong with it ruined my first experience at the place and I will never recommend or go back after the way she treated me! read more

I have tried many nail salons in Green Bay and after going to iPink regularly for the past 2 years, I can easily say this is one of the BEST nail salons in the city! I have never once been disappointed with my nails after leaving the salon and their staff always does an amazing job taking their time and making my nails look exactly how I want. They have a huge selection of colors in both gel and dip power and their salon is extremely clean and well-kept. I do recommend calling and making an appointment ahead of time as they get pretty busy during the more popular days/hours of the week, but that is simply because they do such an amazing job. I only have good things to say about iPink and have recommended this place to many others who now love it just as much as I do! My nails turned out pretty nice! However, I was cut MULTIPLE times with the nail filer on both my hands and feet (not posting feet pics), to where I started bleeding. When my nail tech noticed I was bleeding, she put a bunch of unknown products over the cuts that made them burn. She also started punching my legs and feet after she did my toes? I don't know if that's some sort of technique but it hurt and was odd. There was no price reduction because of the cuts she made and I'm really disappointed with my experience at I-Pink. read more

I will never go here again! I got a pedicure, and they took an hour thirty minutes! The girl tried picking at one part of my nail and I told her to stop three times and she would not listen! After that they girl decided she wanted to find every tinny little thing to pick at when there wasn't even anything there. I didn't even get the full pedicure I asked and ended up paying for. My manicure wasn't even a manicure, they seemed irritated they had to take my dip polish off, which they charged me $10 for even when I got anything thing done with my nails. I have never been charged at other places to get dip off if I'm getting may nails done too. My toenails aren't even painted all the way either. I asked to keep my finger nails a square shape, needless to say, I have some round and some square. I would have easily fought the $100 they charged me but none of them spoke enough English to understand why I was not happy. read more
