I came to this salon because my usual nail place was fully booked and I needed my nails done ASAP. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and warm to all of their clients. The technician who worked on my nails was very sweet and kind. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was very poor. I was extremely unhappy with how my nails turned out and felt embarrassed enough that I had to book an early-morning appointment elsewhere to have them fixed. I felt bad speaking up at the time and leaving a negative review, but I don't believe the technician had the skill level needed for the service I received. I truly wish this experience had been better because the atmosphere and staff were lovely, but after this visit, I won't be returning. Everyone there was amazing. I came in for a walk-in, the woman at the front desk was very helpful and sweet, and Narine, who did my nails, was amazingly detailed every step of the way. I did gel x with a black french tip- she was so gentle and precise, and they came out so pretty!! I also really appreciated the conversation with her and Irina, and the overall look of the salon was gorgeous. I haven't had my nails done in years and had a lot of anxiety about starting to do it again, but everyone was so kind and I didn't feel the least bit anxious with how amazing Narine's attention to detail is. I have my nail lady that I've been loyal to for the past 10 years and just recently we've been having trouble making time for each other so I decided to try a new place, and I found The Nailery just browsing on Yelp. I messaged them through Yelp and very easily made my appointment. The 5 star reviews are as true as they come! Parking is very convenient in the plaza itself. The salon is extremely well maintained, clean, all nail scissors and cutters are single use for every client. They have a huge variety of colors and brands to choose from, always the hard part for me, but if you're stuck, they give great recommendations based on your preferences. They offer drinks as soon as you walk in & throughout your appointment. The hospitality is unmatched elsewhere! Raya did my acrylic fill and she is a perfectionist! She won't let you walk out without knowing you're not 1000% happy with the results. She's meticulous, patient, and highly professional. My thumb nail was growing sideways and she offered to fix it for me so all my nails match up, look clean, and she did it effortlessly. Angineh did my gel pedi and she was a gem. I came back again today after 2 months. I previously had nude pink nails prior to today's visit. Kelly, my go-to nail artist, was the one who assisted me again today. I showed her the nail design I found on Pinterest, and she was able to do the design on my nails even though the original pic had a different nail size than me. I would also like to give a special shoutout to Anna in this review because she also helped out in choosing the shade of colors needed in pulling off this nail art (especially for the specific shade of pink and blue I wanted). I made a reservation for three adults pedicures Friday the 23rd. When we arrived they were just opening. Everyone is very friendly and polite. However one pedicure was delayed because the "worker" wasn't there yet. So that pedicure started 15 minutes late. The salon is clean and well lit. There are no massage chairs but everything is clean. They did not have the color I chose so I was trying to be flexible as I was trapped in the chair. I just let them chose a color that was close but it wasn't close. Here's why they earned a low rating. Two of the pedicures left dead skin on our heels. You have one job to get skin off my heels and you failed. Charged $35 for regular no frills (no leg massage) pedicures that took about 20 minutes start to finish. Don't go here unless you want to go home and spend the afternoon getting the rest of your pedicure from yourself. read more

Stopped in here because I was in the area and really needed a manicure. The place is small but very clean and cute. They have a drink station in the front where you can get water, tea, coffee, etc. They take your information (name, phone number) when you first walk in and put it in their system for future appointments which is a great way to stay organized. I thought the manicure was really good. Probably one of the best I've had. My nail tech really cleaned and cut my cuticles with care and polished beautifully. I felt like she gave me a deep cleaning for my nails which was awesome! The manicure took a very long time, i think i was there for about an hour and half for a French gel manicure. I mean i get it because my nail tech paid a lot of attention to detail but if you're the type of person who can't sit for a long time then this might be something to think about. I was really happy with my service but I thought my French gel manicure was kind of expensive. A gel mani is $40 and my total for a French gel manicure was $60. She said that French is usually +$15 but since i asked for a thicker French it was +$20. That was kind of questionable because I'm not sure my French is even that thick. It looks pretty normal to me. Also I've never heard of a salon charging that much for French. It's usually $5-$10. Another additional charge is if you use cards to pay. They will charge you $1 so bring cash if you can. Overall, this is a great place to get your nails done. I recommend it if you don't mind the time/ price! read more

It's been a few months since my horrible experience here. After my first two nails chipped within a couple days, the rest of my nails lasted up to ~6 weeks until I got them redone. I was very upset that I had to keep coming back because the same two nails kept chipping, even after they fixed them. Not sure what that was about but I wanted to come back and update my review so people can know that the quality here is good for the most part, but that it can be inconsistent. Everyone at the nail salon was super sweet, and the only negative experience I had was the third or fourth time my nail(s) chipped a couple days after being done, and I left a review reflecting that. Making an appointment was seamless and the receptionist is very sweet. Over the phone, I said I wanted a regular mani/pedi. But on the day of my nail appointment, I changed my mind and asked if they would be able to do Gel-X. I felt so bad for changing my mind at the last minute, but thankfully they were able to accommodate! If you decide to do Gel-X, I recommend making sure you'll have enough time for the appointment because that way the nail technician does not have to feel rushed. Ladies who do the nails are very kind. Not the best skilled, but one of them is creative and does interesting designs. However, it's just not a pleasant experience coming here because it feels like a fake environment where you're constantly being watched and you know you're being judged. Owner is very arrogant and unprofessional. I quickly glanced at the other reviews on here and was shocked at how dismissive she is even on Yelp in her responses to honest concerns from customers. I love this nail salon. They are always kind, will often do simple designs and not charge me, hand mix colors for me, and they are funny! I have been to so many nail salons and this one is clean, bright, and fun. The team there all really like each other so it makes the experience even more enjoyable. The rubber base has helped my nails grow. They are so much stronger now, that's to Irina! Irina and Angie are who I book regularly with--but everyone is so good! My manicures last up to a full month and pedicures even longer! I try to go every two weeks to keep everything fresh, when time allows. They always let me book ahead with Irina and Angie, send a reminder text and call if I am a few minutes late. If I am not able to make it there isn't a charge. I love this place. The workers who did my mani and pedi were nice. I got a Russian manicure with chrome polish and it was a struggle. After examining my nails, the tops weren't chrome. The woman gladly restarted the chrome process and noticed three or so nails that were really bad up top and she redid them totally. There were still issues but I didn't want to stay any longer. I got to my car in a different lighting and noticed the top of one nail had no polish and some of the others nails looked worse than I thought. I drove 50 minutes just for a Russian manicure and I'm disappointed. read more

My first visit to The Nail'ery was excellent. I requested a basic pedicure, and Irina was my technician. First, the space is clean, bright, comfortable and welcoming with on-site parking. You are offered a beverage on arrival, a nice touch. All tools have been autoclaved, I had no issues with the cleanliness during the treatment. There is a very wide variety of polishes to choose from. I added a 10 dollar up charge for for essentially removing all dead skin and reducing callous and was so glad I did. My feet feel smoother than they have in years. The various creams and polishing were the work of a perfectionist. I cannot recommend this establishment more heartily! read more

I went in last minute and they were all so sweet specially the receptionist (wonderful customer service). Unfortunately I was not satisfied with my nail tech (she sits close to the restrooms near the wall--nice lady) she was unable to complete the requested service which was acrylic removal and gel manicure. She left acrylic pieces on my nails, kept burning my nail and skin with the filer. After dipping my nails in acetone to continue to try to remove the acrylic, she considered it to be part of the manicure "soaking" process although it was clear my cuticles were not soft and needed to be properly soaked to push back and remove excess skin/cuticles. Additionally, my daughter received a gel manicure and the gal (did not get a name) did a fantastic job. However, that only lasted 2 days before the nail and gel started chipping :/ read more
